Went really well. Sven showed up in a very timely manner. Found and fixed the issue very quick then was kind enough to not only recommend another provider but helped me along the process of fixing the damage. Very respectful and professional. Also the price was really reasonably priced and I will definitely use this company in the future.

McKenzie's called when they were on their way and showed up early. The did great work at a fair price and I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. This is the second time I have used their services and have always been happy. Thanks guys!!!

Phillip arrived with one other person a little late coming from another job. When I first contacted Mckenzie's Plumbing informed the representative that I had a water leak on the top of the water heater along the top seamhwith rust lines running down the sides. However, the tech was told that he was coming to fix a pipe or fitting leak. So, they set up to drain the water heater and then had to leave and drive back to the warehouse to get a replacement water heater. When they returned both techs removed the old and set the new water heater in place. At that time the second person left when a friend came to pick him up leaving Phillip to finish the job. By this time it was getting late. It was around 5:30 or 6 pm when he left. It wasn't until the next day when I was in the back yard that I noticed that there was approximately 8" iinches of silver exhaust pipe (was painted black to match the shingles) with the storm coller that had been pushed up through the roof braking the water tight seal around the exhaust pipe and the roofs shingles. After further inspection I figured out that new water heater was taller then the old one so Phillip had to have knowingly pushed the exhaust pipe up with force through the roof, braking the roof seal around the storm collar in order to adjust it to the new water heaters height. Phillip did not perform a professional installation job. Had I not notice the problem I would have had a big water leak in the garage with ceiling (sheet rock) damage. Very unprofessional job that could have cost me $$$$ to fix!

I reseached and decided on a model of tankless hot water heater and contacted McKenzie plumbing. Phillip came out and listened to what I wanted and the hot water heater I was considering purchasing. He was so helpful and told me the stainless steel exhaust I would need would cost me several hundred dollars and recommended a Navien 98% efficient tankless hot water heater. This tankless hot water heater uses 2" PVC pipe for the exhaust. I am a huge DIY person and have installed several Hot water heaters and asked what I could do to save time and money on the install. Phillip told me I could remove the old hot water heater run the new copper gas line and 3/4 inch condensation line to save time and money. I can't say enough about the installation job Phillip, Antonio, and Corey performed. Being a handyman myself I can say the installation job was first class and no detail was missed. From the initial contact to the finish product Mckenzie Plumbing was the best, they were punctual, friendly, very informative about the products. I would recommend them to anybody. Mike Perkins

On arrival the job was move involved and costly than was estimated over the phone. They went our their way to come in on the estimate. They were quick and professional. They worked hard for my business and I appreciate their efforts.

I've had a leak in my yard 3 times in the past; Mckenzie's Plumbing has been there to help every time. The last 2 times they were there within hours. I had them replace the pipe from the meter to the house this time so hopefully I won't have to call them back. By the way this last time I was in FL when I called, they called me back several times to keep me informed and contacted my tenant by phone to insure that they would be there when the work was done. I would use them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.

Our hot water heater began leaking on a holiday. We called McKenzie's Plumbing and Sven came before the time promised. He installed the water heater quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to answer my questions about the new water heater. Additionally, I happened to have another worker at my house at the same time as Sven, and I was also impressed that he was nice enough to help him.

I contacted the company by email. They responded via phone within 2 hours of my sending the query. The appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Sven showed up exactly when promised. He was very friendly and professional. Working quickly to identify the problem, he completed the job with no complications. Although I think the price was a little high, I was pleased with the responsiveness of this company.and would use them again.

They notified me like I asked 45 minutes prior to arrival being that I was at work. Great communication from the beginning. Explained briefly my issue. Took care of it. Gave me the details and fixed it. Not overpriced. Gave me my Military discount without even asking. I highly recommend this company to anybody in the Fayetteville Area.

He did have to dig, but was only there about an hour, some of which was spent talking. My landlord was then billed $185. Even given after hours, which it barely was, that is outrageous for an hour of work. My previous dealing with this company was very positive and reasonably priced. I am not sure what has changed.

I called and they said I would receive a call back in 5 minutes but that if I didn't to call again. I got busy and an hour went by before I realized I hadn't received a call back. I called them again and they said they would put another request in for a call back which I got 10 minutes later but missed. I called back and left a message but never received a return call. I called a 3rd time and finally talked to a guy who said it would be around $170.00 just to go look at the problem. Found another company that is doing the entire job for 150.00 (2 hours work)

Sven arrived within a few hours after my call, performed the work quickly but efficiently, explained the problems, and accepted the Angie's List discount with professionalism. We will definitely call McKenzie again!

It went very well. I was supposed to receive a call as to when they would be out yesterday. I, however, overslept and missed all seven calls from the techs and the main office. Thank God they still came out to the house as planned. I was very happy for that. The whole process took the guys about an hour. They were very professional and very personable. I absolutely loved these guys. One of the technicians has Autism, just like my grandson, and to look at this man, you would never know. He really put our minds at ease with my grandson and how he will be just fine years down the road. He didn't have to offer any of his personal information, but he did and made us feel like he was part of the family, all withing an hour time. He was totally awesome!!! Anyway, back to the job at hand, lol. They cleaned up after themselves and did a perfect job. Thank you so much guys!!

Great interaction. They came out on a Saturday, made the fix even though they had some difficulty finding the appropriate replacement tank on the weekend. The owner even contacted me to ensure everything was on track as they'd had some difficulty connecting wth me initially secondary to some cell phone issues on my end.

The plumber was very professional and personable. He was quick to see the problem and after a trip to the supply store for a part, repaired the shower in very little time. He seemed to be genuinely concerned with the age of the plumbing and told me to call back if it wasn't holding. I certainly will!!! Great service!!

My water heater broke. They came to my house after hours to disconnect the water from the tank so I would at least have some water. They showed up the next morning and replaced the water heater! They stayed in contact with myself as well as my husband who is in another state through the whole process. Fast and polite.

Did an outstanding job, cleaned up after the job was complete. Was very pleased with there work. Next time I need a plumber I know who to call.

I called this company based on a friend's referral and am glad I did. They sent someone to my house promptly. The technician located the problem and worked very hard to fix it by digging to gain access to my sewer drain. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. He never got impatient with my questions and was very professional throughout the visit.

Firstly, I only write these reviews to complain. And in my 14 years of living in Fayetteville, I have never been blown away by the quality of the work and the general "awesomeness" of the workers that came to my home. They worked so fast and quiet, my dog nor I could tell they were even here, and completed the job, fast and correct. I stole the following statement from another reviewer, "If you want honest work for a reasonable price, these are the folks you will need to call!" Ain't that the truth!!!! Thanks again!

They were supposed to come back the next morning and fix the pipes but they didn't show up by 3 PM so I called someone else. It turns out it was only a clogged up sink and it cost me $120 to fix. They sent me a bill for a service call but I called to explain what happened and they respectfully waived the fee I was charged

The owner, he really knows business and he contracts other people to do the other job. He does all the plumbing work but some of the painting that might be involved, I think he has somebody to paint. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he does good work. I would recommend them.

Outstanding service, Called Mckenzie after waiting for another plumbing company all moring to show. When the other company did show up they insisted that they needed to dig up my front lawn (from the street to my house) to find the clearing valve which would cost $$$ more than just routing out the clogged pipes. This is when I made the call to Mckenzie and was pleasantly surprised when both Mac and Marcus showed up within 20 mins. They probed the area just outside the wall where the sewer line exited the house and found the clearing valve less than a yard away and about 6 inches under gournd (NO Digging Up The Entire Front Lawn) and had it cleared within 10 min. If you want honest work for a reasonable price, these are the folk you will need to call!

Went well, repairs were done in a few minutes. Employee had parts on hand, and there was no charge, not even a service charge.
