Well i called them and they offered to come out the same day if need be but i said no just come tomorrow. They did at the time we agreed upon and just came right in and went to work. I was very satisfied the plumber guy told me everything he was doing step by step and I havent had a problem since!

They came two separate times. They answered when I made inquiries. They were 10 minutes earlier than the appointed time, which was good. Their price quote was accurate. There were no hidden fees. I paid the quoted price. They were on time to do the work and they went straight to work and got done in a timely manner. They completed the work on time both times. They did a follow up after the work was completed to make sure everything was working properly. They did a really great job. What they told me was what they did. I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

Called because I was having issues with my hot water tank. They sent someone out the next day and replaced my hot water heater. They service was excellent and the guys were great! Very happy with the service and will be using them again!!

Called me back within 5 minutes of contact, gave estimate very next day and completed job the next day with no complications. Said they would come back to finish the pour spout for tub when tile is complete, and was already covered by estimate so no extra charges. Phillip was very nice and competent. Also, in estimate did not add in Angieslist coupon but on final write up took the 5% off without being reminded of coupon. Will use again in a couple of weeks for the next bathroom.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and Mckenzie Plumbing. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. All the people involved-plumbing, sheetrock, painting- were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was courteous, skilled at what they were doing, and sure to clean up afterwards. This was a major undertaking and having 100% confidence in Bryan's ability to do the job and do it right was quite reassuring. The final price was very fair considering all the work that was done. In four plus decades of dealing with repair people I would put McKenzie plumbing up there with the best. We have already recommended him to friends and neighbors and would have no hesitation in calling on his services in the future.

The plumbers has all the needed materials. They were very pleasant. The price was very good for the three jobs they expected, plus they were able to complete a minor fourth fix.

They came out and we just thought it was going to be one pipe that was cracked. It ended up being two pipes and they didn't adjust the price. He gave us a military discount which was great! They are very honest and they work in a timely manner. They were more worried about keeping the area and floors clean than I was. They were so polite and didn't want to get mud anywhere. I have used them many times and will continue to use them!

They are good. They are very knowledgeable and very quick. They know what they are doing. They get in and get out and get the job done.

Excellent service by the plumber. The company had just hired a new receptionist/scheduler so there was some mis-communication between the office and the plumber, but the company was more than helpful resolving the issue. The plumber was very friendly and professional even giving me tips on how to fix the problems myself. He had to come back a second day to replace the spigot but I was only charged the service fee once. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

I would give them an excellent rating. They did some awesome stuff. I have a home warranty through a home warranty company so I just paid a service call. I don't know what their prices were to the warranty company. I liked everything about them. They were polite, courteous and clean. They called and didn't keep me waiting forever and a day. They gave me a timeframe and followed up. They called and let me know when they were coming like they were supposed to so I didn't have to wait the whole day. I was very impressed. They had to break up some boxes and they didn't leave anything. They gave excellent service and I had had two other plumbers here that I wouldn’t recommend. I would most definitely use them again.

Bryan McKenzie did a great job on replacing all the piping under our kitchen sink. The pipes were all routed incorrectly unbeknownst to us and we didn't realize there was a problem until a leak started. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced all the old metal piping with PVC. He was done with the job in about 2 hours or less. We couldn't be more pleased.

Service member arrived on time and attempted to fix the leak. Three days later the leak was still prevalent. They came back out and realized that the toilet was cracked and needed to be replaced. He did not charge us for coming back out. My husband replaced the toilet himself, however we would certainly use this company again.

The job took approximately two hours and required one worker working under the sink and another worker in the crawl space under the house. Pipes at both ends had to be cut, removed and a new pipe installed.

They were prompt and courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner.

McKenzie Plumbing cleaned up. The part they ordered came in two days. As soon as the part came in they were there. I was really surprised.

Our hot water pressure was getting less and less. Within a weeks time hot water was barely coming out. The day I called McKenzie's Plumbing the water was only trickling out.They were able to come to my house the same day! Phillip was on time and very professional. He determined the problem was with the water heater and replaced the water lines, and the water heater cut off. He also repaired crossed water heater lines. The water heater is underneath the house and surrounded by sand, but Phillip didn't seem to have a problem with this. He just went about getting the job done. I highly recommend this company and I will call them to help me with my next plumbing issue.

I don't remember exactly how much it cost but it was reasonable for the job. Someone tried to break in to our house the night before and had used the outdoor faucet handle to stand on to try to open a window and broke the knob off of the wall. McKenzie was quick to respond the next day and had the job done less than a half hour. Very polite and professional. Will definitely call them again.

Brian had his team come out and from start to finish professionally installed a new natural gas line to the unit and replumbed all the old PVC lines for the pool. He had a great crew and the work was completed on time and within the estimate. I will be using and recommending Brian's company for any and all plumbing work in Fayetteville.

Two men came from McKenzie Plumbing and in just a few minutes opened the faucet. I did not see how they did it, but it was done to my satisfaction. Now the bathtub and shower can be used.

My septic system was failing and I needed help rather quickly. Due to city regulations, my septic system was not repairable, and I was forced to connect to city-provided sewer services. This required having the main waste water pipe disconnected from the septic tank (and the septic pipe capped), which was in the back yard, and all new pipe installed from under the house to the city sewer line, which is under the street in front of the house. I contacted McKenzie Plumbing for an estimate. A very polite and personable gentleman (Jay, I believe) came out, assessed our situation and promised us a quick written estimate. After comparing estimated costs of the repairs to those of other plumbers, we decided to have McKenzie's do the work. We set up a date/time for the work to begin. On the day work was scheduled to begin, Mr. McKenzie stopped by early to look over the job site. We talked for a few minutes while he dropped-off some parts for the job. He seemed happy to answer any questions that I had and was very polite. He promised that the crew would be on-site soon, and then left. True to his word, the crew showed up a few minutes later, on time and ready to work. I have to say that there was no "goofing-off" taking place while the crew was here. They started work promptly and worked diligently until they were finished with the job. Everything went rather smoothly and I have zero complaints. I have no hesitation about using McKenzie's Plumbing in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for quality plumbing work. A side note - McKenzie's was the only plumbing company I contacted that was willing to do the installation the way I wanted it done... I wanted the new sewer pipe to run from under the front of my house, directly to the sewer line at the street. All the other plumbers insisted that the line had to be installed from outside the house (starting in the back yard), around the exterior of the house, and then to the street. This method necessitated much digging and most likely the destruction of many of the flowering bushes in both my side and front yards. McKenzie's didn't even consider that option. When I was told how they would do the job, I was pleasantly surprised and I related such to Jay. He just said, "That's the right way to do it." Enough said.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a service provider. He was more than prompt and showed me his truck while he wan introducing him self so that I would know he was the real deal. He was very polite. He did not mind me watching everything at all ( some have treated me as a nuisance and in the way) He explained everything he did. He was extremely professional at all times. I think he went "beyond the call of duty" in his service to my problem. But most of all he is a wonderful person. We talked a lot about various things so that he was here longer than I was paying for I believe. I felt he was I would recommend him with the highest regard of any service person I have ever had. My tub had failed me. It drained water slower and slower every day until it finally gave up on me. When it sat with the same water in it for about 4 days I broke down and called a plumber. I found McKenzie's Plumbing after we bought our house a few months ago. As we see different contractors come through our neighborhood we grab business cards and ask the neighbors what they thought. Well these guys came out right away, after business hours, and on a weekend! They got right to work and fixed the problem. They were nice enough to show us how they unlock the drain with their tools. Apparently ours is "complicated" so it was nice to see that I couldn't have done it myself even if I had wanted to. But their price was so reasonable, and they even scrubbed out my tub for me with the cleaner I like to use when they were done! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again. ** They have 24 Hour Emergency Service, and they add you to their client lists so you get a real bill in the mail. Very Professional!**
