The technican was prompt and courteous and the work was completed in under two hours. He clened up after himself and provided me the alarm guide and a copy of the contract.

We were very pleased with Triangle Security and would definitely recommend them to others. Troy clearly knew about security and the equipment and he was very responsive and friendly. He didn't try to give us a "hard sell" like several of the other security companies that we spoke to. Some of the other companies offered lower monthly rates, but pushed way too hard to get my business and weren't as informed about the security system as Triangle. We trusted Troy to give us the system that we needed. Kenny was our installer and he was fast, tidy, friendly, and patient (with us as we learned to use the system). Highly recommend.

I am happy with the pre and post sales service from Triangle Security. Troy and Kenny took good care of my wife and I by taking the time to answer all of our questions and repeated phone calls. Kenny did a great job on the install and my wife is very happy with the results. Our alarm seems to be working fine and hope that we dont ever have to use it for a real emergency. We could have gone with one of the big national guys or the big local guys (c*i), but they were really heavy on the sales push and long term contracts. Triangle was just the opposite. They gave a great local service feel and had zero sales pressure. They even talked me out of spending more money on some equipment they didnt think was worth the money. Its hard to find alarm companies that operate like that anymore. I really wanted some of the new fancier alarm equipment with all of the touch screens, etc, but that is not what Triangle is really all about. They are there to offer solid, dependable equipment they trust, with a great installer (Kenny) and great service. All in all, I am happy, and am glad to give my business to Troy, Kenny, and the team at Triangle Security. I would recommend them (and have) to friends and family (and fellow Angie's List members). Triangle Security has been great to work with. We had them come out to install the system and then, after we had to replace a door, had to have Kenny come back to re-install the door contacts.

It was a very good experience. Kenny came out and made some recommendations for the system. We discussed several additions that had been suggested by law enforcement personnel or friends. He explained the pros and cons of all the suggestions. He clearly explained all the terms of the contract. Kenny then came and installed the system less than one week later. Once again, he was very professional, explained the system operation completely and cleaned up any mess that was made. He was punctual, polite and professional. The cost was for additional equipment and does not include the monthly monitoring fee.

The project was completed entirely by Kenny, the technician at Triangle Security, and he was an extremely courteous and professional worker who I would recommend to my most critical family and friends. First, he installed an alarm system, which included a window break system in the master bedroom, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, and notification equipment compatible with my cell phone instead of a landline. Then, he wall-mounted two flat screen televisions and hid the wires to make the job look professional. Kenny gave me fair and reasonable estimates and the job came in under the estimate. I am extremely pleased with my relationship with Kenny and Triangle Security.

Called this person based on reviews and he lived up to his reviews. He was responsive and returned calls in a very timely manner. He set up a convenient appointment for me, the customer, and took the time to listen to our needs and what would be the best options for our situation. He was thourough and set clear expections of what would happen and when. Everything went as he had indicated it would. The installers were professional, quick and completed the work at a convenient time for us. Everything was explained fully to us along with the pros and cons of each. Very professional in all his dealings - never sold us anything we didn't eed. Highly recommend him!

I called them and I talked to the local representative. He was very pleasant. The representative came out to look at my house. He came out on time. We agreed on the price and he installed the system very quickly. He did the work in a very short time and didn?t make any mess. He made sure that the system was operating before he left, which was nice. He was very good. It works fine now. Later on, I needed some changes in the system. They came out very quickly. They also called me to make sure everything was fine. I am very pleased with their service. The installation was free. The system cost me $360 a year. It is a very good price. I have no complaints with this company. I will definitely use this company in the future.

We are having the system installed later this week. I chose this company because they have such good ratings on Angie?s List. We had a scary incident recently where we think someone was getting ready to break into our house so we knew we wanted to do something. He was very professional, answered my questions, and didn?t have a lot of hype.

Try assessed our system, made sensible recommendations of upgrades. We accepted his proposal. Triangle did the work in a professional manner, quickly executing the upgrade changes as per agreement. I would recommend highly.

They were very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I thought they were professional, didn?t waste time, and they got the job done.

I called Triangle Security and Troy answered the telephone. He was very polite and professional and informed me that most likely the problem we were experiencing was due to the battery. He even told me where I could buy a new battery, since his company does not sell the batteries retail. I was so impressed with Troy and his honesty I asked him to make a service call, check the system and replace the battery - which he did. He would have come that very day, but I arranged an appt for the following day. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional and helpful.

All of this happened over the December holidays, so hard to get a hold of people. Some of the problems might have been in tranferrence to new ownership and management. Didn't receive a certificate until much later. Confusion with alarm.com, which is a great service and the reason I eventually went with this company. The VP of sales is really great and immediately addressed all of my concerns. Too many players, however, in the mix- which might be the case with all of these companies. Not sure who to call for what. In the end, I am glad we're using them.

The process went very well. The owner/manager explained the system in detail; however, he did not show me a copy of the actual contract on the first visit. When the installer came and asked me to sign the contract, I was not able to sign it because it was unclear whether the system would be under limited warranty for only one year, or for the entire 3 years of the contract. This issue was subsequently resolved by having the owner/manager send a letter in writing indicating the system would be repaired at no cost should it fail at any time as long as it was under contract. Overall, there have been no problems to date. I have two small dogs that do not activate the motion detector; there have been no false alarms. A minor issue is that I have not yet received a sign for the yard and will have to call the owner/manager to provide one as promised. I would use this company agian.

Troy clearly explained my options and costs involved, ranging from simply disconnecting the malfunctioning system, to repairing the system at my cost but not signing up for monitoring, to signing a contract for monitoring that included the current and any future repair costs. He did not try to sway me one way or the other, which I appreciated. I chose to sign a 3-year contract for monitoring, and paid extra to have a new smoke detector installed (old one was not compatible with upgraded system) and a sensor added to a new (not replacement) exterior door. The work was performed promptly and courteously, and I'm pleased with the end result.

Mr. Miller came to the house on time and asked us what features we would like to have installed. He took his time explaining the benefits of having certain features and others that he didn't think we would need. My husband and I thought that Mr. Miller's recommendations was excellent. He knew his products and provided very good information on everything.
