Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump and redid my duct work.The area was not left as clean as I thought it would be, but I understand it was going to be a dirty job. There were four of five workers. It took about two or three days. They do quality work, but you do have to check on things.

Description of Work: The provider came to the house and and inspected the unit and immediately there was something wrong and he disable my unit and told my daughter the cost will be four hundred dollars to replace the malfunctioning item. my daughter called me and I called someone else for a second opinion, someone that I have used before and it was not as bad as this provider stated. I got the part replaced for three hundred less.

When our Technician inspected the system at [member address removed] on June 9, 2014, he found the unit being operated in an unsafe condition. The maximum overcurrent protection allowed by the manufacturers data plate is 40 Amps. Whomever had worked on the equipment previously had left a 50Amp breaker in the disconnect box, which allowed the equipment to operate in an overheated condition. This situation could have resulted in a house fire. Our Technician found the fire safety hazard and recommended the best solution to correct the problem. Based upon my analysis of the job, our technician should be commended. If you used the same person who left the equipment overfused to fix the problem, I would definitely recommend a second opinion. Based upon the great job our Technician did, I beleive the poor rating you gave our company is unfair and unwarranted. I would ask you to reconsider your rating. Description of Work: Excellent job! They replaced the outside compressor (36,000BTU) and cleaned and serviced the inside unit. They definitely knew what they were doing, they were fast, and left absolutely no mess. Would definitely use them again. elb

Description of Work: We had a new heat pump, a/c & air ducts (replaced & cleaned) last year. We took several bids and chose All Season Heating & Cooling. They were terrific! We now have a service plan with them. We really like the service we receive from them.
