Johnny Capps has been my plumber for many years. He is absolutely honest, dependable, professional, and knowledgeable. He has responded quickly to emergencies as well as normal repairs. He is the only plumber I would use and recommend.

Called Johnny at Capps plumbing and he came out that afternoon. On time and very professional. After evaluating the situation, he pinpointed it to a “t” where the clog was. It was between the washing machine and the kitchen sink under the house. I recommend Capps Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I’ve used them more than one time. They got it all up and running good for me. I thought it was a little pricey, but I realized that the guy had to go up under the house in the crawl space. I’ve used them twice before to install a new fixture. It’s one of those fancy faucets that you have to go to the plumbing store to get the parts that’s needed and they repaired the leak. It was the first time I called them.

I really appreciate the fact that they took the time where we had to call another plumber previously and he told me that the faucet could not be repaired because they didn’t have the parts but they went down and they found the parts. They had to go all the way downtown to a specialty shop. They didn’t charge me extra for the time that they had to go to pick it up. It’s like some charge you a certain amount per hour. It took them an extra hour because they had to go all the way downtown to pick it up and then come back to my house. They just charged me for the time that it took to actually repair the faucet. I figured that they were pretty honest.

The plumbing services were awesome. He actually did not charge to clear and fix the drain that was clogged with wax. I did not have any dislikes and the main like would fall under customer service. I liked the fact that he is willing to be patient enough to explain to me to make sure I understood what he was doing. He price-shopped for the big part we needed for the septic pump. He under-promises and over-delivers. He is a really good guy. He even calls and says he is on his way, too. He is in my phone contacts.

Made a couple phone call and Capps plumbing called me back within 15mins. He told me he would be at my house in a hour and guess what HE SHOWED UP ON TIME! Knowing that with any skill trade this sometimes can be a issue but he was right on time. Before he started he troubleshooted all the waterlines all the house. After that he started in on the kitchen sink and unclogged rather quickly. Him and his team were very professional and i would do business with his company again.

I have used Mr. Capps in the past on several occasions. He has always been very reliable. I do not live in the area, but has never been a problem. My renter called me on Saturday morning and said her hot water was gone after about three minutes of use. I called Mr. Capps, he said it sounded like the bottom element and could go out on Monday to check it out. Monday came and he replaced it and all is well. Super painless!! I have been pleased with his services every time I have used him.

Everything went smoothly. They came and performed the work and were finished in around 2 hours. Would definitely use them for future plumbing needs and would recommend them for others' plumbing needs.

He was excellent in fixing the issue. He was very prompt. He said he would be there within a certain time and he was there. He was reliable and courteous. I would use them again.

Johnny was great! He came out on Saturday, arrived exactly when he said he would, was very personable, and answered several other plumbing questions I ask. I will definitely call Johnny for all my plumbing work from now on. I have no hesitation recommending this company...You Will be glad you called!! Thanks Johnny.

My dish washer was backing up and collecting debris inside. They ran the kitchen sink and the dish washer to diagnose the problem. They cleaned out the tube that connects to the washer. They were very patient and very thorough. They charged a very fair price.

He was professional, polite and friendly. I could tell he knew what he was doing and I was glad he came to do the work. I told him I had called another company which said they could do it 24/7. But when I called they said they couldnt do it until next week. So I called John and he said he would come right over after the job he was on at the time. He came over when it was dark and did expert work.

Called on Thursday afternoon and was needed someone to come and fix the leakage in my kitchen , Mr Capps told me he was in the area came right over change the washer on both the hot and cold water faucet .He is definitely our plumber!

Despite 3 calls to Capps Plumbing, I never received a return call. This was unexpected because the reviews on Angie's list were generally positive. Since I never connected with Mr. Capps, I can't say whether he does a great job or a poor job. I just know I got no response to my calls, despite having an emergency in which raw sewage was leaking into the yard.

He was very helpful and friendly. I'll be using him again for the other leak.

Everything went well. The gentleman is very nice, responds quickly, and does good work for fair prices.

Johnny Capps came on short notice and did a thorough whole house plumbing inspection...found a leak and repaired it and issued a written report. Excellent!!!, Friendly and Professional and very fair fee.

Within 24 hours of having initially called his service, he called back with a date and time that he could come to the house. He arrived promptly and got right to work. The cost was reasonable and his manner was above reproach. We'll be using him again.

Mr. Capps returned my call quickly, and we were able to set up a time for the work. He was very punctual. The main problem was the kitchen double sink that kept backing up. The previous occupant had a jury-rigged set-up of the pipes under the sink. In attempting to and quot;fixand quot; the backing up, I probably added to the jury-rigging. Mr. Capps was able to undo all the mistakes (a lot of hard work cutting and replacing pipe segments) and fix everything. Works great now - no backups! After the sink, he installed the new toilet, and was able to fix the drain in the downstairs tub. He did good work, and had a very friendly and personable personality. Recently I advised my daughter to call him when she had plumbing problems. I highly recommend him.

In the end, this is hands down the most professional company I have had out here with regards to plumbing. I will definitely use Capps when I begin my master bathroom remodel as I am sure something plumbing related will end up happening. Thanks again for the great service Capps and I ope this review helped out potential customers.

It was an excellent experience. Out of several plumbers Johnny was the only one to promptly call me back. He worked efficiently, quietly, and was very courteous and professional. I felt that he did an A+ quality job, very reasonable for the hard job that he did!

To put it simply, Capps plumbing will be my go-to company for my future plumbing needs. Both Mr. Capps and his apprentice were punctual, very personable, down-to-earth, yet professional. (Bonus points given for being affectionate with our dogs!) They carefully moved the washine machine and pedestal to access the spigot behind, quickly assessed the issue and what was needed to address it, and got to work. They were careful to not cause any harm to my washer/pedestal (believe me, I watched) and immediately wiped up any drips. After the work was complete they returned everything to its place, gave me the invoice (which was for exactly what I was quoted over the phone when I first contacted Mr. Capps), collected payment, and were on their way. As an important side note, my total for the repair/replacement was significantly lower than a well-known local plumbing company's estimate for the same job just the previous day.Since the spigot repair I've washed 2 loads of laundry and am happy to report that I've detected no leaks and no longer have to worry about not being able to wash loads in warm/hot water when needed.

Left message and received prompt callback all three visits. Man was professional and prompt for service. Price was good/expected.Installed faucets and fixed shower faucet and also fixed outdoor spigot handle as well as other services. Each service performed quickly and thoroughly. No complaints. I appreciate good work and good price.
