They did a good job. They came out and collected the carpet and brought it back in good shape.

Jay's office called to advise that he would be approximately 15 minutes late. I was most impressed to receive the call. I was also impressed at their kindnes to me because I had to change my appointment several times due to health reasons. They were very kind and understanding when I changed the appointments. When Jay arrived I was very impressed with his equipment. The hose to clean the carpet came directly out of his truck and the water he used came from his truck and went back into his truck. He was very detailed about the cleaning and focused on spots that I didn't think would come out, but did. I was impressed that he used green products which did not affect me negatively in the least and I have a lot of allergies. I did not worry one bit about him being in my rooms without me there. I had asked him about cleaning an oriental rug while he was here and he explained the process they use when cleaning oriental rugs which would require the rug be taken to their warehouse to be cleaned and it would take about 2 weeks for the entire process. I was very impressed with his honesty because he could have said sure I'll clean it and it wouldn't have really been clean and I would not have known the difference. I had also asked him about cleaning my shower grout and again he was very honest and shared with me that my grout really needed to be replaced and he could clean it but the end result would not be something he would be happy with, nor would I be happy with it. Again, I was most impressed with his compassion, his honesty, and his professionalism. He far exceeded my expectations. He moved my furniture, placed it back where it needed to be, and made sure there were small plastic items on the furniture where it touched the floor. The carpet was almost dry when he left and it was a rainy day. He and his family were awesome,and professional. I WILL use him again without question and I highly recommend him to others.

Serviceman was very friendly and we had a common interest that made the cleaning exp a plus. He was right on time and took time to explain his estimates.

Carpets look great. Scheduling was easy and Jay arrived right on time. He was friendly and hardworking despite having to run back and forth to his truck in the pouring rain. Price was about ten dollars more than I expected but my rooms were right on the dividing line between what they charge for square footage. He cleaned the closet carpet so I was fine with the price.

When I called for an estimate and appointment, I as given a time and an estimated price. Mr. Cole arrive exactly at the appointment time, and immediately verified the estimate based on the square footage he saw when he arrived. I had been asked to remove small items and any breakables which I had done. I pointed out some stains and problem areas and Mr. Cole told me what he thought he could do with those areas and explained to me about the type of carpet I had and how I could prevent future problems. He also was concerned that I realized that the carpet would be a little damp when he finished and to be careful walking form carpet onto wood and tile floorings so as not to slip. He was very thorough and knowledgeable!

My experience with Triangle Carpet Cleaners was very positive throughout the entire process. When I called to discuss the job, I was met with a very helpful, friendly and honest person. She worked with me to estimate the area I needed to have cleaned and gave me an estimate of the cost. I also made the appointment for the cleaning and I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted. The appointment was for 10AM. The technician ran a little late but even before the appointment time, a rep from the office called to tell us he was running behind and gave us an estimated time of arrival of 10:30. The tech arrived at that time. The tech, Jason, was very friendly and very efficient. I showed him what I wanted cleaned. He actually measured the areas and told us it would cost LESS than the estimate I had received since I was only able to give the office rep estimates of the areas. Jason went right to work and was done in approximately 1.5 hours. He cleaned 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, a hall way, an office area and a staircase. Everything looked great when he was finished. I will definitely use this company again for my carpet cleaning.

My elderly mother had difficulty with stability and spills a lot of liquids on her carpets. Triangle did an awesome job at moving her "stuff" and returning the "stuff" to its rightful place. Carpets looked great!

I emailed this provider after searching Angies List for a carpet cleaner and received a call in about an hour setting up an appt for 4 days later. I was given an over the phone estimate based on a very high level description of the area. The appt was for 8 a.m. on Friday. Just before then, we received a call from the provider that his office gave him wrong address and he would be a few minutes late. He arrived soon after and went to work. He was very careful about going around electronics that could not be moved and sound system components that were wired into the wall. He spent extra time on a few soiled spots and placed plastic strips or foam blocks under all the legs of all the furniture that could not be moved. Although the carpet is solid light tan and is 15 years old, he made it look like new. The estimate was within $20 of the phone estimate. We are very pleased and will definitely use this company again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

They did a lot of work and they did wonderful work. Their price was very fair.

We had planned to remove and replace our carpets. They are a very short pile and very light in color. They looked terrible from many years of wear. Unfortunatly we had to replace our roof which took new carpets off the table. I found this company on Angies List, highly reccomended. I was amaized the carpets look great. They cleaned much better then I thought and for about half the price I had paid another "Brand Name" company some years ago. Jason did a fantastic job

Having recently bought a house, my wife and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We were in a bit of a rush because we needed the carpets cleaned before we moved into the house. I'd found Triangle Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List, but we'd also had personal recommendations from friends and colleagues. We needed 4 rooms and two long hallways cleaned. The carpets weren't really filthy, but were stained in places and had filtration marks around the edges. They also had a lot of furniture marks & indentations. There were paint drips on the carpet in some of the rooms. My wife phoned them on Monday and spoke with Debbie. Jason arrived on time at 4pm on Wednesday afternoon. My wife and I were ready to buy new carpets if we had to, but Jason was convinced it was unnecessary and that he could get the worst of the stains out. He was honest and clear with my wife that he'd be able to improve the look of the carpet, but might not be able to get all the stains out. After two hours of diligent and careful cleaning, he's done a superb job. The carpets look almost new again. Even the most heinous stains and spots have almost disappeared. You'd have to know where they were to find any remnants of the stains. Best of all, the furniture marks and indentations have gone. That was a real bonus. My wife and I are very pleased. Jason and Debbie were consummate professionals. We feel like we received value for money, and that they got the job done quickly with no mess or problems.

He did a good job and I was pleased with the work initially but afterwards there was a spot that didn?t quite come up that I was hoping it would. He said he treated the whole area but, I wish he treated some or maybe he did. I wish he would have treated more in that area like put more emphasis on it. I would hire him again but with the stipulation that they do the stained areas a little bit better. I have a carpet cleaner myself and I can get this stain done. I spent about $300 which was less than the estimate. He was very quick and courteous. I actually had to have someone come out that day to clean the bottom floor of my home and he came out first thing in the morning so that he could do all the bottom carpet on the first floor. He was pretty accommodating on my schedule and I will continue to use him in the future.

Needed carpets cleaned for holiday festivities. Jason came in and cleaned all of the above listed areas. Did a great job. Jason was courteous, helpful, and also did a great job. Very pleased with results.

They did an outstanding job and the work that they did was better than anyone that I have used. They were very skilled and their pricing was reasonable. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Jason came on time was very professional, moved the furniture and placed plastic under the legs. He was even able to remove paint from the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The carpets look better than I had hoped for and were dry by the next morning!! Beautiful job and true to the estimate. I will call them the next time we need to have the carpets cleaned.

I e-mail them Friday night and got a response first thing monday morning. I schedule for the same week and they promptly came ON TIME. He was here over 2 hours. He did an EXCELLENT job. I'm very pleased.

Jason came on time and go to work right away. He did a thorough job with each area. The furnitue was moved and then placed back with protective pads underneath. I am impressed with how the carpet looks. We have been wanting to replace the carpet, but because of other home repairs have put that expense on the back burner and decided to just have it cleaned to see if we could live with it for a little longer. I believe we can definately make it another year or two before replacing the carpet as it looks nearly new again thanks for Jason!

They came on time and finished the work in timely manner. They were very quick, efficient and explained things very well. They also cleaned everything after the work was done. The work went really well and I was happy with their quality of service.

They were punctual and gave the carpet a deep cleaning. Many spots that I never thought would come out did. After they left, I noticed a small spot in the dining room. As soon as I called them, they scheduled a time to come back out and got rid of this spot.

I was very pleased with the job from start to finish. Jay arrived right on time & went over the house with me discussing what he was seeing & making me aware of things that might be a problem...everything he did looks great!

The cleaner came at exactly the time he said he would (even though I'd been told that time was approximate), and went through the house looking at all the trouble spots. He told me what he would do, and gave me a written estimate. After reviewing the amount and my budget, I called for a cleaning appointment. Debbie made the appointment for a little over a week later. Once again he showed up right on time, dragged his hoses in and went to work. I work at home, so I locked myself into my office with the other cat. At one point I went out to ask him a question, and he showed me the difference between where he had finished and where he had not yet gone - it was a really visible difference! When he was done with the entire house, about 1.5 hours later, I looked over the whole thing. Even the front hallway which was the cat's favorite toilet and was very badly stained and smelly was once again white and clean - and it didn't smell anymore. The whole process was much quieter than I expected, certainly quieter than my vacuum. And it dried very quickly. The only fault I'd find is that he does like to talk a lot - someone else commented on this as well - but he would stop if I interrupted and stopped him. One little tiny black spot showed up on my bedroom carpet the next day, that had not been there before. I thought it was just sock fluff, but when I went to pick it up discovered it was a spot. I tried to clean it up, but it would not clean. I called them today and asked if they'd look at it, and they will be coming back tomorrow to see what they can do with it. I believe it is something that was under the carpet that leeched up because of the water - no fault of theirs - and I'm just hoping they have a tool in their arsenal that will take care of it, since my best efforts have not worked.

I had a great experience with Triangle Carpet. First, I really like that they are a local, family-owned business. They are as friendly as their website would lead you to believe, and they were able to get me in quickly. They showed up right on time (actually 10 minutes late, and he phoned to let me know he was late!), and were friendly and helpful in discussing the state of my carpets. They got out stains that I wasn't sure they could, and they were very concerned about my cat not escaping through the front door. I will definitely call them again when I need their services.
