I will use this company again! They showed up when promised and got to work, cleaning my living room, two bedrooms and a stairway, as well as the upstairs landing. At the end of the process, my carpet looked fantastic -- almost like new. I've had other steam cleaning services and ProGreen was able to remove established stains that none of the others have been able to (!). At the end of the process, there were no stains left at all. I can't be more satisfied. Cleaning the couch was somewhat less successful because of very old, very deeply rubbed in dirt (and grease?) on the place where the dog sat for years. In fact, he told me he was skeptical that he'd be able to remove it before we started and asked me if I was sure that I wanted to clean the couch given the cost and that risk. I chose to go ahead anyhow, and I don't regret it. He cleaned the base and all of the cushions slowly and carefully -- it was clear to me that he was really trying to do everything in his power to get the stains out if he could. And even if not all of the stains came up, I now know that I am sitting on a much, much, MUCH cleaner couch! I could see how hard he was working, and now that the carpet dried has I can see the results. This money was very well spent!

Very happy with ProGreen Carpet - the additional charge for extra areas beyond the deal was very reasonable. Technician checked for "pet stains" with blacklight and marked areas before getting started. Did a great job. Very professional. We've used ProGreen before, and will use them again.

Ivan did an excellent job! I was disappointed with the ad because it was confusing. It stated that you get 3BR and stairway but upon arrival and after calling in the problem, the stairway was really not included in the $99 price. I paid $99 directly to Angie's List and $60 additionally to ProGreen Carpet for the stairs and living room. Overall the service was great but confusing online with the advertisement.

The owner/operator, Ivan, provides excellent customer service. All of his services are extremely marketable! His work is impeccable. He is thorough and efficient. And his prices can't be beat. I would recommend Ivan and his work to anyone!

Ivan did a great job. The carpet and area rug are cleaner and brighter than achieved by any other cleaner that I have used. I did pay extra for pet stain removal and scotchguarding.

Salvador was amazing he took his time and was very thorough laying down protective blanket on hardwood floors. He then pretreated and took his time cleaning each room and stairs. He removed every stain and there were a lot since we haven't had our carpets professionally cleaned in 16 years. He then went ever room turn fans on high to dry the carpets. Very top notch business.

It went very well. Salvatore arrived on time, was careful of our hardwood floors by wearing booties, and did a thorough job. The carpeting is quite old (to be replaced next year), but definitely looked refreshed. I would definitely hire ProGreen Carpet again.

They did a great job. On time and didn't take long. He had me turn ac down to 66 and wait for 6 hrs for them to dry. I was surprised the rugs were actually dry at that time. I will definetly use them again.

Salvador with Progreen did a great job cleaning our coach and love seat as well as cleaning an area rug in the living room. They all look as good as new. This is the 3rd time we used Progreen. They are true professionals. We highly recommend Ivan and Salvador. They do great work.

Ivan and his associate walked through to determine exactly what they needed to do and began working. They moved furniture (where necessary), cleaned up the scraps of carpet that were removed, and finally....vacuumed! I couldn't believe how clean they left my home when finished. Work was done in record time. They were very professional (and personable) - my husband and I have used them before and will continue to do so over the years. We wouldn't consider using anyone else and have nothing but compliments for them.

They cleaned the carpets in five rooms and did a great job. I was surprised by how wet the carpets were, but it was exactly what was needed apparently b/c they removed stains that never came out with the chem dry company we hired a couple times previously. Besides, the carpets dried very quickly with no incidents. I am very happy with the results and working with this company was very simple and easy.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable . He did an excellent job stretching the carpet in our very large family room.

They did an excellent job with cleaning my carpets! Scheduling: provided me several options to choose from, provided a 2-hour window, and called me when within 15-30 minutes of arrival. Cleaning: were very professional and courteous, put down mats to protect hard wood floor on the first floor, and cleaned the carpets exceptionally well! I'm glad I chose them and would definitely hire them again. In fact, I just recently hired them to clean my sectional couch.
