Description of Work: Move washer/dryer hookups from kitchen to adjacent garage. Finish old laundry room into pantry. I can't really give a very good review of this company as they are still working. In the middle of doing this work, I had a huge water leak. They came right out and helped reduce the damage and told me what needed to be done. They are now going to start on the repairs needed (If my insurance company/adjuster will get on the stick and hurry up with my settlement!) Great guys to work with so far. Very pleased with how the new hook-up looks!

Description of Work: All American was awesome! We noticed storm damage to our roof. We called them that afternoon and they were here the next day. Chris even mentioned the weather for the day so we should be fine (no rain), had there been rain, he would come out as soon as possible. He arrived and gave us a legitimate quote for the services performed. The roofers came the next day prior to a huge rainstorm we would have the following week and did a wonderful job! Very fast and efficient. The roofers noticed another area needing repair on our roof while working up there and we will be using them again for our next repair.

Description of Work: I was disappointed in the amount of time it took them to get the bid to me in the first place. They said a day or two but after a week I had to call them back. Then they completed the job and left a huge mess. I was not able to clean it up without help. Then, after all was said and done, I realized that a switch and an outlet no longer worked. It might have been coincidence but it seems strange to me that most outlets had problems after they left. I paid $60 to have them fixed!

Description of Work: He passed by to quote a bathroom remodeling but didnt bring any samples of his work or products he uses. He took a look at our bathroom and less the house in less than 5 minutes and never called back with a price and that was like a month ago.

Description of Work: I had my porch and house pressure washed. my back porch was rescreen and painted. we also had a indoor/outdoor rug install. plus all our fascia boards repaired. Shawn was real professional worker. each morning he would come in the house and told us what he wanted to accomplish that day. he stayed until he finished what he started. he was not one of this people that looking at his watch to see if it was 5 o"clock. he finished what he started.understanding workmanship.

 + 1 morePrecision Home Repair seemed very unprofessional. I called for an estimate on siding damaged during a recent storm and to have my house painted. I called on Thursday, June 2, 2011 to set up an appointment. The gentlemen who answered seemed confused and out of it, like I had just woken him up from a nap, this was around noon. He told me someone would be in touch with me that evening or the next morning. No one called. It wasn't until the next week on Tuesday just before 10pm that someone called! The gentleman didn't offer a time, he just said someone would be out around 530pm tomorrow and I needed to be there. Luckily I was on convalescent leave from the Army for having surgery. I cancelled my plans and waited, but no one showed up. I have not received any more calls from this company. Judging by their lack of professionalism in handling a simple phone call and estimate, I would not recommend this company

 + 0 moreThey actually repaired a nursery for us. I had some moisture damage the drywall underneath two windows and they came in and they treated for mold. They repaired the drywall under the windows, sealed the windows, and then painted the entire room and trim. I spent $986 altogether. It was actually a really good experience. My wife is actually 8 months pregnant and I am in the military and I trusted them to come over and do the work and my wife dealt with it. It was an extremely painless process for her. They were here early and they actually came in under their original estimate asking like $1130 and came in to $980. In addition, there was actually a couple of drywall extra holes that I tried to patch and I didn’t do a great job and he fixed it for free. He gave us also some advice on some other projects about whether or not we actually needed a contractor to do some other work. He was actually honest and said that I didn’t need them to do it and that I could do it myself. I appreciate that kind of candor. It was good to work with them. They definitely are going to do some more work for us.

 + 1 moreAfter I called for an estimate, one person came out and looked at the water damage to the black board underneath the trim around the garage door. He was very friendly and listened to everything that we had in mind. Then he told us what he thought needed to be done and gave us an estimate. We called them back and 2 came out on the agreed on day. Very punctual and down to earth people. We were curious to see how things are done and how much damage would still reveal itself, so we stayed and watched. They were not bothered and never hesitated to answer any question that we had. They carefully removed the siding and we all had a look at the damage done to the black board. Then they took the black board off and we all had a look on the wood underneath. Everything underneath the black board was fine. The did a great job replacing the black board and they even fixed a hole that must have been left by the original builders of the house. Then they put a moisture wrap on and made sure that everything fit. Next was to replace the siding and putting new pieces on, because some of the siding was not good anymore. Then they painted over the siding all the way up to the window. They had gone to get the paint matched but it did not match,probably due to fading of the hardy board or misfunctioning of the computer. They offered to take the paint back and get some more but we reclined, because we had thought about painting the front anyway. The paint job was done nice too. They also replaced the wood trim around the garage door with PVC trim that we had supplied. Everything was done very satisfactory and in a timely manner. They cleaned up after the work was done. Very professional, very friendly and the amount that was charged felt right. I will use them again.
Description of Work: Removed siding from top of garage to bottom of window, replaced damaged black board, added moisture barrier, reinstalled siding, painted the reinstalled and new siding and replaced wood trim with pvc trim above and around garage door.

Throughout the job they have been truly professional, and the work they performed looks AWESOME. Will definitely use in the future and won't hesitate to refer to others.

Their estimate was just much higher than we anticipated and we ended up finding another quality contractor for the same job for about $2,500.00 less. We would maybe still consider calling them for estimates on future work, and see what their estimates looked like for different types of jobs.

I've been wanting to make some major changes to this house because it has been an eye sore to the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors in the neighborhood take great pride in maintaining their homes so I wanted to do the same thing. Precision Home Repair contacted me with a simple knock at the door. It all started off with lawn care services, then it was replacing the rotted facia, the rotted leaking roof, the broken front screen door, installing a new modern front door, tearing down the rotted patio deck, replacing the rotted sliding door with new French doors with built in mini blinds, repaired the rotted dry wall on the ceiling and there are many more future projects that will be done. The most incredible this is that I'm getting my home renovated from Afghanistan. Yes, right now I'm deployed and Precision Home Repair is hooking me up while I'm abroad. That means most of our communication has been through e-mail or by phone. Financing is exceptional and I can always get a hold of them by e-mail or phone. Pictures are e-mailed and I am extremely satisfied with the work that has been done. In addition, the amount of money that I have spent for services with this company has been worth it. I truly recommend anyone that is looking to renovate or repair their home I would definitely tell you to contact Precision Home Repair first.

 + 5 moreThey came in started right away. tore out all the old stuff and hauled it away. they framed up the side of the house where the chimney was and brought the roof out. did the whole part inside the house with drywall, put in flooring and painted. cant even tell there was ever a fire place there. looks AMAZING.re built the wooden deck outside to the way i wanted it. very professional!!! no hidden costs. strongly recommend for any home projects. thanks again
