They did a great service. I would highly recommend them.

They just did a report for the air conditioning unit, saying what needed to be repaired.

Over all it went well. The main duct connection to the inside unit came disconnected. They came out and reconnected it with no problems. The unit failed inspection by the Hoke county inspector for not having a disconnect breaker on unit and had to be sealed around the floor.

Just one tech took about an hour to complete the service. They were good.

Everything went fantastic. The service tech that came (Lee) was very helpful and carefully checked everything from in the attic to underneath the home. Turned out that both our units thermostats got fried. He managed to get us up an running temporarily until we could get two new thermostats. Everything else turned out fine. But he checked everything to ensure we were good to go. Very great service.

Arrived during anticipated time, was pleasant, started work performed in a timely manner.

Over a five year period, the overall quality of service from this company declined from being outstanding to inconsistent and untrustworthy. Just a few years ago, this company was among the best in this area. For my wife and I, what began as a great purchase and a great association five years ago slowly degraded. This is based on increasingly substandard technical competence by the company?s designated field technician. I would strongly recommend caution to new customers looking to purchase either new air conditioning units or service maintenance agreements with this company. Should the company make the effort to change and address the technical competence of its personnel, it could return to its previous status as outstanding in customer satisfaction. Currently, there are other companies in this area that are highly competitive in sales, service, and overall customer satisfaction. Through research, I?ve found that other companies invest more resources towards hiring more highly trained and quality personnel in order to maintain and service the AC/Heating units they sell. All Seasons once was 100% in this regard, too. General Info: Most new purchases of AC/Heating units come with a standard warranty (usually 10 years for parts and labor). Many of these companies offer service maintenance (for various periods, after purchase/installation) as a free perk of buying a new unit. If you choose to make a purchase from this company, make sure that all service maintenance promises from this company are in writing. I?d recommend potential customers to compare the prices and services of other companies in the Fayetteville area. In the past couple of years, there have been a few companies (in this area) that have really improved what they?re offering to customers. Because of the popularity of Angie?s List and other customer review sites, companies seek favorable reviews as a means to improve their marketability. I?ve learned a lot from shopping around on Angie?s List. All Seasons: All Seasons has great people. All Seasons AC & Heating has some of the nicest folks in their staff and administration that I?ve interacted with among Fayetteville businesses. They require their employees to be cordial, and their service technicians wear appropriate footwear/covers to avoid tracking up the inside of your home during service calls. They conduct appropriate background checks on their personnel. Their administrative personnel are cordial and professional. Over the past five years that I?ve done business with them, they?ve been highly proficient and timely in my interactions with them. My review over the recent problems with service calls has no bearing upon the fine manner that the administrative staff conducts their business. My specifics as a customer: I purchased a **$14,368.00** four ton, two zone residential Heating& AC system. It came with 5 year Gold Club membership for service maintenance. Maintenance for one year on separate AC/Heating unit. Also, I purchased a **$2,000.00** sub-floor dehumidification system. The installation and service of these two systems were both outstanding. I wrote superlative reviews for the company to reflect my satisfaction with their service. In fact, my wife and I were so happy with their service that we agreed to appear in TV advertising here, in our home, without any financial compensation provided to us by All Seasons. We became great friends of the company and were happy to advocate for their business because of the great quality of both their product(s), level of technical competence, and customer-friendly business practices. Additionally, I agreed to be a reference for the company, and I took occasional calls from prospective customers to tout their service. Consequently, these folks treated us great. Once, we had a leaky drainage pipe from a separate AC unit. Without complaint, Senior Technician/Supv Mike Green came to our home and supervised/assisted in the repair of the pipe. This was done free of charge even though we were willing to pay for their efforts. We were very grateful. Therefore, I wrote another superlative review for this company (see Angie?s List review dtd August 10, 2012) after their visit. Afterwards, the owner was (reportedly) so happy with my review that he promised free service maintenance ?for life? on our second unit. Of course, we didn?t expect this either then, or now. We simply wanted to pay for what was right and proper given the company?s ?Fixed right or it?s free? motto. Here, it?s significant to note that when Mike Green was directly involved in supervising the service calls, you could always trust that everything was going to be done properly. No question. However, as time passed, Mike Green eventually took less and less of an on-site/ ?hands on? approach to service calls. Coincidentally, shortly after this period was when our first problems began. In March, 2014, we were scheduled for our yearly maintenance inspection. On March 24th, 2014, the merchant?s designated technician (Ernest) performed the required checks. Ernest told me the UV light was out on the (3 year old) four ton York unit. We then had a discussion about the All Seasons ?Gold Club? coverage purchased as part of the York unit purchase/installation. Then, Ernest asked me, ?What is the Gold Club??. So, I showed him the invoice dtd March 4th, 2011, which listed the warranty on parts, labor, and specifically listing the UV Light as part of the equipment installation. He said that he was going to have to check on all that with the office. I realized, then, that I was going to have problems with the company in the future. Eventually, I just paid for the UV Light (September 2014 - $106.00) because I had always had a friendly relationship with this company. I didn?t want to damage that relationship over a UV light. In April 2015, the company?s designated technician (Ernest) performed two system maintenance checks that I would rate as satisfactory, overall. He pulled and cleaned the upstairs AC/Heating unit's blower wheel for $252.00, and all the other services?etc cost $410.00, total. This was a fair price for the services performed. However, in September 2015, a series of ?system maintenance? visits became increasingly problematic. On September 22, 2015, Ernest arrived to perform system maintenance. He offered to sell me two very small bottles (plastic bottles of anti-algae solution) of ?drain pan treatments? for $49.00, which I politely declined. Then, he recommended that we replace the upstairs heating and A/C system which was working fine at that time. Separately, I had already had extensive conversations with Mike Green about replacing the unit at some point in the future, but I really wanted to keep using the unit as long as it was working?etc. It had been working fine up to this point. Now, when a technician shows up to do service maintenance on a unit that is working fine, but he writes on the service invoices ?Recommend new unit??well, I couldn?t help but worry and wonder about what to expect next. Just seven days after the service maintenance visit, the upstairs a/c stopped working. Ernest showed up to investigate the problem. Afterward, the post service invoice said ?Reset/Tested High Pressure Switch? which had tripped. It was a call back, so there was no charge. Unfortunately, the very next day, the unit stopped working again. Afterward, Ernest reported ? via the invoice - that he ?Found some old wiring at the air handler, repaired. Fan and a/c are coming on when called for. Call back?no charge?. I was grateful that the a/c was working again, but I was rapidly losing confidence in the technical service/diagnostics...etc. A few months later, the unit stopped working again. Ernest arrived to trouble-shoot the problem. After Ernest checked the unit and performed a computer diagnostic for $89.00, he replaced a capacitor costing $132.00. The total, with a store coupon, cost $196.00. However, the very next day, the unit stopped working, again. This time, I requested any technician but Ernest. This time, I was fortunate to have ?Lee? as the technician. Lee knew what he was doing. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem ? which was a bad disconnect in the air handler. Lee fixed this, and he also replaced 2 valve caps to the condenser - which were missing. The interesting thing about the missing valves was that Ernest was the only technician to perform system maintenance on the system for the previous two years before Lee looked at it. I would rate Lee?s service call as an A+. At this point, I?ll focus on the positives, by saying my thanks to Mike Green for making a lot of ?right? calls on trouble-shooting AC/Heating issues on my respective systems. During this period, there is not one technical problem ? that he was personally involved with on-site) that was not resolved. For that, my wife and I are very grateful. I would recommend this company again *only* if they addressed their service personnel issues. I?d recommend that the company strongly consider post service calls to verify that folks are satisfied with the service performed. If the company is performing at a superior level, then ensuring the high standard is met really does mean ?fixed right?. Customers shopping for new AC/Heating systems should carefully consider all the ?post sale? factors before deciding to purchase. Active duty and retired military personnel should also consider companies that offer military discounts on both new AC/Heating systems and/or maintenance service.

Great company. Very friendly and professional technician. I used an Angie's List coupon and the service was very affordable. Unfortunately, I have an old leaky heat pump and the cost per pound for refrigerant to refill it drove up the price some.

We are about to move from this house. Suggestions were made for several price points to let me make a good decision.

I wound up buying a new heat pump. All Seasons sent a team to assess the job. They installed new duct-work, thermostat, a new circuit-breaker board, the heat-pump, and the whole nine yards. It only took a few days. It works great. Their guys were squared away and they were total pros.

they were here promptly everyday and did there job very excellently. at the end of the day they clean up so thoroughly like they were here. friendly and courtesty people. we would hire them again. I am guessing on the price because I could not find the contract.

Found the problem and fixed it.

Our first dealings with the company were in 2011 after we were hit by a Tornado. Not only did they provide our new heat pump but also installed new ducts under the house. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of follow up to my service call. I took off work three separate times only to have my service calls cancelled. When the service men finally arrived to my condo to clean my dryer vents, they did not have the appropriate cord to run the machine. My dryer vents still have not been cleaned nor have I received a call back from the company to reschedule.

All Seasons are very professional. They call the day before to remind you what time they are coming. They call when the technician is arriving at his call before you and they call again when he is on his way to you, so you know when to expect him and are not left dangling all day waiting. The technician was professional, polite and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what it meant.

The visit went well but longer than necessary. This was a cleaning and service check special that All Seasons was running for $59.00. I thought the special included duct cleaning but that didn't happen.

All Season is the one I opted to because the other company could not service me the day that I wanted. It was pretty reasonable. They actually went above and beyond and actually cleaned out a whole lot of stuff outside the scope of work they needed to do.

Took more time than planned, and occasional miscommunication, but overall did a great job, working within the limits of our house. Even provided loaner window units for the hot days that the work was still in progress and we otherwise would have been without air conditioning at all. Pricey, but we got a good financing package. And Mike Green, the proprietor very helpful--even stopped by to inspect the work.

It went very well. Their customer service is very good. They were just prompt that day and came out after their normal hours. Their technicians are very courteous.

I also had issue in my kitchen, they also fixed that as well.

came out late in the evening to get the unit to work. I use them because they usually come out the same day I call no matter how late.

First visit went well, diagnosis completed by a prompt professional technician. He was at the house quite some time evaluating the problem and found dual thermostat wires controlling my unit. He did not have enough thermostat wire to rewire the unit on this date and said I would be called the next morning to have another appointment scheduled for running a new thermostat wire and he suggested I relocate thermostat to the other side of the wall. The estimated cost for this work would be $383.00. Not knowing any better I said that would be fine. However, I never received a call back and had to call them. When I scheduled the follow-up appointment it was cancelled and changed not once but at least 4 times. Never received a call back at all after the last conversation. Lucky for me, since the company I did call to come do the work identified an easier fix to my problem and only charged my $189 for the work. Very happy that All Seasons did not come back, saved me a ton of money and the other company will get a nice review. Makes me wonder how this company makes the number 1 spot on Angies list referrals for HVAC, it certainly was not the case for me.

The minute Aric Patterson of All Seasons AC & Heating came out, we experienced professional and efficient service. He was polite and knew exactly what was wrong with our AC. He was friendly yet professional and fixed our AC immediately. While he was in our attic, checking the ducts, he came across items of value we did not realize was in our attic. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. This company has a customer in me for life.
