+ -1 moreCapps came out within a day and gave an estimate which included when they could start and the approximate length of the job...not just the price. They were quick and professional. The inside pipes were old too, and he added a water shutoff valve that brought the building up to code. Everything they did was included in the estimate and clearly described before any work was begun. The whole job took under two days. I am so pleased with their work that I plan to hire them to do work in my home.
Description of Work: Outside pipes were stolen in an office building and I needed them replaced.

+ -1 moreThe service was great! You can't beat the service! The gentleman was very professional and honest. He did his job quickly. I have yet to have a problem with that faucet. I have had 2 other plumbers install the same faucet. Both times, it continued to cause issues. Neither one of them would come back and repair it. Capps told me if I ever have any problems, he would come back. He is very trustworthy, and I would recommend him. I most definitely will use him in the future.

Description of Work: I called him because my water heater wasn't making hot water and its going to be cold tonight even though its mid April...and he responded immediately. He came over sooner than he said he would and promptly fixed the problem then left. A plus.

+ -1 moreThe plumber did a great job but it did take 2 visits to complete the work. I think he assumed (as I did) that it would just be something simple like the hot water handle not working. Turned out that since the hot water hadn't been used in so long a clog had built up in the pipe in the wall and he had to cut an opening in the shower wall to replace a major line. How he did this and made it look good as new with a chrome metal plate I'll never know, but it looks great and works fantastic. The plumber was professional, well mannered, cleaned up after himself, and did something you don't see anymore. He wasn't constantly on the cell phone! I would recommend this company to anyone and I'll call them again next time I have a pumbing problem.
Description of Work: The shower in my 2nd bathroom hadn't been used in several years. Went to clean & found no hot water, only cold water. So I called the plumber. The plumber checked the lines & found out there was a clog in the wall so he had to cut hole in the shower wall & replace major line to shower. Took two visits to complete work as they weren't expecting it to involve so much work.

I can tell you with certainty that you will not find a better run plumbing service in Cumberland County. They are on time, knowledgeable, customer oriented, with prices that are inline with the services provided. One of the best decisions I've made with the help of Angie's list is finding and hiring Capps.
Description of Work: Repair leaks in bathroom shower and replaced or rebuilt handles, face plate, diverters, ball cup and faucets in two bathrooms.

Description of Work: I had trouble with my bathroom plumbing, as the main drain was seriously clogged. Called the man at Capps Plumbing and received a quick response to my request for service. He arrived on time and after listening to me describe what was wrong as well as the attempts I had made to correct the problem myself, assessed that he needed to go up on the roof and use a power auger to cleanout the drain. He did this in very professional manner and the job was completed in no time at all, with no mess.

He was very patient and I appreciated him not charging me additional money to return. He also fixed 2 outside faucets on my home....Did a great job for a pretty good price
