very pleased. very prompt, and professional. They did a great clean up. the crews were very experienced and worked with me during the whole process. even other issues came up like hidden holes in roof and water damage kept me informed with no increase in agreed price. will use again.

We had leakage in the master bedroom, both bathroom ceiling's and hail damage to the roof. We contacted Precision Home Repair of Fayetteville NC. The contractor Jeff came out to inspect and gave us an estimate. They gave us the best price. I called Jeff several times, because I wasn't sure of the color shingles I wanted, so Jeff each time brought over samples of different colored shingles, to show me how they would look on the house. He was very professional at all times. Jeff ordered the shingles I chosed, gave us a delivery, and start date. Jeff and his work crew arrived 7:00 am sharp on 5 September. During the roof repair process, his crew kept the grounds around our house free of debris. This crew was very professional and was able to answer any question or concerns. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repair.

Jeff was very reliable and punctual. He always answered my phone calls and text very quickly. He completed these renovations in under 4 weeks and stayed close to budget. Although he was over budget by $800, he keep us informed of the progress and we did not have any surprises at the end. Even after the walk through at the end of the project, Jeff came back to touch up a couple of things that we noticed at a later date. We would recommend his company, Precision Home Repair, to our friends and family. Of course we hated spending this much money on the home, but the other estimates were higher than his final invoice. We paid half down with final payment due at completion, but he did offer us the opportunity to pay in four installments. We were able to put the property up for sale in the mid $80's and hopefully will have an offer soon. He took this rental dump and made it into a home that anyone would be happy to live in. May have been unfair in giving the company a "B" in the price, as I think that the price was fair for the market and I am just cheap.

Mr. Jeff came out in a timely manner and look at the roof let me know what need to be done. Giving me the price. I gave Jeff a call back and we set a date to have the job done. Job done. Clean up, and everything looks good. Mr. Jeff said to give him a call if I had any problems. Now that I have my roof fix it has not rain. I feel Mr. Jeff did a good job.

Since I don't live nearby, we coordinated by phone and text. Work was done in a timely manner and I would work with them again.

Sean arrived promptly and started cutting hardy board out until he came across a problem in which he quickly solved with some more sawing. After he vapor barreid and sealed the new wood in, he began around the door where he cut out & replaced wood also. Once done, he sealed and painted everything with Kilzn. He left after lunch and came back to reseal the doors and put a wood ceiling ring around a rangehood vent pipe (had another company put this in a year ago after diappointing results from recirculating vent hood) that's exposed because my cabinets don't go to the ceiling. He ran into a problem with not enough room to get the ring all the way around the pipe because not enough room between the pipe and wall but asked medid I approve of the solution he came up with. I did and my wife agreed. When he did finish, it was like he was never there besides the great work, he cleaned up everything. I thought his quote for resealing the doors was a little high but they did buy all the materials. They do great work and are excelllent problem solvers.

I contacted Jeff to provide me with an estimate to replace my roof. Jeff came by the very next day after normal business hours because of my work schedule. He provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours. His estimate was very reasonable. After receiving another estimate from another local contractor, I decided to use Jeff. We set a time for the job. His men were very prompt and professional. Jeff said the jjob would be completed within a day and it was. They cleaned up after the job very well. I am extremely pleased with the experience and Jeff's professionalism. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company to others and plan to use him in the future for other work.

I contacted Jeff at Precision Home Repairs on 12 Jul 2013 to set up an appointment. Jeff showed up to the appointment on time 16 July and understood clearly the scope of what I wanted done. He said he would get back to me with an estimate before the end of the day and he by 6pm he did. The price was competitive and we agreed with his estimate. I asked him when his company could start they said how about tomorrow. Jeff's crew showed up the next day ready to work and got after the job. The made a point of cleaning up every day after the job and kept the job site clean at all times. Jeff's employees, Shawn and Nash were very good and very professional. I am an engineer and construction management person by training and their work was excellent and their estimate was on track. They respected my time and did high quality work. I interviewed 3 other contractors and only one got back to me with an estimate....literal translation....not gonna get the job. A couple other things about Jeff, he is a young combat veteran, who is motivated to a good job, he has good solid honest people on his crew. We will use him again.

We are very pleased. After contacting several contractors to get estimates they were the only ones to show up on time. After selecting them to do the work, they were on time every day and that seems to be a rare thing with contractors in this town. They cleaned up after the work was done and hauled the trash away. The workmanship and pride in the work they do showed in the smallest details. We will definitely be using them for our next project. Highly recommend Jeff and his team.

I called Jeff and left a message for him to return my call. Jeff called me back in about an hour and told me he would be over at around 4:00pm to do the repair. Right on time Jeff arrived looked at the roof and went to the home improvement store to pick up the shingles. He came back installed the shingles and the job was done in under an hour. I was very satisfied with Jeff he is very professional, courteous, and punctual. He Helped me out before the next rain came in and I am so happy that he was able to do the repair on the same day I called him.

It was an excellent experience. They came in and they were able to get the work done on time. I did not want them to do everything. I only did a part of it myself and then they worked with me to do exactly what I asked them to do. There was really no issue at all. It was easy to work with them and we had good communication. Their price was not expensive and they came on time everyday.

Jeff was awesome to work with. He was patient and up front with me while I was getting other estimates. Once we settled on a deal he followed through with everything he said. All work was done professionally and timely. We had some weather delays, but everything was completed within a reasonable time. Jeff kept me informed of his progress and has made follow up calls to make sure there are no concerns.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Home Repair. This is an excellent company! Their work is top notch. Their behavior is professional. They are punctual. They clean up their mess. They are friendly, kind and respectful. I am very pleased with the roof they replaced. I highly recommend this company.

Precision Home Repair came right away on the weekend. Their price was reasonable but he did charge me an extra $20.00 because he had to go get supplies at the store. Also, Precision Home Repair did offer a military discount but the man who came wasn't knowledgeable about that so I don't think I got the discount. The quality was poor because he has a string to close my fence gate.

We needed our kitchen re-vamped, new countertops/flooring/sink etc. We were given a quote that we were happy with and told the job would take 2-3 days. These guys are very professional and friendly, they work quickly and efficiently. They started when they said they would and finished a little before they said they would. The job was done really well, the end result is very good. They also performed a few other minor jobs through our home while they were here. I would highly recommend using this company.

They started at 7 am in the morning and finished at 9:30 am, so my job was not effected. They climbed in the attic to secure the cabinet to the rafter, found what the problem was and fixed it. Even fixed the hole when they got turned around. They were more worried about dragging dirt in than I was. Did a fine job of cleaning their mess up.

Again Precision's crew arrived on time, rang my doorbell to let me know they were there and proceeded to go to work.. They removed the old roof, replaced it entirely with an new roof. Worked until, I believe, about 6 PM until they finished entirely, cleaned up all around the yard and again rang my doorbell to let me know they they had completed the roof and as I was told it would be finished in 1 day. I highly reccommend Precision Home Repair for their being on time, quality of work, price and professionalism. Exactly what you want when you sign a contract.

Jeff, the owner of Precision Home Repair, responded to my email request the same day! We set up a time to meet so that he could take measurements and get back to me with his estimate on the roof replacement. Jeff is very courteous, friendly, and very punctual. I had told Jeff via telephone that we were interested in a certain color in the Certainteed roof tile, and he informed me that he would be able to obtain that tile for us with no problem. Jeff is a professional, and the epitome of an Airborne soldier, which is high praise, indeed.

Precision gave me a reasonably priced estimate, pointing out some key details that demonstrated they were experienced and thorough. They understood my goal was to get the house ready for sale and even suggested some improvements to help with curb appeal. They did quality work right on schedule. I went with Jeff's recommendation for some additional improvements to achieve my curb appeal goal and am very happy with the results. Overall I am extremely pleased with Precision and would gladly hire them again.

I had needed to replace my roof and was calling to several roofing companies for estimates. After calling several from the yellow pages, having them come by and getting estimates, a friend suggested Angie's List. I signed up and checked there references which is great, because just blind calling from the phone book, you don't get any type of reference. I read the reviews for a few of the roofers i had previously called and most were good. I read the reviews for Jeff at Precision Home Repair and they were all good save for 2. And even one of those was apologetic and the other never even hired him for a job so those were easily discounted by me. I called Jeff on a Monday and he came out the next day. We went over what needed to be done. He was showing me different types of shingles, 25 year and even 30 year and had a display of them for you to see and explained them all.. The estimate i received from him was markedly lower than the rest and that was with 30 year shingles, not the 25 the others were giving in their estimates. I could have paid even less had i gone with the 25 year, but decided with the 30 because like i said, Even that was less than the competitors 25 year shingle price. So the deal was struck and the contract made. They would start on Friday. The materials were delivered on Thursday as agreed.On Friday morning around 730am. as my daughter was waiting to get on the school bus, Jeff and his foreman showed up. She left shortly afterwards on her bus. I had to leave also and run some errands. I returned a few hours later and Jeff and his crew were hard at work. I would leave and go several more times. Each time I would return home,they were still diligently working. The crew was nice, very courteous and answered any questions I had. I returned home again just after 3 and they were almost completely done. As my daughter returned home on the bus the job was finished. they were doing the final clean up and finishing touches. But I should add, there never seemed to be much of a mess because as i was coming and going from home, i was noticing that they were pretty much cleaning up as they were going so there was never really much of a mess. My daughter was amazed at how fast they had completed the job and how nice the new roof looked.. The crew was still here, they were very nice and courteous to her as well and her mother too who was home thru out the project.A few friends even commented to me how nice the new roof looked. I recently bought the house and do have several other projects that I will need to have done. I won't be calling any other contractors for estimates. I will be calling Jeff at Precison Home Repair. And I would highly recommends him to anyone. They are fast, professional, very courteous and will answer any questions you may have.

Good experience. This company responded promptly to my inquiries, gave me a reasonable estimate, and completed the work within a reasonable time frame. The workers were courteous, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up their mess after the job was done. The quality of their workmanship is excellent and I am very satisfied. The roof has not given me any problems at all since they finished. I heartily recommend this company.

I did a search for businesses within 50 miles and contacted them via email. They told me they don't service our area.

We recently had some water damage in our kitchen due to a detached hose under the dishwasher. Jeff came out to take measurements for our estimate on a Friday and we had our estimate on Monday. We obtained several competing bids and Jeff's was the best plus they were able to start work right away which helped finalize our decision. Jeff and his team worked efficiently and completed all of the requested work prior to the anticipated completion date by three days and within budget. The Precision Home Repair team members were very courteous and professional. I felt comfortable leaving the key to my house in the front door lock box for the team to use due to their professionalism. The end result is awesome! I highly recommend them to others and will use him for other projects around our house as well!
