Description of Work: Very quick in getting back to me to schedule and very professional. I requested extra work in washing some very high windows. When we spoke, I said I would be at the house at 3:30 for the window washing. He said he would get the gutters done and be ready for windows when I got there. | |When I arrived at 3:30, he had already left and left a message stating no one was home to do the windows. I tried to call several times and reached only voice mail. Due to the misunderstanding, the windows did not get done. He offered to reschedule or come on Saturday, but I was out of town for the weekend. I had to take off work early to do this so I had no desire to try again. | |Gutters were cleaned nicely as requested.

Description of Work: Michael Hall arrived on time (even a bit earlier); did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters and the roof, inspecting the roof, and talking to us about it. Before I used cheaper services which always came along with some drama (of people being late or having to reschedule). This time, the job was done quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: They did a gutter cleaning. They actually came while I was away at work and when I came back it looked fantastic! They did call when they got to my house and let me know there would be an extra charge because I have gutter guards, which I approved (and this was stated in the deal I believe). My roof had quite a lot of leaves on it, in addition to the gutters being full. My yard is heavily wooded with oaks so there were thousands I'm sure. The leaves were all cleared, as was the front walkway, path along the house (there were no gutters on that side so that was bonus) and the back deck. All blown off w/leaf blower and looking spiffy. Also, it rained the night they did the work so I can tell the work was done right because there was no overflow as there was before. Great job.

Description of Work: He did a good job of cleaning the gutters. There was an extra charge for removing gutter guards in order to clean gutters, but that was reasonable. He also moved some gutter guards to make them more effective and let me know they were broken on one side of the house.
