Technician came and left within about 15 minutes. He did not check in with me when he arrived nor reported his findings before leaving. Checking in with owner later that evening, I found the briefness of the visit was due to finding no leaf cleaning required (no large trees around house to contribute to gutter clutter).

Everything was great. They showed up as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning, and cleaned everything up afterwards.

Went well, gutters were cleaned, I'd use them again.

Excellent quality of work. The workman missed one area, but when I called the office, they responded immediately and sent someone to finish the job the next day.

Job done well, but it took well over a month before they came to do the job.

It went very well. The vent was cleaned and the hose in the crawl space was even repaired where it had separated. Also, the exterior vent was recaulked. I would hire them again.

There was no indication when I pre-payed that I would have to wait a month for service. Then, they rescheduled twice for rain. Due to the rescheduling, I was unable to be present so I have no idea about the quality of the work.

Gutter's are cleaned but leaving all leaves, sticks, etc in flower beds seems like part of the service that should be provided. Created more work for me.

I purchased the package to pressure wash and stain the deck. I decided to upgrade the stain/weatherproofing. They did a great job and I would hire again.

Originally scheduled for an afternoon appointment about 6 weeks out. Unfortunately, their morning appointment ran long, and we had to reschedule. Made a morning appointment 3 days later, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend scheduling first appt. in the morning.

Didn't show up on day they said they would. It was due to previous weather and they were trying to catch up, but I was never notified that they wouldn't be there - I finally contacted them at 5:30. A quick apology and nothing else. A simple email explaining the situation would have been a good thing. I took the day off of work so it was a inconvenience to me. I won't use them again. If they don't care about their customer, I don't care about them. The owner said he was on the roof from 7:30 so he knew he wasn't going to make it to my house that day. I assume he got off the roof occasionally so he certainly could have called/emailed.

They followed my specific needs perfectly, and I didn't have to be present for the work to be done. I would definitely use again.

Professional and prompt response. Did great work. Cleared the gutters, downspouts and debris on roof. Cleaned and cleared debris afterward. Quality work.

The company sent the worker to our properties in time to perform services at three locations, one house after another. The work was done neatly. I will definitely contact Oak City Home Services again for gutter cleaning next year.

Price is high for just gutter cleaning and not perfectly happy with the service Not alot of complaints as the gutters were cleaned adequately and the worker was cordial and on time for the job but cleanup afterward left something to be desired. Debris from gutters was thrown around the yard--landing and left on bushes and other areas. I had to go around later and clean off bushes and sweep a bit around decking and driveway taking 30 minutes of my own time for something I paid for with the service. Not happy with that part as I have had other providers charge less AND doing better with the cleanup part of it either by putting it into the yard can or hauling it away. (6/17/17 is the date I am submitting this review, not the date of service which was earlier in June.)

Extremely well. Hector was diligent and efficient. On time, and was finished in a reasonable amount of time.
