The provider was very professional, courteous, and communicative, from scheduling/information to checking in on the results after services were provided. He was able to remove stains and spots on the carpet that had been there for years and that other carpet cleaners could not remove! In listing our home, we fully expected that a carpet allowance would be requested by any prospective buyers, however, the job was done SO well, that it wasn't even suggested! With carpet that is over 10 years old and has had 2 adults, 3 children, and a cat using it, that was no small thing to get it looking so alive again! (The B for punctuality was for a 30 minute delay in arrival time. It did now, however, affect the needed ending time or quality. Along with an apology for coming from a home needing much more time/attention than anticipated, a discount was given to our total cost.)

They advised that it would be couple of weeks to do the cleaning and return. We had a difference on what cost was given at time of order and work completed. Due to that they made an adjustment on price and I felt it was more than fair. Have other rugs to be cleaned and will call them when ready to have them picked up. Would recommend this company to all. Very hard to find cleaners that will pick up and return rugs. They stayed in touch when having question about the work I wanted done. I much appreciated that as I was well informed and could make an informed decision on what I wanted done.

I don't want to say I'm dissatisfied, because I think over all it was a good job. when I looked at pics on their website I was expecting my dark spots to be gone. the pics on their site show before and after of a rather large stain which was completely gone in the after pic. these pics are why I chose this company. my carpets are much cleaner but they could not get out a coffee stain or some red mud spots. overall a good job though.

Because we were out of town (my realtor was there), we didn't get to interact with anyone accept over the phone. The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the service was great and helpful in estimating the cost. Happy for the most part with the work, it was obvious that they moved furniture to clean the whole area. Had to give a B on quality since there were a couple areas that didn't get clean underneath the kitchen table legs (which had plastic squares underneath indicating to me that the table was moved for cleaning). I have not yet contacted the company so I don't know details on those particular stains. I plan to send pictures to find out more. The rest of the carpet looks great.

Great. Trey showed up exactly on time, measured the rooms to be cleaned, presented me with a (very reasonable) estimate, and then set to work. He was finished in less than 2 hours. The carpets look great.

The technician who performed our service did a great job of being thorough, professional, and friendly. I had a coffee stain on my master bedroom carpet and he took extra time to make sure it was completely gone - and told me it would be wet longer because he had to go over it more than usual. I was very pleased with this service.

We have used Triangle Carpet Cleaners for many years and they ALWAYS do outstanding work. This is a very professional, family owned business that wants their customer to be delighted with their work.......and they never fail to accomplish their goal. The Family Room carpet gets very heavy use and they never fail to leave it clean! This is the only company I have called in the past 6 years and I've always been very satisfied with their service. Very responsive organization and a pleasure to do business with them. One minute before appointment time, TREY knocked on my door and was ready to go to work. He introduced himself, told me what he was going to do, and then told me to relax...it was his work to do. Over the next 2.5 hours he moved some furniture, cleaned, moved some more. He did a great job and kept me informed as to what he was doing at all times. This is now my second exposure to Triangle Carpet Cleaners, the first time they cleaned an area rug for me...again, a very good experience. It is a great local company and I can depend on them. They are fine folks and they do a great job. Well done Team Triangle!

I bought new house, read their reviews on Angie's List, wanted them next day before I moved in. Called; said they didn't have opening, but would call me if anything opened up. Next day at 9 am they called, said they could be at new house at 2 pm. They showed up on time, did a great job. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

It had been a long time since we had the carpets cleaned -- about two and a half years -- and with our clowder of cats, things had gotten disgusting. We tried to clean with a carpet cleaner, but it was not working, so we called in the professionals. I am very glad we did. Michael arrived on time (9am on Saturday morning) and got started after a brief walkthrough and a discussion of the cost. He diligently worked for over six hours. We were impressed with how clean the carpets and the furniture were when he finished, and everyone who has visited since has been blown away by the transformation. We intend to make this an annual expense. It's worth it! Highly recommended.

Mike was personable and very efficient. He communicated well and told us what to expect before, during, and after the service. He was particularly understanding of our curious cat.

I loved him. I am going to call him back to take my Oriental and have it cleaned. The cleaning turned out excellent and I was surprised. It has been a while and I have two cats and a dog so I think they did a great job. I think the owner himself came, he was an older man and came from a town nearby. I am very happy with them.

Wonderfully! My parents decided at the last minute (before having guests from out of state) that they needed to have the carpet cleaned/deodorized. Triangle Carpet Cleaners were able & willing to accommodate the request with a smile. They were punctual, thorough, easy to work with & they did a great job.

This company always does a great job. I have them come out approx. every six months. We have off-white berber carpet that gets very dirty! They always do a great job. It looks bright and white again by the time they're done. They are professional and friendly. I will continue to use them.

Overall very happy with the service. Technician arrived slightly early (which was fine), was very nice & answered all of my questions gladly. I never received any kind of estimate, but having a rough idea of the cost from other reviews I did not ask for one. I wrongly assumed that cleaning the tile floor in the kitchen would cost the same as cleaning carpet: boy was I wrong; kitchen tile cleaning alone was over $200. My mistake. Had I known that the tile service was so expensive I doubt I would have bothered with it as the floor was in decent shape already. As for the carpets, very clean although there was one spot that they were unable to remove despite multiple attempts. Would definitely hire again for carpet cleaning.

The technician that cleaned our carpet was friendly, professional, and so thorough. With two young children, our living room carpet was heavily stained from food and footprints. The technician really took his time getting the carpets clean, moved small furniture for me, and was friendly the entire time.

The young man arrived on time, was extremely personable and professional, did the job and explained to me what he was doing. He left the family room fan going and the sofa parts and cushions open so they would dry. I was very impressed.

Triangle Carpet Cleaners embody service and professionalism. I called them and got a human on the phone - a rarity! She took my info, set a time for a pick-up of my large rugs and the driver showed up exactly on time (no "between noon and five" nonsense - they set a specific time and were there at that time). The rugs, which were white, had a couple of bad pet stains. He said that they couldn't promise that they'd be able to get them out, but when he delivered them back 2 weeks later, they looked like new. He helped me roll them out and I was thrilled with the result. The price was excellent, the service was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
