They showed up on time and did the work professionally. I could not have been more pleased.

Work done well. Stain from the potted plant was removed initially, then wicked up from the wet carpet. Owner later applied a dry adsorbent (Resolve Dry Granules) followed by vacuuming that eliminated much of the stain remaining.

They do excellent work. They arrived on time and he got out spots that I have had other carpet cleaners work on that came out for a day then came right back. But everything he did worked and did not come back. He probably saved my chair.

Jason was prompt, professional and personable. Did an exemplary job of cleaning our carpet. Without a doubt, I believe he and the company he represents are committed to delivering the very best in customer service. They get my highest recommendation.

He was on time, friendly, explained what he was going to do and the amount of time it would take, gave us a written estimate, and got to work. Carpets were very clean and we were very pleased.

The main disappointment was that not a single item of furniture was moved, even though my understanding from setting up the appointment was that it would be. The carpet that was cleaned looks better, and the upholstery looks better than it did. After contacting the company, they are going to come back and redo the carpet and this time move the furniture.

Came on time of appointment. They did the work very professionally. No complaints. Cleaned up afterwords and left nothing behind. Would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We checked out this company on a variety of web sites and it came up clean. So did our carpets. The cleaner was punctual; he allowed ample time to get the job done well. He told us in advance which stains could be removed and which could not; still, they significantly improved the appearance of the permanent stains and thoroughly cleaned all the carpets and rugs.

Wonderful! I am always impressed with this company. Jason was right on time as always, and very professional. They always do a great job. They never try to sell me services I don't need or want, and they are very honest. I am so glad to have found this company and am a repeat customer.

The work went very well overall. It was very simple to schedule. The man was able to come after normal work hours. It only took one hour or so for him to complete the job, and the carpets looked fantastic afterward! I didn't have to move any furniture - just the small things off the floor.

I called and left a voice mail for the initial contact. Within 2 hours they had returned my call. A time for them to come by my house was easily scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The day they came they called to let me know they would be 10 minutes late and were less than 10 minutes late. They were clean, neat, and very professional. Their explanations of what the were doing were detailed and easily understood. They responded appropriately to my questions. They cleaned the cushions in my home as mentioned above and loaded the other items in a truck to take back to their facility. A date to return the cleaned items was also easily scheduled at a time that was convenient to me. Their attention to detail and quality of their work was outstanding. For everything that they did and the quality of the work I think it was an excellent value.

The technician was on time. He explained what he was doing and the limitations of the process (can't always get *all stains* out). I was very pleased with the results. We can now get a little more life out of the sofa, at least as long as the "leaky" dog lasts.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Deb Coleman called me back (after 5 o'clock). I was in a pickle, because I was going out of town and hiring a house sitter/pet sitter the next week. Deb moved their schedule around and had my carpets cleaned Monday afternoon! That was the first wow. Secondly, our living room carpet was so badly stained by puppy training that I was planning to replace it. However, with a house sitter coming, I didn't want the house to smell "doggy". When Jay came to clean the carpets, he promised the stains would come out, and additionally promised that if they came back, he would return to clean them a second time. WELL, the carpets look BRAND NEW. Even the living room. The stains have not returned and I canceled my plans for replacement. I cannot recommend these folks more highly, they exceeded all my expectations.

This is an awesome company to deal with! They showed up as expected were very realistic about what the outcome of the cleaning would be and the basement rug which needed help looks great!

The person who came out was very friendly and helpful. We only wanted the two area rugs done and knew ahead of time that the minimum cost for them to come out would be $85. When he saw the size of the rugs he said he didn't think we were getting a fair deal and offered to clean the stairs and landing as well. He did a very good job, and was very friendly.

Jay arrived on time; they said he'd arrive between 1:30pm and 2pm and he arrived right at 1:30pm. He did an excellent job at removing the stains & spots. He was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Triangle Carpet Cleaners. I only wish they did jute carpets (they may in the future) so that I could have them do my area rugs, too. Debbie was also friendly & professional; she double-checked about the jute rugs and gave me advice on the best way to clean them.

Pretty well-didn't get everything out but I wasn't completely optimistic they would.

Excellent service. I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. Jay arrived on time. He thoroughly explained their process and was sensitive to environmental issues. The cleaning was excellent.

Responsiveness and service were GREAT. Excellent attention to our needs and to helping us with specific problem stains and concerns about the carpet. The owner came out ahead at a time that was convenient for us and gave us a thorough estimate and his expert opinions which were really helpful. Carpets came out really nice and clean!

THEY REALLY DID A NICE JOB ON THE CARPETS. WE HAVE USED A LOT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE OF OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES AND THESE GUYS STOOD OUT. THE CARPET LOOKED GREAT AFTER THEY GOT DONE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
