Everything went smoothly from scheduling the project (gutter cleaning) to having clean gutters. I would continue to use their gutter cleaning service in the future.

Michael's team always does an excellent job. They might not be the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive. You get what you pay for, and Oak City does a great job for a decent price. I have used them for power washing for a couple years, and I plan on continuing that.

Oak City Home Services came out to inspect our downspouts and underground drainage tubes for any clogs. The owner, Michael Hall came himself and a member of his team, they were very thorough and assured us that we had no clogs underground. He even sent us video of the the empty gutters, +downspouts. We have decided to have Oak City Home Services clean our gutters on a quarterly basis that's how confident we were in the thoroughness of the work.

I added on the exterior window cleaning to the $99 gutter treatment and was pleased at the cost, but they missed three or four windows. Plus, our gutters need new guards, so the cleaning wasn't done completely because of this factor, they said. Decent work and very cheap. The professionalism and customer service with the manager was great, not so much with the crew. Very fast which may have cost them missing a few windows.

It was a job well done. The guys showed up early; which was fine, performed the service in a timely fashion and I could not have been more satisfied. I highly recommend and I would use Oak City again.

Overall OK. Came home to see one of the gutters still had some pine straw in it. Hard to tell if more had fallen since they left hours previously or if it was just not cleaned properly. Due to uncertainty I would hire again; if saw similar problem would repost with update. But can't beat the overall service for $100.

Second time using the company. First time around everything was great except that the thoroughness of the job was questionable only in a few spots. However, it worked out that I need pics for my HOA for another project. Second time around, the before and after definitely demonstrated how great of a job they did. And once again, for $100... I'll take it! Will definitely look to use them again especially if can lock down that amount again.

They did an excellent job; in the first round there were some areas that did not get clean, so they came back with a stronger solvent that did the trick.

We called four companies to have our home pressure washed and gutters cleaned and we decided to go with Oak City Home Services. We were impressed right from the start! Excellent communication, reasonable prices, professional, and efficient. Our home looks amazing - our neighbors thought we had it painted! 😂 They even blew all the stupid pine needles off our roof! You should call them - they do a lot of home jobs that you don't want to do!!

Owner contacted me 2.5 weeks after i paid for services and apologized for losing my request. They did a great job on the gutters.

As far as I am aware it went well. They were able to schedule at a time when I wasn't home which was great because I wasn't able to work from home as readily. They were also really easy to schedule with, and quite professional. I do wish that I could have gotten some before and after pictures from them, because part of the reason I hired a company was to not have to get on a ladder, but from what I could see from the ground it all looks good!

Great! Oaks city representative was prompt in returning calls and came to our home within a week to provide an estimate. The work was done a few weeks later due to the weather as well as their availability. I was very happy with the quality of the work and will hire them again.
