I was awesome. I know more now about my system than I have in the 3 years of owning my home!

I would have used this company for my new HVAC. The reason we did not is because we had a strong personal reference from a close friend to go with someone else. The amount of time that All Seasons spent creating an estimate and talking about our HVAC needs was excellent. Their owner is a very professional and caring businessman. Their employees are professional and informed.

They did a good job, and were very nice and clean.

The individual that came was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very clear with the estimates and explained each procedure as he worked. He made sure to show what he was doing as he worked.

I set up the appointment for Thursday afternoon, between 1200 and 5:00pm. I had a doctor's appointment that morning, so I took the whole day off of work, so I could get as much as possible done. When I returned home, I had a call from All Seasons to reschedule my appointment. I called them and informed the young lady that I had taken the day off, and it would be hard for me to reschedule unless someone could come out on a Saturday. She put me on hold, came bac and told me that someone would be out. I was really greatful, and was praying they would get there before 5:00pm, because I had another appointment at 5:30pm. A young man came out a little after 2:00pm. He was very professional and mannerable. He checked my unit, and told me what I needed to do to make the unit last longer. I will be calling them again, if needed.

Wife and I recently bought a home that was built in 1967. We want to do a lot of remodeling and decided that we better invest in a new heating and air system first. The old air ducts were in the floor, the return was on the floor, and the heat was propane. We wanted to have everything in the ceiling(ducts and return) and get rid of the propane heat. We called All Seasons and set an appointment for the estimation. First of all, the whole thing was a great experience. The salesman/estimator was really nice, polite, and on-point. The technicians were very professional and wasted no time. They had our entire heating and air system, air ducts, and two returns added in the ceiling installed in three days. If someone was to look at the framework of this house they would have said we could of never had a system, ducts, and returns installed up above. All Seasons had it knocked out in no time. Everything they did is perfect. We are very happy and thankful that we went with All Seasons. From past experiences, we have dealt with contractors that tried to take advantage of us (i.e. charging an arm and a leg or telling us we needed something that we don't) and contractors that were dishonest and took short cuts. Contractors like that make it so hard and stressful when it comes to getting work done. We spent $13,000 with All Seasons and do not regret one cent. And that makes the air feel even better.

They did an awesome job. They were licensed and bonded which is important. They are highly qualified and highly competent. Mike Green without question knew what he was doing. They are very experienced. They provided us with a fair and accurate estimate in regards to what we needed. They did a very thorough job from beginning to end to install the system to my satisfaction. They began working on time and finished when they said they would. I was very pleased.

In the last season service cleaning to the unit the tech noticed that the 30 amp disconnect was broken.He could not do the job on that day because he didn't have the part with him, that they would call us to schedule the appointment and so they did for last monday from 2:00-3:00 PM.The tech did not call or arrived at that time frame so we waited a little longer and call the company were told my husband that the tech was overrun in another job.So we re-scheduled for today ,the tech Gilbert called before coming to my house, did the job right away and checked if the unit was operating right. Other than they did not called that day if they could not make it and re-schedule there is no other problem.

The personnel from the office were very friendly and the technician was prompt. He talked with me on what else I could do for my a/c unit to keep it functioning properly. I only use them for my a/c needs.

August 2008 when my home was 5 years old the air conditioning went out. I called my warranty company and they gave the call to All Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating. The technician said the coil required replacing and in order to replace the part they needed to perform duct modifications, disposal, inspection permit fees and do a condensation drain line replacement. I had never had a problem with leaking in or near the home. The company said these services were outside of the warranty payment they would get and I needed to pay an additional $750. I subsequently learned that though they requested a permit to do this work, the company never called the county back to schedule the inspection. June 25, 2009, the same problem had been occurring and once again my warranty company called All Seasons as they had done the previous work. All Seasons said it was a manufacturers defective part and they would order the part. It has now been over a week and no service in 90 degree temperatures. I am reporting this now in order to avoid someone else getting burned in this heat. The warranty company has worked diligently to try to resolve this matter to no avail. They even authorized an additional $150 to All Seasons to get the part here more promptly. I have no idea when I will have air conditioning again. This has been a horrible experience made more difficult by the lack of communication from the company and the lack of candor when I can get them on the telephone. The owner for the company has yet to have a conversation with me regarding the issues raised. Update: I would not use this company for anything again. I was put off many days in 90 plus degree heat for the exact sam problem as the prior year. I had to board my dogs at great expense for almost 2 full weeks and had greater bills myself due to the home being over 100 degrees daily. The company did not call me to inform me of delays, I had to call them or have my warranty company call them. My warranty company even authorized additional funds to them when they claimed the part was in Houston. I have insisted to my warranty company that they NEVER send this company to my home again. As of this date, the company has never apologized or offered any renumeration for the tremendous out of pocket expenses that I incurred due to the delay. If the dealy was not their fault the least they could do was communicate. They left the office for the long 4th of July holiday without giving me the curtesy of knowing when I might expect to have the air conditioning repaired.
