Excellent service, on time and professional.

The original work went fine. My problem came afterwards. While he was here we discussed putting a whole house water filter at the pump. Our water is a little too acidic to risk doing nothing. He took a water sample for Lancaster Pump to evaluate. I didn't get a proposal back. After being prompted, I did get a text message back with the filter and the water softener unit numbers and the price. I asked for information from his clients on whether the filter changed the water's taste significantly. I didn't get anything back. After weeks not hearing from Kevin, I texted him for an update. I got back that he didn't get any feedback on the taste issue. Much later after that my wife and I decided to move forward crossing our fingers that the new filter wouldn't affect the water's taste as we really enjoy it the way it is. When I texted Kevin that I needed the unit numbers again (I had misplaced them) and the dimensions of them, I never got a return text or call back. Very disappointing. I've moved on.

I spoke with Mr. Jones. He said he would be glad to come out and give me a quote once PWC found the connection. Once I got that done, I called back and left a message. No one ever returned my call.

They came shortly after I called and replaced the faucet. Cleaned up after themselves. Very pleasant.

Showed up earlier than expected which was awesome!! Chris did a great job and I'm so thankful that he was able to fix it and it wasn't worse than I expected. Will definitely be using these guys again

I tried to contact Mr. Jones on Friday 22 April and left a message. He returned my call stating that he would come take a look at my shower that was leaking through our ceiling the following Wednesday. No problem there. During that same phone call he proceeded to tell me he was out on a job and didn't have his appointment book with him. He asked me to send him a text with my address, description of the problem, name, phone number, and the day of the appointment. Again a little burdensome on the customer but okay. I wait and wait, Wednesday comes around and no response to my text or a return phone call. The customer should not have to work this hard to get a provider to fix an issue. I did not call him back or text him nor will I attempt to give him my business in the future. If he is too busy he needs to be upfront and say so and not waist my time. This man clearly already has more customers than he can handle. I would try my luck somewhere else if I were you.

I left a message for him on the weekend on Angies list he called me Monday morning and arranged an appointment convenient to me. He did the work quickly and efficiently and gave me a discount for using Angies List. He did a very good job and I will recommend him and use him again.

Kevin and his helper Dixon came out two days later at the appointed time and got straight to work. We worked together to provide my wife with exactly what she needs. When putting in the additional spigot he suggested and provided a piece of hardware that prevented any backflow to our drinking water supply if my wife were to spray her plants with any fertilizer. Kevin is really into self sustainability, so when I asked him for some advice on whether the sinks run off was OK to just drop onto the floor made up of 3 to 4 inch deep loose stone he suggested capturing the water for reuse. Great suggestion! He ran the drainpipe off to the side and allowed it to swivel so that we could easily remove the 5 gallon bucket underneath it. Everything Kevin did for us kept in mind our advanced age, our safety and our desire to not waste anything. I couldn't be happier with Kevin and Dixon's work. It was money well spent and I am sure to use Kevin again in the future.

On the coldest morning of the season, I had to schedule a service call to replace the outside water Valve because it would not shut off. Mr. Jones sent someone out right away. They did a great job, in a timely manner with a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again.

The gentlemen were very professional, and apologized for not being able to fix the problem.

This is the 2nd time we've used Kevin Jones Plumbing - again, great service! Within 24 hours of our request, Kevin was able to swing by and do the assessment of our leaking hot water and leaking ceiling. After the assessment, Kevin was able to figure out and fix the problem within 2 days. He saved us money by identifying the bad valve that was responsible for the water leak from the water heater. We were really thankful that we did not have to replace the whole water heater. The whole service only cost $150. We will definitely use Kevin Jones Plumbing again for any plumbing issues at our home.

I sent an email through Angie List at 0530 this morning. Mr. Jones responded and stated that he would call me by 0800 and I will have my water line fixed today. My husband received the call and met them at the house and my water line was fixed by 0930. I have found me a reliable plumber. Thank you Mr. Jones. : )

I call Mr. Jones on Nov 2 in the morning and he was willing to come out that day. I schedule the appointment for Nov 3 around 10AM. Mr. Jones was on time and went right to work. He spent some time checking for clogs in the line and defective line. Mr. Jones suggested replacing the faucet and he stated if that did not work he would not charge me for the new faucet and he would put the old one back. The new faucet worked. I'm very impressed with this man professionalism and hard work. I would and will recommend him to any one I know who needs a plumber.

I called Kevin Jones on a Saturday after a pipe on the water heater had burst and flooded the bathroom underneath. Mr. Jones told me that he would call me back as soon as he had unloaded for the job he was working on. Later that day, he came to our house to assess the problem. He attempted to fix the problem by changing some worn out parts. He told me that if I decided to change the water heater he would not charge for that day but include the labor cost to the total cost of changing the water heater. Mr. Jones returned on the day agreed upon with three other men plus the new water heater. His work was impecable. He made sure not only that the water heater was installed but that the old one was removed at no extra charge.

We live out of the area and our daughter and husband with their baby moved into a rental property with kitchen construction. The landlord had not plumbed the sink after the new counter-tops had been installed and some time had gone by. We got involved because progress by the landlord toward completion of the sink plumbing was not being made. Kevin Jones Plumbing was the first contractor to return our call. He made time to fit us in and took care of this issue immediately. He provided an estimate over the phone which he stood by. We found him to be very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. The area was clean after he was finished. The project was completed to our expectation and we would not hesitate to use Kevin again and would highly recommend him to others.

They came out the following day after called and once arriving, they were able to repair my current outside spigot and replaced the washer hose in less than 15 minutes. He saved me a lot of money along with sharing a lot of knowledge of future prevention measures. Job well done and if I have any additional repairs, I'll definitely reach out to the these guys again!!

I called him a couple of times because he was really recommended on Angie's List. He would say he was going to come out, but never came out. He has not called to say he is not going to come. He does say he is really busy and that he will get back to me the early part of next week. So, next week came, I called him back, he said he was driving right then and asked if he could call me back in a little while. I said yes, but never got a call back. I decided not to use him. I was not calling for any estimates; I wanted him to do the job based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. He took my number and name down, but that was that. He never followed through. If he would have communicated with me that he had a lot of work going on and was too busy I would have respected that, but he didn't.

Friendly and professional. I have a rental house and Kevin was patient and professional with the difficult tennant. The price was reasonable I would use his service again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher. The dishwasher backed up a spilled out on the floor when I opened the door. I was worried about water damage so I needed immediate services. They came within the hour and fixed the problem within minutes. Since it was such a quick job, they did not charge me the after hour fee. They also gave me some good advice when it comes to using garbage disposals so as to avoid potential problems in the future. I am very happy that I called them and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

We contacted them for quick turn around jobs and they came out within 24 hours and took care of all issues. They also provide the water heater...so we didn't have to purchase separately and worry about getting it to the location. This was very convenient for us and their prices are very reasonable.
