Conrad was on time, did everything he'd promised, was really tidy, friendly and efficient. Our tubs look like they belong to a different house! Very happy with it all.

They presented the most reasonable estimate of cost of labor and the most accurate estimate of materials needed of the three contractors I contacted. They performed the work expertly, making sure we always had a bathroom to use during the project. They were reasonably close to their estimate in final cost. The floors look very nice and there has been no cracking of tiles or grout since completion, neither any leaks from the various fixtures they had to move. He was here early on the day he said he would be here. He worked until he got the job done and did an excellent job.

He was very good at working on my schedule. He is neat and clean, and cleaned up after himself. I am really pleased.

Most recently, he redid my second bathroom. The tub was over 40 years old and now it looks brand new. The faucet when out in the shower, so I was forced to redo the tub before I had planned. He was able to fit me in within just a few days. He does terrific work.

We were looking for tile installation on our outside porch. I called Conrad, he returned my call promptly. He was upfront and honest about the fact that he has not done outside tile installation before. Conrad gave me the name of an installer that he has known for a long time and does quality work. Conrad arrived ten minutes early to begin the work. He was very efficient and painstaking in every aspect of the work. He carefully covered all areas that would not be sprayed. I had contracted his services over the phone, so he had not seen the job before beginning. There were two broken tiles and an area in the tub that required repair and some residue from an old glass shower door that had to be sanded and repaired before he could begin. He did these repairs as a part of the original estimate and did not charge extra for this additional work. He also installed new water handles for me at no charge. Conrad's experience was evident in the minimal intrusion that he made; his work was neatly executed and he cleaned up after each process. My interactions with him were always pleasant; his disposition was friendly but professionally appropriate. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work: my bathtub and surrounding tile look like new! Conrad drove about 50 miles to do my project, so $100 of the cost of my project was to compensate for the gas and time to come that distance. Because of the distance, the time loss, and the extra cost to me, he did not want to do my floor tile. I appreciated his honesty and his concern for my budget. Consequently I've had several tilers to give me estimates this week on doing the floor tile. Each of these professionals has remarked on the high quality tub and tile refinishing. The most praise came from a man who also refinishes tubs; he repeatedly exclaimed over the beautiful and hardy finish. I heartily recommend Conrad's work and would gladly use his services again.

We were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Conrad arrived when promised, set up his exhaust system to a window in another room and covered the window around his exhaust pipe. He then covered everything in the bathroom with brown paper. He repaired and filled small cracks in the bottom of the tub, and removed all plumbing fixtures. The entire process took most of one day and he returned the next morning to remove the paper and replace the plumbing fixtures. We were told to wait 48 hours before using the shower. The results are spectacular! In fact we had Conrad come back to re-surface our second tub as well. It was well worth the price. He was prompt, professional and meticulous. We knew what to expect and when he would be finished.

When he returned my call, he informed me (without even coming out to check the tub) that my tub was plastic, not fiberglass, and would have to be replaced. I arranged for another company to replace the tub, and when they removed the old one, we discovered it was indeed fiberglass. I could've saved a LOT of money had he at least come and looked to determine whether the tub was plastic or fiberglass. If the tub in my other bathroom ever cracks, I won't be calling his company again. Thanks for nothing.

Conrad called me with the estimate the same day I asked him to come measure, and started work the next day. He moved a lot of heavy furniture and books to get to the floors and removed the carpet, including scraping glued down carpet. He discovered a cracked slab and repaired that, and in fact discovered many glitches as he and his associate worked through the job and did not exploit the glitches as an opportunity to extort money. Just fixed each problem and kept going. He wrapped all the furniture that had to be moved outside in plastic. Each day on the job he and his associate cleaned up and put things away and made sure we were not inconvenienced by their presence. They were clean and polite and very pleasant to chat with when we went to check on the job. They have nice manners and won't scandalize your children or scare your pets. The upshot is, Conrad is a professional who completely gets it that customer service is the whole story and doing a fantastic job for a reasonable price is a lot smarter business than squeezing the client for every dollar. And my floors are gorgeous!

Conrad arrived on time and completed the job at the price he quoted. As I said, we couldn't be happier. Conrad did an amazing job and his compeitors should take note. If you are lucky enough to reserve time in his busy schedule, you will be guarenteed a refurbished tub that looks new and I'm guessing will last for many years to come. Being a man of faith, his honesty and quality of craftsmanship stand out. This man operates answering to a higher power and as I said, judging from his attention to detail and the overall caring of his work and customer satisfaction, you just couldn't find a better contractor for the job!

In a second story bathroom with absolutely no venting, and quite a lot of wallpaper, Conrad did a beautiful job quickly and professionally, after two other vendors had quoted much higher prices, citing all of the possible dangers of working in that room. It turned out to be absolutely no problem, as Conrad had the proper equipment and experience to do the job right. Conrad was responsive, efficient and did very high quality work.

Conrad was professional and did an excellent job, exactly when and as he said he would. The bathtub looks like new! In addition he fixed a chip on another bathtub that had been bugging me for years. The repair is completely invisible. I am most impressed with his work.

Conrad was very efficient in returning calls, scheduling an appointment, providing an estimate, and scheduling the work. He and Buddy worked in cramped quarters to complete the job and improvised where necessary, and with approval from me, to make the finished product look terrific. The price was fair and reasonable and there is no doubt we would call again if the need arises.

Conrad was on time. Efficient, clean up after himself & left everything as he found it. Bathtub looks brand new. Very courteous and professional.

I was very happy with their work. The price came in lower than what they originally quoted me. They did a perfect job. They were very responsive. Every time I called and left a message, they got right back to me. I had a really old bathtub in an old house that I am refurbishing, and they made it look like a new bathtub. I don't have any complaints. They might be a little more expensive than someone else, but I've learned to go with quality as well as price. They were very professional. They told me exactly what they were going to do. I told them that there was an old drain in there, and they thought they could get it out. It was quite a pain, but they worked on it and got it out.

He did a great job. I spent about $900 on the job. He was very friendly and very thorough. He didn’t make a mess. The work looks great now. They are good company. I am planning to use them for some more work in the near future.

Thanks You!!!! Very clean fast work. Loved the way the 2 tubs turned out. Saved us time and money by not having to replace the perfectly working bath's/shower's. You even went above and scraped out the grout at the bottom of the tubs because we were putting in new tile floors after the tubs were done. I would suggest to customers to take all the stuff out of their cabinets and removing from the bathroom. It will make it easier to dust everything off. Even though you cover everything, there is still a small film of dust from the sanding that gets into everything. Overall VERY HAPPY!!!!

They were fabulous. He was here early; he cleaned up after himself; he was incredibly neat and he did everything he said he was going to do . Every one who sees the bathtub is like "oh my gosh, it is so beautiful". No one can believe that it is not a brand new bathtub and tile. It also has a 10 year warranty. It is incredibly fabulous and I can't believe myself how nice it turned out. He told me that the work is completely guaranteed. His work is stellar and he was in and out of here in less than a day.

I left a message on Conrad's voice mail. He returned call promptly and gave me a firm price (didn't need to see the tub). He came promptly when he said he would, ventilated the room, masked off nearby area and went to work. Job was done and totally cleaned up within 5 hours.

Conrad did a great job. It only took two days and when he finished it looked like a completely new bathroom.

Excellent. Called on a Friday, Conrad and an assistant came out on Monday morning, covered the bathroom floor and walls with protective paper, poured an acid solution to prepare the tub, and then applied the porcelain glaze, with an orange peel texture on the bottom (non-slip). They were done by noon.
