Great work! They were able to remove a large red stain which saved our white carpet.

We hired ProGreen to both power wash a house and clean the carpets. They did a relatively good job on the powerwash but did not use enough pressure to get some bits of vines off the house. They came the next day to do the carpets and when the issue was mentioned they did not leave after cleaning the carpets until it was corrected. Nice to see folks stand behind their services.

Very well! Ivan was prompt, knowledgeable and fair. I thought about having it done a week ago, and he immediately responded to my inquiries. Within a couple hours we had everything worked out, and here I am a week later with clean carpets and a big smile! I would definitely have them back!

Objective of obtaining a fresh cleaning of siding was not met. This is a follow- up review from the initial service. The work first performed was less than what I expected and I reflected that in my review. The company owner was very concerned and requested an opportunity to address my issues. He listened to my concerns and offered to make or complete refund or personally perform the service himself. Clearly, he took a lot of pride in his work. The subsequent service fully met my standard for the work I needed done.

We have a lot of flowers around the house and they were treated respectfully, no damage. They recommended other services we may need in a year or two but not trying to up-sell on the current job. Excellent. I have a dog with major hair issues and the chairs came out great as did the carpets. They were punctual and called as they were on the way to keep me up to date with the schedule. When I called for scheduling, we arranged several services to be performed on the same morning, which was so convenient and only took 10 minutes to set up. Would use them again.

They were right on time, speedy and did a great job. The older area rug was like new, post cleaning! The owner came towards the end of the job to check on the work and walk me through. Money well spent.

The owner, Ivan, and one employee came and got every detail of our house and driveway. The driveway looks like it was just replaced - amazing. He walked me through the work after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciate Ivan's attention to detail and interest in making sure the job is done right. The group that came out did an EXCELLENT job. They were diligent, came earlier than expected, communicated their arrival, the quoted price and they did the job so well. They were at my home and done within 30 mins or less. It was great and I walked out to see the house and it is like a brand new home. I will definitely call them back to do this for me again because they provide quality service. Every one that came did an outstanding job!

Very well. When I called, they asked about my project and pointed out the best coupon for me to buy. We also discussed possible additional charges depending on the sizes of rooms and a black-light check. The two men showed up right on time, went over the project with me, confirmed the charges, and performed the work. They moved several pieces of furniture and protected others with plastic. They explained how long we should wait before walking on the carpet, etc.

I could have sworn I wrote a review of this company over a year ago, but apparently not! I was somewhat desperate to find a reputable carpet/upholstery cleaning company, and quickly, which was difficult because we live in a small town a good half-hour from Raleigh. I called ProGreen, hoping against hope (given their good reviews), and Ivan was gracious and responsive in setting up a time for the next day (!). Salvatore and his colleague, who were friendly and thoroughly professional, did a beautiful job on cleaning a sofa and one full-sized chair. I couldn't have been more pleased (and I'm one of those annoying perfectionists). I plan to call on their services later this spring for another round of upholstery cleaning, as well as cleaning of several area rugs, and maybe even the maid service ProGreen offers. In addition, my sister-in-law, who lives just down the road from us, is also interested in having her carpets and rugs cleaned. You can't go wrong with ProGreen. Highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful experience with ProGreen! Everyone on their team was fast, responsive, and thorough from booking to payment to service. The man who came for the work (I believe his name was Alfonso?) was very friendly and did a great job. We had a lot of furniture in the way and he did everything he could to move or loft it so that he could clean as much as possible. Ours wasn't heavily soiled, but we had a bunch of tricky spots that had looked gross for months. Now it all looks brand new! Thank you!

My service was excellent, on time and the right price. The gentleman called prior to coming and was very friendly and got to work right away. My carpets looks fabulous. I would recommend ProGreen Carpet to any friends or family.

The work was done professionally and without problems. We had the following rooms cleaned: Master bedroom, Master bedroom closet, stairs, landing & hallway, bonus room, bedroom, and a second bedroom.

Fantastic work... very professional... easy to work with. Removed stains we thought would never come up.
