They responded quickly to give an estimate and did the work the same day. They were very professional and did the job in no time cleaning up everything before they left. I was pleased with their work and will use them again when I need plumbing work done.

I set up for five estimates from Angie's List plumbers. Had 2 no shows. Kevin Jones Plumbing was prompt, direct, and let me know exactly what was needed and provided me the best price of any other plumber by several hundred dollars. Work was done on time and each of his employees were very well mannered and professional. Work was done with quality and Kevin ensure all was properly done and constantly checked with me to ensure all was well. His estimate was so competitive, my neighbor also hired Kevin Jones Plumbing to connect his house to the county sewer -- and all the work to both houses were done in less than a day. He had the best excavator operator that I have seen. Kevin Jones Plumbing is now my primary source of all plumbing work to my property. I highly recommend him to any person for any plumbing reason that expects quality work for a fair price. That's what it is all about! I strive on quality, integrity, timeliness, honesty, and a person true to their word. Kevin Jones Plumbing and his crew all met this criteria. ADDED: Right after the work and a couple of days of hard rain, the outside area previously covered settled and some holes and erosion were noticed. I called Kevin Jones Plumbing and a crew plus a backhoe was sent back out and repaired the areas by smoothing them out ready to be reseeded. More that was expected at no additional cost. My thanks to the company for such quality work.

It was very good. He was here on the spot and took care of everything. I was impressed with the fact that he was able to come out right then. He did good. His prices are average.

We have been unable to use our upstairs 2nd bathtub/shower combo for a year because of leaking. The last time we had a similar leak in our master shower and it involved holes in the wall and ceilings (downstairs). The cost was over $1000 because of the additional repairs and painting to the wall and ceiling. I called Kevin Jones Plumbing on 02/27/14 and got an immediate response. I did mention the upstairs leak and wanted an estimate on this job but my primary concern was the kitchen sink. I made an appointment for the next day and was completely impressed with the excellent and professional service. I originally called Kevin Jones plumbing for my kitchen sink which had stopped working and had a leak. He explained my options and offered suggestions and solutions in order of cost. I opted to see if I could order and replace the corroded part through delta and have them come back and fix it then. If not, I will go with definitely go with their 2nd suggestion without hesitation. Mr. Jones also checked our guest bathroom downstairs and made an adjustment because we only had hot water running from it for the longest time. We were not charged for this quick fix. At no time did I fell pressured or defrauded and I am delighted that our 2nd bathroom used by guests and visiting children is now working properly and it was under $150.00. Kevin Jones is a great example of a company run right...I greatly appreciated that they removed their boots before they entered my home and left everything nice and clean when they left. The biggest complement was from my husband - "Job well done".

Discovered a leak from an upstairs bathroom by the wet ceiling downstairs. Called Kevin Jones Plumbing first thing in the morning, they were at the house within the hour, showed up with three people, two vans, and a trailer ready to work. Raining outside, they took their shoes off before we even answered the door and were very conscious of keeping other areas of the house clean. The guys evaluated the problem, cut a small hole where the damaged drywall was, and found the leak. Turns out, it was a small metal sleeve behind the shower knob that allowed some water to leak down from our daughter's shower last night. They fixed what was wrong, and then told us because that's all it was, they weren't even going to charge us! The whole time all three were professional, courteous, and came across as very knowledgeable of their profession. Answered all of our questions and concerns with confidence. Family friendly, didn't mind when our little girl offered her professional nine-year old opinion of what the problem was. Would like to never see these guys again, but if we have to call a plumber, they'll be the ones we use, no questions asked.

The guys showed up to my house within two hours of being called. They did a quick assessment on the issue at hand and got straight to work. They finished the job in 30 minutes, checked everything for leaks, and were out the door to the next job. They had a good sense of humor and the job was done right and quickly.

I gave him a call and he came right out. He didn't charge me an after hours fee. He installed a temporary water heater for us until he was able to get us the correct size. After having installed our permanent unit, he only charged us for one install. Professionally dressed. They cleaned up after themselves.
