Description of Work: I had them come out for a fencing estimate. The estimator did a wonderful job and answered all my questions in detail. I found them to be very professional and communicative but in the end I went with a different company (who also had good reviews) because their price was 15% lower.

Description of Work: They scheduled my appointment for the one day I put as not available. WHen I respomded with a note saying I wanted to be home when they came to ask questions I gave several other dates and nevr heard from them again., Basically I spent $49 for nothing. That is unacceptable.

The regular fence part of the work was OK, I just didn't like that they attached the 2x4 horizontal supports to the front side of the posts instead of between the posts. The real problem was with the gates. Their gate design uses a tubular metal frame to keep it from sagging over time. That sounds like a good idea, but the result is that the gate can only open one direction (inward), but because my property is sloped I needed the gates to open outward like the existing gate. End result: they built gates that didn't open! They "fixed" the 5' gate by digging out some dirt on the back side of the fence. The slope is too steep on the double gate so they came back out and modified it as best they could, so it does open but doesn't look very good now because of the gap in the fence created. I never would have given them the job if I had known the limitation of their gate design, and I'm not sure why they didn't realize the problem before they built the fence.
Description of Work: Had OSI remove the old fence and install 87 feet of 6' dog ear privacy fence, including one 5' gate and a 12' double gate, with 6x6 posts on the gates.
