Triangle Carpet Cleaners

I chose Triangle Carpet Cleaners (TCC) to clean my carpets because they fit what I was looking for -- a small, family run business close to my home with great reviews. I liked what I read on their website about the environmentally friendly ?steam? process they use to clean carpets. I?m glad I chose them! I called TCC, and Debbie Cole was very pleasant and accommodating in scheduling the appointment. I determined the approximate square footage of carpeting that I needed cleaned, and she ?guesstimated? the amount I?d be charged. (Her estimate was within $35 of the final charge.) Michael, the friendly, hardworking son of the TCC?s owners, arrived on time. I noticed the impressive equipment inside the company?s van, and he took the time to explain its features. Interesting! He quickly measured the house using a cool, high-tech tool and gave me a price. He explained that I was charged ?by the room? rather than square footage, e.g., a large bedroom counts as 1.5 rooms, etc. The rooms I had cleaned were: Living room, dining room, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, office, hall, and staircase. Michael completed his work in around four hours, and I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Triangle Carpet Cleaning.

The cleaning was excellent. Heavy furniture? No problem. Disgusting stains from having rented out the house to students for two years? No problem. Mike worked for a few hours and by the time he was done, the place looked almost new. I mean, you have to understand how grimy these carpets were to really appreciate the quality job that he did. It was just about the best $150 I ever spent :)

Michael did a fabulous job steam cleaning all the rugs in my home. He took the time to explain the process about steam cleaning. The previous owner had a dog and I was worried about dog dander and hair and the steam cleaning took care of that. When he was done I checked out the job he did and I must say the rugs looked brand new and all the furniture marks were out, I was impressed. I will use without a doubt Triangle Carpet Cleaning again! I did much research and Triangle Carpet Cleaners stood out among all the other companies. It is a family owned business and they take pride in giving the best service to their customers. Their web site is detailed and explains all about the different types of carpet cleaning styles, how to keep your rugs lasting a long time and just good info. I also enjoyed reading about their family history of the business, Kudos to Triangle. I have to mention, Micheal was running late and he called promptly to let me know, and I said to him no problem. Upon paying the bill, he told me he was going to deducted a room from the bill because he was a little late, what a nice gesture. Triangle Carpet Company was very accommodating and helpful with a situation I had and gave me a day and time that would fit my schedule. A job well done!

The work was excellent -- stains that two other carpet cleaners were not able to remove were successfully removed. My carpets look like new.

He was ontime, friendly, and through. In my experience it takes a while for the carpets to dry. I was surprised that the carpets dried quickly. He put plastic guards on the bottom of the furniture to keep it from getting wet. He was good.

This is a family owned business I believe and they were exceptionally helpful and courteous. We were very pleased with our clean rugs and will definately call them again. We did use an Agie's List coupon for free pick-up and delivery which was excellent!

I found Triangle Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List and decided to contact them about cleaning our two Oriental rugs before we moved them into our home. I called them about having them cleaned and they were quick to answer my phone call. They gave me an general estimate of the price for each rug and I thought it sounded reasonable. I decided to go with them because they were easy to talk to and always called me back quickly (we played a bit of phone tag in the beginning - but they were always prompt in returning calls.) They picked up our rugs at our climate storage unit were we were holding them (wrapped in plastic.) Michael met me there to pick them up. While I was on my way, he called to let me know he was there early but told me to not rush because our appointment was not until another 20 minutes. I was impressed that he called to let me know he was there early and did not pressure me to get there. When I arrived he was so nice, answered a few questions I had, took the rugs, and gave me my slip. Two weeks later our rugs were ready. I asked them to call me the day before to remind me of the time and they were happy to do so. When they came to deliver the rugs they were right on time! This is a huge plus for anyone who takes time off of work or has time constraints. Michael and his colleague (I cannot recall his name) were respectful of my home and were careful when bringing the rugs in. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. They did not charge me to dust the pads because they were older and in okay condition. It was nice that they did not charge me for it anyway. Once my husband and I unrolled the rugs, I was so pleased with the quality of work they did on our rugs. They look great! The customer service with this company is outstanding. They are so easy to work with and want to give you the best experience possible. This family owned business will take care of your things. The next time I need my rugs cleaned, I will be calling them again.

Arrived at the exact appointment time. The person who cleaned the carpets was the owners' son. He was extremely nice and really good with our dog. The carpets came out great! There were a couple of bad stains which he managed to get out. I would definitely use again and highly recommend!

The company was very professional on the phone, and I loved talking to a real person instead of a machine. A price was quoted and I was told the actual charge would not go over the estimate I received on the phone. I scheduled an appointment a week out, which I thought was great. I got a call that day saying they were running ahead of schedule (when does that ever happen!) and could they come a bit earlier. The cleaner, Stevie, was very polite and quickly measured my rooms. He came up with an actual charge of $190 based on the size of the rooms. When I told him my quote was for $180, he made a call to the office and said he would honor that. I pointed out several stains I was hoping he could remove, but unfortunately he could not get them out. He was finished in about an hour and a half, the time he said it would take. Carpets look great, despite my stains still being visible. I know he can't work magic, but I sure was hoping he could have removed them. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend them.

I was very happy with our experience. The company was responsive and I was able to make an appointment for the exact day I wanted after we closed on our house, but before all our belongings arrived. The serviceman arrived on time, did a thorough job, and did great removing the stains I had pointed out in a few areas. He was very nice and courteous. We will definitely be calling this company again in the future. I did get a quote from one other company, but I believe TCC was about $20-30 cheaper so we went with them and were very happy with our choice.

I had Mike (the son) from Triangle Carpet Cleaners come to clean all of our upstairs carpet ,the downstairs master bedroom closet (which was filthy!) and a chair and ottoman. He did a great job and everything looks as good as new. He got some bad stains from an old treadmill off of the carpet in the bonus room which pleased me so much.He was prompt, very personable, and efficient. Absolutely no complaints.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the services provided by Triangle Carpet Cleaners and would absolutely recommend them to anyone that asked. Very professional from point of booking through to the conclusion of the appointment - our white carpets came up beautifully and the technician was just an absolute delight to work with. Mike was so friendly, knowledgeable and diligent - it was an all around 5 star experience - couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend and will definitely call upon them again in the future.

This company is owned by husband and wife, Jay and Debbie. From the initial call to get an estimate to making theappointment to Jay arriving right on time, to the thorough cleaning was perfectly on track. He was very friendly and also expalined exactly the type of cleaner they use to letting me know the cleaners they use are environmentally friendly. The carpets felt really clean and just had a fresh scent, no strong smells. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were moving to the area and thought it was a good time to get a couple rugs cleaned before putting them in our new house. Triangle Carpet cleaners came and picked up the rugs as promised. They then set up a delivery date that was within the estimated timeframe for job completion. In other words, they compelted the job within the time they said they would. When the rugs were delivered, we had a couple of questions and concerns. Debbie was very responsive and we are very pleased with the final result. They went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the service we received. I was impressed. This is a company that has customer satisfaction as their top priority. I would recommend their service to anyone that needs carpet/rug cleaning services.

From the initial contact with Triangle Carpet Cleaners we received prompt and professional service. I requested quotes by email from three carpet cleaners (all were rated favorably on Angie's List), and Triangle Carpet Cleaners was the only company to respond. A quote for the service was provided via email and scheduling was easy to arrange on a day that was best for us. Vic arrived promptly on the scheduled date, was very courteous, and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. The floors were cleaned within 3 hours and all stains removed other than an "impossible" mocha coffee stain in our family room. And quite frankly, we didn't expect that it could be removed. Regardless, the carpets look so much better and we are very pleased with the service. We will not hesitate to use Triangle Carpet Cleaners again. And other than being a UNC fan Vic is outstanding!

I set up an appointment and the gentleman doing the carpet cleaning arrived at our condo a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He cleaned the living room carpeting and the carpeting going up the stairs. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely use this company again. The carpeting looks almost as good as new!

They did a good job. The previous tennant had lived in the house for 4 years with 2 large dogs. The carpets were a mess. After cleaning they were not "like new" but they were much improved. I think they did the best that could be hoped for.

When I called I got a rough estimate of $140 based on my estimate of the size of the rooms The woman was very personable and asked if I wanted to book or just get some more estimates. I had gotten other estimates (about the same) and knew that this company had excellent ratings on Angie's list, so I booked for the next week. The gentleman who came was right on time and got immediately to work. The work was completed quickly. The final price was a little higher than the estimate but I guess my measurements were off a bit. I would have liked to know if they would come back to retreat if some of the stains returned, but I did not ask. Only one stain reappeared after the carpet dried, but i just retreated it myself.

I called them up to ask for an estimate and information about cleaning a nice big area rug that my lovely cat did a very unlovely thing on. They were very helpful with giving me an estimate and an accurate idea about what it would take to clean my rug, and continued to give me very good feedback that helped me decide whether or not to pay to clean it, or just to dispose of it. I chose to get rid of my rug rather than to clean it this time, but I am definitely going to use them in the future for cleaning my other carpets when needed. I really appreciated how forthright and knowledgeable they were, and how willing they were to give me immediate information even when realizing that I probably wouldn't be using their company this time. They clearly know their product and service very well, and are very professional and courteous when dealing with clients or potential clients.

Jason did an excellent job and even pointed out a couple of spots on a rug I wasn't having cleaned. He removed the spots and lightly cleaned the rug within the minimum charge. The white carpet he cleaned dried quickly and looks great!

Very professional, conscientious and punctual. Jason, who did the actual work, arrived right on scheduled, performed the work in a very professional and effective manner, and was very friendly. The rugs looked great when he was done. The price was very reasonable as well.
