Jeff Cook of Precision Home Repair was out the week after we contacted him. They did an incredible job. They were real careful about our dogs, who will run out the gate any chance. They cleaned everything up, absolutely everything. Other than the banging on the roof, you wouldn't have known they were here. They are an A+. We are planning to use them for replacing the windows and some other projects. They were very polite, very awesome. They didn't come in and out of our house. They were very respectful of the fact that I was worried about my dogs getting loose.

I had 2 leaks in my roof. Jeff was very prompt in coming out to look at the problems and emailed me a proposal that evening. He scheduled the work around my availability, His crew was very professional, prompt and left a very clean work site.

Rick arrived at our home exactly when he said he would and began work as soon as my husband told him what needed to be done. He finished all of the jobs that we had for him to do in about 4 hours. Everything was done professionally and with great expertise. We are very happy with the results.

We've been using this company for about a year now. They are the best to work with, we are so very pleased with all their work and attention to detail when doing there job. The house looks amazing from when they began. We have many more projects that we will be using Jeff and his crew on. I contacted Precision Home Repair for an estimate, and theirs was the best. The first part of the project was to install a new entry way. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Made arrangements for the removement of the old entry way and tiling the old entry area. They showed up on time, completed the work in an outstanding manner!!!

Awesome! Company showed up on time kept me in the loop on everything going on during whole project. Kept there work site clean at all times and did amazing job on roof and driveway. I am a repeat customer of Precision Home Repair. I made the mistake of removing the doors from my old 50s wood cabinets when I repainted. I puttied over the original hinge holes and got rid of the original hinges. When the time came to rehang the doors, I was unable to get them to hang correctly. After trying for two weeks to do this myself, I called Precision Home Repair. I had been so impressed with the service and responsiveness they showed when I had them do work on our home in the past that I never considered calling anyone else. They did the estimate for me on a Thursday and came out the following Tuesday to do the work. It took them two hours to do what had seemed like an impossible job for me. They were able to get the doors hung properly even though the cabinets and doors are old, handmade, and less than square in some respects. We had also discovered what I was afraid was a bad leak in our bathroom ceiling. Jeff climbed up on the roof and diagnosed the problem as the flashing around the pipe boot (the pipe for the tub). He sealed all the pipe boot flashing on our roof, and checked the attic to make sure that we were not dealing with a mold problem because of the moisture. I am very impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and quality of service that these guys provide. I told Jeff and Rick when they were out doing the work today that any time I break anything in the house, I will be calling them to do the work. I would have no problem recommending these guys to anyone who was in need of any general home repair.

I found Precision Home Repair on Angie's List, I selected the company based on ratings and customer comments. I contacted Jeff, the owner via, email and he promptly responded. We spoke on the phone, I stated my requirements for a wind damaged roof. He provided me an estimate via, email as requested. I was working out of State and didn't want the have my wife get ripped off. Jeff provided a detailed estimate, contacted my wife to arrange the work based on her work schedule. My wife was hesitant, but after one meeting to select the shingle color and answer a few of her concerns, the work was completed and she is very satisfied with the quality, time, and clean up. The work was done on a Saturday, my wife got her shopping in, and the work site was free of debris. Thanks to Jeff, I didn't have to deal with any complaints from my wife!

They were prompt in showing up to do the estimate. They were not the cheapest estimate, but they were able to start way before anyone else could. They showed up when they said they would, finished the work in a timely manner, and did a good job. Overall we were very pleased with them and the work that they did and would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Precision Home Repair was outstanding! This team of guys worked so hard, and I can't express enough how pleased my husband and I are with the jobs they did at our home. I called him about my leaky roof. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Our house has long trim pieces on each corner of the house and due to weather /rain conditions and previous home owner neglect, they had started to come apart at the bottom. Same with one piece on the chimney, where the people building the house left the pieces too long and they rotted because they keep touching the roof and water constantly when it rains. Since we had hired Precision home repair for a previous job, we wanted them to do this work as well.We called and they came out, looked at what we wanted to be done. We discussed to replaced the wooden trim pieces with vinyl and even discussed what we had in mind for future repairs. 2 days later we got an estimate by email and we called to make an appointment for them to come out. They told us that they are working on another house and that they would come out as soon as they were done. Since our repair was nothing immediate, we had no problems waiting. We had to call though because after about 1 week we had not heard anything from them and we just wanted to have an approximate,possible day of start because we wanted to make sure that we had nothing else going on when they come out. We left a message and got a call back that day, apologizing for the delay, somebody was suppose to call and may have forgotten. So we decided on a day for the work to be done. A day or 2 prior we got another call saying that they had to delay due to a family member having to go to the hospital, we told them that we appreciated the call and that we had no issues with delaying. So we agreed on another starting day. They showed up as promised and told us what they were going to do and went to work. Very friendly and always happy to answer questions. Fixed everything and cleaned up after themselves. We have been talking about future repair to the other trim pieces. We are very happy with this company.

The work was excellent! I had some friends help me do the tear-off and clean up, and ordered all the supplies myself. But the installation was all done by precision home repair. They were extremely cooperative, and their work was professional. They said they would start at 6 am, and they arrived at 550, and were up on the roof working by 6. They took the time to do the job right. They started Saturday and finished Sunday afternoon. I will definitely contact them again for any future home repair.

Jeff came out and measured the roof and a day or so later emailed me the estimate. I was worried about the cost of the getting our house re-shingled. When Jeff gave us the quote we didn't bother with getting any other quotes. Jeff and his crew came out on a Saturday and said they would try to get it done on the same day. These guys worked non-stop and tore the old shingles off while barely dropping any debris on the ground. Due to a poor job done on the previous shingles, it took a little longer than expected. On top of that it started raining on the guys and they had to stop. They tarped the un-shingled area and even through a heavy rain overnight there were no leaks. Jeff called up on Sunday and asked if they could come out and finish instead of leaving a tarp sitting on my roof. When they finished on Sunday, my neighbor was so impressed he asked for a quote and a few days later Jeff and crew reroofed his house in a day. Having been a roofer years prior, I was impressed with the job and price of the new roof we got from Jeff. I would highly recommend Precision Home Repair.

They are reputable. The texture on our ceiling is unique. It is very hard to reproduce. They were not able to match the texture completely. They come and go quite well. The workers are friendly and let you know what they are doing. When they say that they will be there they actually show up. When I tried to call them someone would just answer the phone with "hello" instead of answering with a business name. Their work was good. I only called this company, so I didn't get more estimates. I would assume that their price is comparable. I would use them again in the future.

After noting that the security lights still didn't work, Jeff and Rick came back out, and spent about 1 hour trying to figure out why it worked on the day of repair, and not now. Turns out that there is a crazy light switch in one of the rooms that turns on the lights. I had always thought this switch was to the outlet!! Who knew?!! Anyway, these guys are awesome, courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and get the job done. Will call them again for any repairs.

They are very good and I'm very satisfied. He price matched another bid. They were very fast as well, my roof was completed in 2 hours. They are very professional and their work is outstanding. Their work makes my home look brand new. They actually found out that the original roof did not have any paper down so they saved a bigger mess. I received a 25 year warranty on the shingles. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I am torn about making this report, because the owner of this business was very easy to work with and he did his best to make things right, but the problem was that he had hired a new crew with whom he was unfamiliar, and they were not good at all. The other problem was that the owner was attending college classes during the day when he should have been monitoring this new crew. First thing I noticed was that they started putting new shingles over old damaged tar paper. The contract clearly stated that new tar paper would be used. Who in their right mind would want to put new shingles over 25 year old damaged tar paper? I had to get Jeff, the owner, involved to get that resolved. This put the job off for another day because this crew had not even brought the tar paper I had already paid for. The next problem was that one member of the crew spent most of the day sitting in a lawn chair when the others were working. Then at the end of the day he and another member of the crew were left unsupervised to clean up the debris from the day's shingle stripping, and they left without doing the work. I could not even get out of my back door, and there were nails and other debris everywhere. Jeff came over and cleaned up this mess himself with another one of his crew that seemed to be a very hard worker. The two offending crew members were not there the next day. On the last day of the job it started raining just as they were cleaning up. Again Jeff was doing more work than his employees. However, they left the area around my house a virtual mine field of construction debris and nails. I had to spend 10 mintues in the rain right after the job picking up nails out of my driveway just so I could get my car out of my garage. I have run at least four nails into my shoes, and one into my foot. I also had one flat tire on my car caused by a roofing nail. I filled half of a three gallon bucket of nails and other trash they left around. I am about to sell this house, and my realtor now tells me that there are several warped pieces of sheathing that should have been replaced and make the roof look wavy. There was still a leak around a sky light, even after I informed the crew that it had been leaking and they promised me they would fix it. Jeff and his father came over to fix the leak and it has not leaked since then. This was a completely substandard job. I hate to submit a report like this on a nice guy like Jeff, but if he is going to run a business he needs to run the business and not leave his reputation to an untried crew. I would recommend hiring Jeff because he went out of his way to fix the things that were wrong, and he even did some repair work for free to make up for the problems, but if you hire him I would recommend asking him if the crew he is going to use is one he knows and trusts.

He came on time and came with truck for the clean up. I can depend on him.The other people I tried to call never showed up and the other one gave me a wrong number. So far I am very pleased with him.

Their estimate was a lot lower than the previous estimate that I received.

They started in the am and finished in the pm. They were thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. The job and the professionalism what I would have expected and what was delivered. They were very prompt in contacting us when we made the initial call. The estimate came after that. They were prompt when we did decided to work with them. I will be using them again.

I had a roof leak that resulted in some ceiling tiles falling down. It only seemed to leak when there was a blowing rain. I called Precision Home repair because of the reviews . They were prompt and they didn't just tell me what was wrong on the roof, they took pictures and showed me. They gave me three options, and I chose the middle. The pricing was a little more than another estimate, but then the other one said nothing about the vent boots, and his description of the problem didn't match what I saw in the pictures. It took a while from the receipt of the written estimate because no-one had the transition pieces and they had to be ordered. I received a call this morning that the pieces had come in, they were on their way to pick them up, and would be here in an hour and a half. They started shortly after 9;30 and were finished by four. Everything looks great, and professional. Precision is the right name. The parts they repaired look better than some of the original sitting next to it. They totally cleaned up down to picking up nails. You can't even tell they were here. If you're looking for something cheap, then don't call these guys. They're not cheap, but they're not expensive, they're reasonable. You will get a quality job, and your money will be well spent. I will definately call them for my next repair job.

I spent $6,000 on the job. I did not have tar paper under my roof before. When they came out and looked at my roof, they told me it was because of lack of tar paper. They did all the work and cleared up all the trash. They were a lot of fun. They were very professional, but at the same time, they were very jovial. They came out and got on with their work immediately. They did whatever they were supposed to do. They were just a great bunch of guys. I would use them again if required.

They were coming back to give me the price. I had to try multiple times. They were very willing to work with me on that. That was a positive experience. They seemed to be professional and very busy. Their price was comparable to other companies. It took a long time for them to contact me.

Since I am a renter I currently cannot comment on their pricing, but as for their services, they have proven to be hard working, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They show up on time and their work is top notch. I am very pleased with every job they've completed. This company goes above and beyond what is expected of them. I will definitely utilize their services once I am a homeowner - I highly recommend them!
