Responded to me the next day and got disposal fixed that day. He was very quick and brought the new disposal with him which saved me a trip. The job was done very quickly and we were so happy to have it working again. The price was very fair! I got estimates from a few different people who over charged and was so glad to find Kevin Jones. Thank you very much! Will recommend and use again in the future.

We are very happy with the work as well as the timeliness. We called Kevin on Monday, May 4th after seeing his company's excellent reviews on Angie's List. Kevin personally came out to take a look at the job and we coordinated to complete the work on Friday, May 8th. Called on Thursday, May 7th to confirm our appointment and Kevin said he there was an opportunity to send a team out within the hour. The gentlemen arrived on time and completed the work professionally and quickly. Kevin called later in the day to see if we were happy with the work. He runs a very professional business and is easy to work with. We will definitely use him again in the future if needed. Total cost was as quoted in the estimate.

Mr Jones replaced outside faucet. Arrived on time. Finished work and told me exactly what was done. Was going to pay by credit card but Mr Jones told me he didn't accept payment that way. Said I could mail him a check! Thought that was pretty neat! This day and age that kind of trust is unheard of!!!!!! Will use Mr Jones services in the future if needed.

Kevin was great in coming out to the house quickly and looking over the issue. He was kind enough to talk me down from doing a major remodel and instead just doing what really needed to be done. He understood the house was a rental property and that going over the top wasn't necessary at this time. I greatly appreciated him being honest and so helpful and just just running with my ideas so he could make more money. We were able to time the job for when my renters were out of town a couple weeks after his initial estimate. The job was done quickly and cleanly and everything has worked great since.

Excellent customer service and workmanship! Kevin Jones was very punctual, arriving within a day of submitting the service request. Good people skills- he listened to our issues that we had with another plumbing company the previous year who tried to fix the same issue. He had parts on-hand, completed the service, and walked through how to prevent busted irrigation pipes for next winter. We will definitely use Kevin Jones again for any plumbing issues.

Well, I can sleep tonight! First off, Kevin answered my call promptly when I called at 11:00 a.m. He was here by 3:00 p.m. same day. There was evidence of a leak on a ceiling where we had had a catastrophic leak just two years ago. So, obviously, I thought we were going to have another event. Kevin had a microscopic camera that he could use to search the area without having to tear down any drywall/sheetrock. He searched and found nothing. All was dry, so whatever caused that stain happened a while ago, and it was an isolated event. I'll keep you apprised if anything else happens in this area, but I am very happy with Kevin's assessment of the situation. He was very professional and helpful. He is also available on an emergency basis which means a lot to me. Kudos for a job well done.

Kevin and team were great! My water heater was leaking so I called Kevin yesterday, 2/24/15. It was snowing but he was out here within an hour to take a look at it. He said I needed a new water heater since the heating unit itself was leaking. The next day, 2/25/15 (another snowy day), Kevin was at my house with all parts and a new water heater by 10:30am. He let me know ahead of time that he was coming. Kevin explained everything that needed to be done and had it completed in about an hour-hour and half. I would definitely use Kevin Jones Plumbing again.

With the extreme cold weather, I have had my outside pipes freeze and burst at the pump. The pump was previously underground but was moved above ground when I had a sprinkler system in, which is likely what caused the issue. Anyway, Kevin and his guys came out, identified the problem and fixed the pipe as well as wrapped it with insulating/heat tape. Yes Kevin I WILL get my pump house wired for a light now! Third time is a charm. :-) Kevin also called an electrician to help with that who came over promptly and is in fact working to get my pump house wired for a light to hopefully avoid this problem in the future. As I settle here in Fayetteville, I am looking to find reputable decent businesses that I can trust and rely upon and I think I can safely add Kevin Jone's Plumbing to that list.

Sentt an email Sunday evening. Received an immediate response. Mr Jones made himself available the following day. Called before coming out. Assessed the issue and provided an immediate estimate. Repair cost was less than anticipated. Work was done quickly and professionaly. Would highly recommend to my friends!

I am so pleased. Kevin was extremely professional. He got in touch with me the same day as my inquiry, came to the house to give me an estimate, left to get a part and had it fixed within a few minutes. No hassle. He's very knowledgable, polite and reasonably priced. We just moved so we will be calling him if we need any assistance in our new home.

Quick, inexpensive and great work. A water pipe in my house broke and I needed it fixed fast. It was after 6 p.m. But Kevin came over and fixed it immediately at the lowest price that I was quoted from the top three plumbers on Angies List. GREAT WORK!

Showed up on time, were polite and professional and get the job done quickly. Very pleased. We are on a well and had no water, they had us back up and running quickly.

Called Kevin Jones and he had his guy to my house within the hour. I had called two other places, one that couldn't give me a timeframe with shoddy telephone service and another that gave me a four hour window. I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen that I needed fixed asap. They figured out the issue and fixed it. Charged $100 for the whole thing which took about an hour-- pretty reasonable considering the other places charge you to even come out to look at the issue. Kevin says he offers a military discount however when I asked the plumber that came out about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'oh, I don't know anything about that, I just work for him'. Oh well, I guess.

Very prompt and professional. He did what he said was going to do and earlier than he promised to do it. Also, I had previously called a couple other plumbers who tried to convince me to buy a new water heater. He fixed the water heater and installed the shower faucets for a reasonable price. $350 total!

Kevin and his team arrived on time and were very professional. They tried to fix the 20 year old garbage disposal that was in place, but the bearings were bad. Kevin gave me a price range of disposals available explained what the different types were. He called with the price of the type I'd selected. His team replaced the disposal in what seemed to be an effortless manner. I think the kitchen was cleaner when they left then when they got there! My house is 'old' so there are cast iron pipes. The chemical used to clear the bathroom drains makes the drains do what they are supposed to... it's the best they've ever drained! I highly recommend Kevin Jones Plumbing and will definitely call them again. And just so you know... 2 year old grandson escaped from me and tried to check out the garbage disposal installation couple of times, the plumbers were very patient with him. Oh and did I mention... they even removed their shoes before coming into the house.

This was a messy faucet leaking all through the cabinet and the garbage disposal looked fine but had rusted completely through. Kevin Jones plumbing was very professional. He arrived and looked at the faucet and disposal and let me know he would do everything he could to save me cost. He went out brought back back 2 faucets for me to choose from. The install of both the faucet and garbage disposal were done and everything was cleaned up like nothing ever happened. This transaction that could have been a nightmare turned out to be a very pleasant transaction. Call him before you waste time calling around.

Kevin is very professional. First, he came in without his shoes and left them on the front porch. Kevin is the first service person that has come to my house for repairs that have done this. Most repairman have been under houses working with muddy boots and have tracked right in the house, but not Kevin. He was very respectful. I called Kevin on Tuesday and explained what was happening with my garbage disposal and with the way my water was not running out of my dishwasher. Kevin said the problem with the water not running out of the dishwasher is probably with the issue of the garbage disposal. Kevin came and check the switch to the disposal and it was not making any noise. He asked me a couple of questions first, 1) did I check the circuit breaker to the disposal, 2) did I hit the reset button under the disposal. After I had done all of the above, Kevin said I needed a new one and he had already picked up a disposal on his way. Kevin was being proactive. He replaced my disposal in about 30 minutes and checked it by running water through the dishwasher and both problems were solved. Kevin is quick and professional and he will be my go-to service guy for all plumbing needs. I highly recommend him. You will be very pleased. Kevin told me, "I would not install appliance in your house or recommend anyone to work on your house that I would not use for my own home. I like that.

Kevin Jones came out on time and gave my mother and myself an estimate to replace piping that was missing in one of the houses. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He also came out and gave me an estimate to fix a leaky outdoor faucet and came and fixed it the next day. He even told us that they felt cold air coming from under the house, a sign that air is leaking from our air conditioning system. I would definitely hire him again!

Totally professional, courteous, punctual. They were also professional looking in appearance. They quoted $95 and that was price. Only thing is that Angie's List had 10% off coupon and they said it was price already using coupon ($95)?

The whole experience went very well. From sending email request on Angie's List to being called and the techs coming to assess the problem and fixing it. Very professional and competent technicians.

I told him what the problem was and instead of coming to my house and charging me for the part and labor. He told me what it was. I fixed it within 5 minutes on my own and it was free. He was so nice and now I know that I will always call him because I know he is an honest man.

I needed a plumber quickly due to another plumber not able to show up on time for kitchen remodel. Kevin was recommended by our electrician. He happened to be in area and was able to come over within a few minutes and had the job done within an hour. Gave a very reasonable estimate on job to be completed and very flexible with our remodel schedule. Highly recommend and will use in the future for upcoming projects.
