Two Men & A Truck

It was wonderful! Crew was great, curtious snd efficient. Helped take the stress out of moving!! Would recommend them!!

They call prior to their arrival, the alerted me that they were running only 15 minutes behind and they timed it out perfect. They came in, observed the situation and immediately got busy moving. They spent about 1 hour on my 2 room apartment. After they got everything loaded, they proceed to the next destination and it was even faster than before. I was pleased with the total price.

The office did a great job in scheduling the move and calling with reminders. The movers who came to do the work were pleasant and respectful, worked fast, and were careful with my furniture.

I booked them for a 9am appointment to provide an estimate for moving. At 8:30, the estimator called to say that he needed to reschedule because (a) the office hadn't looked at a map to see exactly where I live and it was farther away than they;d assumed and (b) he had an all day mandatory workshop and couldn't get to my house, do the estimate, and get back in time. I clearly let him know I wasn't happy about it and couldn't reschedule another day at home from work. He didn't want to accommodate and insisted he couldn't miss the workshop. I called the office and complained. They called me back and said he was coming after all. He arrived and did the estimate. He was professional and courteous, but they were almost $500 more than the company I ultimately selected and had lost some of my confidence.

Two Men and a Truck sent 3 men to move me (for the price of 2!). They moved me from a 2nd floor apartment into a 3 story (both bedrooms on 3rd floor) townhouse. These were the most professional, organized movers I have ever encountered. They were a well coordinated team that communicated with each other and moved me faster than I could have thought possible. It really was incredible. The only thing I can compare this team to is some sort of military supply company. They were that coordinated and intuitive. I have moved a dozen plus times in my life and I have used Two Men and a Truck before. I was satisfied with the company before (that is why I chose them again) but this move was unreal. They moved me in half the time that was estimated and saved me a lot of money!!! I definitely recommend this company.

It was good. They were hard workers. They gave us a time range and were a little late, but once they got here, everything went smoothly.

They sent out 2 guys (of course) to load up a 3-bedroom house. They did a good job, but couldn't quite fit everything in their truck. It also took all day -- they worked very hard, but the office underestimated the job, even after I emailed a list of all of the furniture and boxes. I hope to be moving one more time soon, and will have them move me again, but with more men!

They wrapped the furniture well. As a designed and maker of furniture (a hobby) I was there paying attention to everything that was going on. They were careful when they moved the furniture. They were careful putting it into the truck. When the furniture was returned I did not find any damage and I looked for some. I also put felt pads on the feet so the newly finished floors would not be harmed. So as they brought the furniture into the house, they stopped and allowed me to put the pads on each piece. They were great guys to work with. Professional, thoughtful, very courteous.

They were flexible in re-arranging our plans due to delayed closing. When the actual move came, they were very professional and courteous. They worked very hard and didn't damage anything. The guys were great. I will recommend them to anybody who's moving. The office staff was great also.

Movers came on time. They were friendly and professional, and were very understanding in dealing with moving a senior. Items all arrived in good condition. No damage or breakage. Final price was as expected.

My move went very well. Two Men & a Truck packed up my paintings in their boxes, and covered my marble top tables with their new moving blankets for a charge of $15 per blanket. The movers were very polite and well organized. My move was a little more involved because they had to load my furniture onto the truck, bring it to the ABF facility and unload everything into the relocubes. There were no problems and everything went smoothly because the movers are experienced and experts in their field. I felt confident that there would be no problems because of effectively communicating with Two Men & a Truck exactly what was to be moved, and what I needed them to do. The 3 times I used them have been a very pleasant experience.

Although they showed up later than planned, they kept me posted by phone as to when they would be getting there. And to make up for it they sent 4 movers instead of 2 and still only charged me for the 2 mover rate. Even the manager came and helped - with my job, and the previous job, so they could get things done faster. All the movers were polite, friendly, professional, and strong! They were very careful with all of my belonging, including the 52in TV. The dryer did get dented in the truck ride to the new house, but not anything that affected its function. Most importantly, the TV made it over fine!

Found another way to get my stuff moved.

Not only did the men arrive on time, but they were very polite as well, introducing themselves to me before beginning the move. (I was also pleased with how courteous the office staff was when I spoke to them.) One man wrapped a few breakables and placed paintings in a box for me. They will bring boxes and wrapping for breakables if you request them upon setting up your move. Each item was securely placed on the truck and we were on our way. Upon arriving at the new apartment, I was asked which room and location I wanted each item. They men worked quickly and methodically placing everything in its designated area. Before I knew it, the truck was unloaded. I looked around my apartment and marveled at how well my move went. Thanks to Two Men and a Truck they turned a nightmare into a pleasant surprise with little difficulty on my part. I would definitely recommend these professional movers to anyone in need of expert service!

The office staff could not have been nicer and more informative leading up to the day of the move. Unfortunately, the move itself was beyond disappointing. The movers were grumpy and unmotivated - they sighed and mumbled under their breath when we would point out other items to be moved. They said that they frequent our new apartment complex every weekend so they would know the best route for unloading but once we arrived, they just sat in the car for 20 minutes saying the truck wouldn't fit under the parking deck. Although nothing was broken (because my husband and I moved all of the fragile boxes ourselves), our boxes were treated carelessly. At one point the movers even threw several boxes into a bigger box to make their job easier. At the end of the day, we had to pull out the smaller boxes ourselves, which were upside down and sideways. They acted as though they were doing us a huge favor rather than providing a service that we were paying (quite a bit) for. For the price we paid, we really did expect better service and will not be using this company again.

- All of the above was completed professionally and with friendly interaction. - Just one concern - After the move, we did find a few instances in which boxes were stacked on top of fragile-marked boxes. - I have moved many times in the past; yet, this company has been, by far, the best and most thorough from start to finish. To be sure, they will be called upon again for my next move. Kudos to Two Men and a Truck!!!

2 man team arrive within provided time frame. Went to work quickly and effeciently. Professional in nature. Did not waste time or attempt to slow down, as we were paying an hourly rate that was our big concern in chosing this company. However, they worked quickly. Only two issues were they would not go into attic to get boxes so i had to spend a very sweaty hour bringing boxes down, which I did not expect (and neither did my problem back). Also, did over-hear them griping about a few things but we just tried to ignore it. Only one piece of furniture damaged as far as we've seen so far - just a small chip of wood off a table leg. Otherwise they did a very good job and we are very satisfied with the company.

The movers were very cautious, wrapping furniture in plastic wrap and carefully carrying everything up a flight of stairs. Nothing was damaged, and they worked quickly.

They were very careful with my stuff, especially with my piano. I was generally very happy with Two Men & A truck.

I am satisfied with the services. I would use them again.

I thought they did a fine job. I would not say it was splendid but it was definitely adequate and I got what I paid for.
