The experience was seamless from start to finish. I e-mailed the company and the owner responded within a few hours. He suggested an open slot two days later, which I confirmed. The two technicians showed up exactly when promised and were professional and courteous. They tried to sell me a few additional products but did not push when I declined. They performed the work in about an hour and explained what they had done when finished. The carpet doesn't look any better than it did (but it's old carpet, so I was not expecting miracles) but it does smell better. I need the carpet to last only a few more months, so I'm sure this cleaning was sufficient.

ProGreen Carpet is great. We used them to clean our carpet and couch and they did a fantastic job. We also used them a few years back to do carpet repair and stain removal in our old home. Again, they did a great job. The are the best.

They did an awesome job on a spill that we had, we tried everything to take it off but nothing worked ‘till we call them, same day service and even after bussines hours.

ProGreen Carpet crew were really professional from the time I make the appointment to the day of the service. They send me a confirmation quote in my email will all the details of my order. Also they did a walkthru to explain me the type of cleaning that they were performing. When the cleaning was completed they make sure all my concern was taking care of. My carpet looks spotless, and finally all the spiderwebs and mold are gone from outdoors. Is hard this days to find a company that cares for their customers and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend ProGreen Carpet to anyone that wants great service.

I hired them to clean my carpets and fix an annoying squeak in the floor of a closet in my master bedroom. I've used them before for carpet cleaning so I had no doubt I would be happy with the job. But I've never had my floors worked on before. The way he broke it down and explained what was wrong and what was causing the squeak issue was quite educational and appreciated! They didn't make me feel rushed and made extra sure I was completely satisfied. Which I'm happy to say these guys once again did not disappoint! I will certainly be using them again in the future and I'm happy to convey my experience to others.

Ivan and his crew did a great job cleaning and stretching our carpets. They explained everything before they started the job and did a walk through after they finish to make sure I was happy with the job. We will use his services again and will also recommend it.

I set up an appointment with the owner Ivan which was simple and fit my schedule. Tech who came out reviewed everything before and after the cleaning. I was so happy with have all the carpets looked in the house. He did a great job. The powering washing of home was on a different date but that was well worth getting it down it made my siding look like new. I'm very happy with the job Pro Green Carpet did! I will continue to use them and would recommend to anyone because the price was great and quailty of service was even better.

Price: I don't have anything to compare it to. Punctuality: I must have misunderstood the receptionist that booked the appointment as to when they actually show up VS a window of time for them to show up. ALL worked out well. I was very pleased not only with the service but helping me understand what he was doing. Ivan took the time to explain what the process was; looked at my situation & explained what he could do, he offered options. He didn't sell as much as he tried to solve my problem. I was absolutely amazed at how good of a job they did on my carpets. The carpets are old and were in pretty bad shape and I never imagined that they'd get them as clean as they did. A+

I was very pleased with the services provided by Progreen. They were able to schedule me within a week of initial contact. They gave me a two hours window for their arrival. On the day of the service they called me 30 minutes before their arrival as agreed. They arrived well within the agreed window. We did an initial walkthrough of our house looking at areas of concern. We discussed some additional cleaning options above the base price. We agreed to add the pet stain removal option and then the guys got to work. For a 1700 sq ft house they had about an hour of work. From arrival to final departure they were done in two hours. After they left I had to leave the carpets to dry for about half a day - at least 10 hours.

The technician was courteous and flexible with add-on items. We have a dog so the carpet needed some extra cleaning in a couple of places. When the cleaning was done, the whole house smelled wonderful and the carpet looked great! Service was quick and we were pleased! We did move area rugs and furniture ourselves.

Very well. This company called me and set an appointment. They showed up early (and called before arriving). He seemed very knowledgeable about stains on cement. The oil stains did not come out, but others did. They were professional and polite. I will use them again.

Excellent - A++++++. The company came out the day after I called. The couch looks brand new! Ivan applied a cleaning at the house and then did a further foam clean at the factory (used for delicate fabrics or stubborn stains). They follow up by phone to make sure you are pleased with their service. This is a small family business that knows the meaning of customer service. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Thomas cleaned our carpets this morning. He was able to get up stains that I never expected. He used safe cleaning solutions, so my home doesn't stink. Thomas was totally professional, and easy to communicate with. He showed up on time, and finished on time. Highly recommend!!

The first technician did a rather poor job and I was very dissatisfied. I wrote to the owner and he responded extremely positively and completely and promptly corrected the situation. This is a company of high integrity and definitely puts customer satisfaction first.
