Showed up when expected, did a great job, and the price was right.

Chris Crooks was very fast and punctual, he came out within days of contacting him and had multiple quotes prepared. Very easy to work with. The work was done very quickly as well the only delay was with a roof due to rain. Craftsmanship of work looks great. Will gladly use their services again.

Chris Crooks was excellent to work with. From the moment he came over for the estimate to afterwards when trying to deal with my insurance company. He and his crew provided timely, professional, quality work. The pricing seemed very reasonable. My next door neighbor even commented how impressed he was with the way the crew was constantly cleaning around the perimeter of the home, making sure most if not all roofing debris was collected. Chris answered every question and concern I had about the job, as I've never had to replace any roofing before. Chris granted my request to take pictures of any bad sub roofing. He was available even after the job was complete to help me with insurance issues. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

They are the biggest reap-offs in their bill. They were not honest with their estimates. They eventually kept me waiting and didn't get back to me. I would not recommend or use them again.

Never responded after coming out to give estimate

Very nice young man. Does quality work. Polite. However, if he needs to come back after the job is completed he tends to say he will be over and does not. So for that reason I give him a B and not an A.

Late starting. Wrong color of siding put on in the beginning. Contractors did fair quality work. They broke both my heat pump units. Tripped multiple breakers in the breaker box, resulting in upstairs outlets not working. Didn't flash most of the windows so my husband had to do it. This Home Improvement has been a total headache. Couldn't get ahold of the owner for the longest. Just an overall bad company- do not hire!

Wonderful people and crew. Excellent work and more than fair price. Was our pleasure knowing this family owned business.

He missed several appointments, and never followed up with a phone call. This really tied me up.

Initially, a rep came out to take a look at our build, and we had a great first impression. That being said, this company had the best price for a quote, however it took weeks for them to respond to starting the build (neither phone nor email responses until i would call numerous times); in the end they just took too long to respond and we felt this would be an indictor towards their customer service.

March 28, 2016 RE: Evaluation of All American Home Improvements The scope of repair work by All American Home Improvement was limited to the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new metal roof; at my residence. I am ultimately pleased with the final results and have no complaints to address at this time. However, I will notate that due to a measurement discrepancy either on the part of the estimator or of the provider of materials, there was a significant delay between the initial date of installation and the date of completion of such work. While this delay did leave my roof incomplete and sub-roofing materials exposed to weather, I feel that once it was addressed (a week later) and a tarp affixed to my roof that All American Home Improvements did satisfy my complaint until the project was completed 5 days later. Total time from quote acceptance until work completion was 35 days. I found the cost to be fair, the final installation to be sufficient, and that the work was completed as quoted. The only significant recommendation for improvement of this process is for better communication between supervisory persons and home owners concerning projected solutions to issues or difficulties. I did need to pick up after the first installation crew that arrived but, I am often considered overtly picky about debris and trash in my yard. Based upon a reflection of the total quality, value and the ease of transaction of my roof installation I would give All American Home Improvement a “B ” rating. • While NOT a reflection upon this contractor I will suggest to those considering a metal roof that I have experienced an almost total loss of cell phone reception / signal since my install.

I was told I would receive an estimate by email and did not receive one. I called and left a message asking to speak with the owner about the estimate. I am still waiting for that call and this was over a month ago.

Mr. Crooks did not keep his appointment to provide an estimate and didn't return my call to him.

These guys were great! They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were on time and fast. They also had the lowest price and there were no surprises.

Very professional first contact and quote process. Chris responded very quickly and all elements of the quote were accurate. His 2-person team was very courteous, worked quickly, and kept any mess to a minimum. There was very little disruption to the house despite the bathroom being upstairs and in a very crowded space. The original quote stated the work would take 3 days to complete and that's exactly what it took. The team took all debris and trash with them and left the place looking like new. Overall, very pleased with how the job turned out.

Overall, decent work. The only cause for frustration was their inability to complete all the work agreed upon, as per my renter. While this was frustrating, I had to go with another contractor because I needed to get the uncompleted work done and their time schedule wouldn't allow them to come back to the house until after Christmas. Thankfully, it wasn't a significant cost, but it would have been nice if the work agreed upon was done. In their defense, my renter didn't inform me of this until the first week of December, but their lack of availability to go back and complete the work was not appreciated.

Made our initial contact with this company at approx. 1210, was put on the schedule for someone to come by between 1630-1700 that same evening to look at the work to be done and provide an estimate. At 1750 we had not heard anything from the company, so we attempted to call but it went to voicemail ( we did not leave a message ). Approx. 20 minutes later we received a call back from Jeff, who stated that he had passed the information on to his brother about our request for an estimate and he was supposed to have been there, he had not heard from his brother and didn't know what had happened to our scheduled appointment. Jeff stated he could not make it out that same day to provide our estimate, but that he could make it out first thing in the morning. We decided not to use this company for our home repair as we feel that we waited a fair amount of time past our scheduled appointment without any contact from a company representative.

They tore off the old roof, replaced areas that needed to be replaced and re-installed new paper/shingles/drip edge, etc.

I can't say enough good things about All American Home Renovations. They removed all of the old shingles, underlayment, repaired a couple spots of bad roof decking, installed new underlayment and beautiful new architectural shingles. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves and doing magnetic sweeping to ensure there were no nails left on the ground. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. They even went out of the way to fix a bathroom exhaust vent pipe that they noticed was bad as they were changing the cap on the roof. They had to climb up into the attic to do this, but they wanted it to be right and not leave it the way it was. Is this not great service? I think so! They had room on their truck, so they even took a couple of branches I had recently cut from a tree. They certainly did go above & beyond with their service! I would not hesitate to contract with them again. As a matter of fact, they are working on another estimate for another project. Overall I am extremely pleased with All American , would not hesitate to do business with them again, and will certainly recommend them to anybody asking for references. It was a pleasure dealing a company that knows about good customer service. My new roof looks great. Thank you All American Home Renovations.

We had a great experience with these guys. They were very responsive and came out as soon as they could to provide an estimate. They were the fourth contractors we had come to the house to give an estimate, yet the first ones to suggest we could do the work on our own. They told us the job was much simpler than we thought and gave us good guidance on how to make the repairs on our own. They even handed us a tube of caulk before they took off! We were very grateful for their honesty, which speaks very highly of their professionalism. We will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs and recommend them to others.

From the initial visit to the payment, all went promptly and smoothly. The price was reasonable. The service was professional. The work was much better than we expected considering we have such an old house. Our emails were responded to promptly. The guys who came to work were very pleasant and respectful. No complaints. We will call them again.
