Description of Work: Cleaned out the gutters (half-round, no gutter guards) on a very tall house. Because of recurrent bad weather, the service had to be rescheduled several times, but that was understandable. He ended up coming on a Saturday because there was finally a break in the weather and he was catching up which I was very impressed by. He let me know that several of the clips holding my gutters in place were missing so that I could contact a contractor to get those fixed soon. Glad to have gotten everything taken care of before all the snow or else the weight of the gunk plus the snow would have surely taken my gutters down! | |He also does power-washing so I'm planning to call later in the spring after all the pollen is done settling.

Description of Work: Scheduling was delayed because of the weather we'd had but Michael Hall did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters and really cleaned up from the work well. While he was here we talked about other services and he cleaned out our dryer vent while on site. I like working with local businesses and small business owners. We're now signed up with Oak City as regular customers and would have no reservation about recommending.

Description of Work: Small thing- but they didn't blow off debris from the deck after cleaning gutters; they blew debris into corners. Other providers have always blown off debris.

Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters. Mike did a fine job. The only reason I gave a B instead of an A is some of the debris from the gutter got stuck on top of the arbor. It washed off in the first rain. I'm planning on getting him to clean the gutters next year.

Description of Work: A Big Deal. Clean gutters. If I remember correctly...only communication was by e-mail. No phone contact? They were true their scheduled date and time (weather permitting). The job looked great from the ground? Otherwise, they came and went during my absence. No further communication.

This is the second time I used this company and I was pleased both times - good communication, thorough job and left everything tidy at the end. I plan to use this company for regular gutter cleaning service in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the $60 Angie's List deal. He cleaned my gutters and alerted me to some gutter issues. He doesn't do gutter repairs so I felt good about his observations as he had no vested interest in the repairs. Only issue was that he was delayed due to all the crazy weather, so I cant complain too much. I'll hire him again.
