They had to come back again to do some touch ups. The person who came out had to come back and retreat, because they were spots that were coming back through. He tried to allude to the fact that it was probably something I did or the carpet was so dirty. That's not his job, his job was to come back and do touch ups if it was needed within 30 days. That was their guarantee, not mine. I just thought he was confrontational and I won't use them again. I would not recommend them to friends or family members.

My wife and I were moving into our new house, and preparing the old house for renters -- and logistically it all had to happen in a period of 24 hours. Triangle Carpet Cleaners was flexible and did an excellent job. There was some delay (1 1/2 hr)due to an overrun at the previous job, but the work was performed in a timely manner and well above our expectations.

I had three small rooms cleaned. The service man was kind enough to clean the stairs and the hallway because my rooms were so small. The rugs looked great. All of the old spots were gone. The service man was professional. He did his job and done within the hour. I have had many rug cleaners before and Triangle Rug Clearners were very good.

He's the best. I've used him repeatedly over the years. He's very good. He cleaned two rooms. They do a good job, the carpet gets cleaned.

I found them on Angies list. There were very good.

He does a really good job with the rugs and he takes them for a week. He does a process just with water. When they come they come really clean and he doesn’t use lot of chemicals and stuff. I would definitely use him again although it has been couple of years. It’s worth a favorable experience. He does a very good job.

Beyond my expectations. Jay made a house call to do a few spot tests and felt he needed to take the rugs to the plant for specialized attention which he would perform himself. Michael came and got the rugs next day. They were delivered back on 12/22/11, yes, before Christmas and were totally cleaned. This is a family operation with many years of experience and it showed. They do a good job of communicating via phone as heads-up and are on time. Fees are extremely reasonable and no extra charge for pick-up and delivery in my area.

Called on the 22nd, hoping to have someone out here the following week. Turns out they had availability the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. Arrived on-time, finished in just over an hour. Was pretty much spot-on with the estimate. Did a very good job, no problems at all. Carpets look new again.

Company provided an estimate over the phone, and the actual cost of service perform exactly matched the estimate. On the scheduled day, Jason arrived right on time. He was very pleasant and professional. I had Triangle Carpet Cleaners clean some large white area rugs and some beige upholstered furniture. Stains show very easily on these white/beige items, and the upholstery had some water-based stains that had been in place for months, if not years. Jason noted that the type of stain I had can't always be completely removed, but in my case it was. We had tried cleaning it ourselves before without success. I was about ready to give up on this furniture, but Jason and Triangle Carpet Cleaners saved the day! I already plan to call on them again, to clean carpet in our home (that had already been done before we moved in, and it was too soon to have it done again).

Company provided an estimate over the phone. Jason arrived on time, confirmed what I wanted done and explained what he would do. He was both personable and professional. He took his time to do the job well and was able to remove some stains that a national chain had been unbale to remove. He completed the job in about 90 minutes and stuck to the estimate I had been given over the phone even though I added an area to be cleaned. The carpet looked much better and was completely dry within 24 hours. We will definitely be hiring this company again the next time we need to have our carpets cleaned.

They were recommended to me by a neighbor. They give an estimate before they come out each time. They are always on time. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I've been very happy with their service. They are excellent.

This company is awesome. We called two days before Thanksgiving and they were able to work us in. Our carpets were in great need of cleaning and they did a great job. They called us when they found out they were running 15 minutes late. Wonderfully personable folks to work with. I highly recommend them. GRobinson Chapel Hill

When I called and described the size and condition of the rug (good condition, no specific spots or animal stains, etc., just time to be cleaned), I was told the price would be around $100. I was also told it would take about 2 weeks. The rug was picked up on October 20. When I had heard nothing from the company by November 11 (3 weeks + 1 day after pick-up), I called to find out status. I was told the rug "was not in the computer" so the person on the phone did not know status, but she would have someone call me back. By about 5:30 that day, no one had returned my call, so I called and left a voice mail message saying how unhappy I was with the service (or lack of). I then did receive a return call to my voice mail later that evening. I called back the next work day morning, Nov. 14, and spoke with one of the owners who explained that they had difficulty with employee illnesses, etc. and so were delayed in some of there work. We agreed to a return date of Nov. 15 which was 2 days short of being 4 weeks after the rug was picked up. The person returning the rug said the owner requested that I apologize for the "lack of communication" but he didn't really know what that was about. The cost was $106.75 which I thought was reasonably close to the estimate. However, when I reviewed the bill more carefully before filing it, I realized the cost included a 10% discount. I think this must be due to the delay and appreciate the sentiment, but think that should have been explained during my conversation with the owner on November 14. So, to sum up, the true cost was 18% greater than the estimate which I think is too wide a "margin of error" in estimating. For future reference I would say to be sure you get a solid estimate with a range if you don't want an unpleasant surprise. I cannot say anything positive about punctuality, so don't send out a rug for cleaning with this company if you have a specific date when you need it returned. It may be that my experience is unusual with this company, but in that case, a bit of communication from them about the delays and anticipated return date would have been the courteous, professional thing to do. And, I suppose this would not be an issue if you wanted carpet cleaned in your home when surely they must be more timely. The rug looks good, but it was not really obviously dirty, so I don't have a great comparison for this.

I had better results with Triangle Carpet Cleaners than I have had with 2 other companies in the past.

Jay was awesome. He was able to clean the carpets and tile to the point that they almost look like new. I will certainly contact Triangle Carpet Cleaners when I need these services again.

They were fine, and their price was reasonable. They picked up and delivered the rug back to me. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Triangle Carpet Cleaners Company. The cleaner who came out did a very nice job. He moved the furniture around all by himself. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He finished the work and was gone in no time. We wanted him to do some additional work and so he gave us a new price that we were very pleased with. He got here exactly when he said he would. He said he would be done in a couple of hours and he did. It was a very good experience.

On my way home to meet the carpet cleaners, I was hit by a careless driver not paying attention to driving. Needless to say I made it home with just enough time to get the house unlocked before they arrived. I was still shaken and flustered by the accident. The owner of the company greeted me and I showed him the areas that needed to be cleaned. He was very understanding that I had to take care of other business and offered to lock up the house when he left. When I finally was able to get back to the house he was gone and the home was locked just like he said he would. The real surprise came when I looked at the bathroom floor!! It looked new again! The carpets looked great too! I can truly say I would give them an A+++ for service. I am so happy to have found this company and I will use them many times over. GREAT JOB !!!

Great job! On time, cost was reasonable. The cleaning itself was fantastic. Never thought it would be that clean again.

This is a mom and pop company. The owner really goes the extra distance. He truly put in a lot of effort when cleaning my upholstery and an area rug. He was prompt and very pleasant. Also, his wife was very flexible with scheduling. I had to change my appointment last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating.

It wwent very well, I wish the carpet died faster though.

Jay was very friendly, punctual, and professional. He did a fantastic job on both the tile and the carpet, and completed the fine work in a timely manner. I also like his wife's demeanor when talking to her on the phone. I will not use anyone else to clean my carpets and have recommended Jay to my friends and family.
