Alex did an amazing job. He was polite, professional, and knowledgable. Haley, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. one set of spots appeared after cleaning and Alex returned and took care of that. Carpets look amazing.

Very satisfied with the company. They arrived on time, were courteous and pleasant and did a good job cleaning the carpets. I will definitely call them again.

They are lovely to deal with on the phone but I have called several times over the last few months and they always say that due to rug volume and short staffing they are unable to accept any more carpets

They called the day before to confirm & asked if they could come earlier which was actually better for me. The day of the appointment Triangle ran late at the previous job but called with an estimated time of arrival & were at my home at that time. Personnel was cheerful, professional, & efficient. When finished not only did he clean up, he asked if it would be okay to quickly clean my area rug where the hose had come in from the truck! Not necessary but nice added touch.

Mike from Triangle Carpet Cleaners was excellent. He did wonderful work, was punctual, friendly and professional. Our staircase landing was very soiled (thanks to our two dogs using the landing as their favorite napping and wrestling spot.) After Mike cleaned it, it looks like brand new carpet. I couldn't be more pleased. Mike also cleaned a pet stain on the second floor hallway and then went on to clean the whole hallway, both at no charge. Mike truly went above and beyond our expectations for customer service. I highly recommend Triangle Carpet Cleaners.

Triangle is my go-to carpet cleaner. This is the third time I have used them and am very satisfied with their service and pricing. We had a very sick kitty who had some problems toward the end of his life resulting in stains on the carpets and area rugs. Triangle removed all of them, including one under the bed in the master bedroom that was unreachable for us. I cannot believe how clean everything is, just like new. Highly recommend this company!

It went very well. They are very responsive, arrive on time and do a quality job. We added some extra carpet cleaning after they arrived. This was not a problem and the pricing was very reasonable.

Very prompt, very friendly, and great quality work. We were not able to move all the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned, but they slid stuff out of the way, cleaned underneath it, then placed back on foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry underneath.

Wow, as I have experienced before with this company---stains are gone completely, everything is left neatly like they found it, everything looks great! I found this company through Angie's list 2 years ago and I will not use anyone else now. They are extremely efficient, pleasant to work with,and very competant at what they do.Everything dried completely within a couple of hours.I think they are great and highlly recommend them.

WOW! My tile and grout in the mud room, kitchen, and breakfast room looks brand! With dogs coming in and out, the light gray grout had gotten pretty dirty. The young man who did the work, Mike, was prompt, very professional and friendly, and very careful with the work. I will definitely use them again for both rug cleaning and grout and tile cleaning. And I will recommend them to friends!

This company does amazing work. We try hard to keep our carpets clean but with young children and a dog messes are inevitable. The things that TCC can get out of a carpet (e.g. mud, blood, ink, pet stains, grease) is nothing short of amazing. Money well spent. Very friendly too. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

We contacted the company through Angie's List and they were very responsive. This was during the holidays so they were very busy. They gave us a quote very quickly on the cleaning services available for our rugs. We have pets and we wanted our rugs to be cleaned at their facility to get a deep clean to remove dander and dust. We left our rugs outside for them to pick up and they then delivered them and left them outside. They would have come in to get them, but we couldn't arrange our schedule to be home when they could come. It took a few weeks to get the rugs back, but that was because it was the holidays and they were closed for some days during that time. The rugs looked very well cleaned. Overall, we were pleased with the service and the results.

This was a very quick and efficient service. I had 3 rugs to clean, one w/stains from dog vomit. The provider came in after he had called to let me know he was going to be late (maybe 30 minutes). On arrival he was careful, efficient, and very courteous. At the completion of cleaning the rugs, he left me specific instructions for allowing the rugs to dry before storing, and he gave me a complimentary bottle of rug stain removal and told me where to buy more if ever I needed it. Overall very very pleased!

Our kitty was accidentally trapped in a bedroom when we were away for two days. When we returned, we discovered her in the guest bedroom which smelled like a gerbil cage due to several bathroom incidents. The worst was under the bed and I was very concerned about replacing the carpet. I called Ti-angle Carpet Cleaners, whom I had used twice before, and they came the next business day. Trey used a black-light to locate the spots and found some I didn't know about He cleaned everything so thoroughly that now there is no odor at all! What a relief! Highly recommend this company.

The more furniture you can move the more helpful it is to your cleaning experience. My entire living room was emptied, my nine year old carpet looks brand new! He called to let me know his actual time of arrival. I was very impressed. The price made my mouth drop, this included scotch guarding all the rooms. I paid almost three times as much last time with a different company. I definitely will use them again. A family owned business that aims to please.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Amber (receptionist) and Mike (cleaner) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The estimate was accurate. This room and furniture has been primarily used by the kids and pets for years without a really good cleaning. I had my doubts that it would ever be clean again. But Triangle Carpet Cleaners proved me wrong; it looks and smells great. Outstanding results. This is the type of company I enjoy working with and like to recommend.
