Description of Work: We bought an Angie's List deal for five rooms and a hallway of carpet cleaning. The owner was quick to respond to our request and we scheduled the cleaning for the next week. They called 30 minutes before arriving (as they said they would) and arrived in the middle of the window they gave us. The technician assessed the work quickly. There was an additional charge because of some bad pet stains (but we had anticipated this) and we also asked him to add a room, which he did for a very small additional charge. When he was done, the carpet looked like new - uniform colors throughout. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned the carpets in my house. He was very upfront with me, and said he could not guarantee the results. He worked extremely hard, to no avail. It was a relatively inexpensive way of determining whether to replace the carpet (which I did), but not because of lack of trying on the part of ProGreen. |

Description of Work: I highly recommend pro green carpet! They were great to work with and have excellent customer service values. Ivan and his team replaced a small section of carpet on my stairway that had been badly damaged. I was delighted that they also cleaned the rest of the carpet and showed me that some really bad sections didn't need to be replaced but just needed a really good cleaning.

After repairing the carpet, he was able to provide a detailed receipt of the services provided as well as gave estimates for any other future services. I was very pleased with the ease at which we were able to do business.

+ 2 moreThe service all want well. I was very pleased with the service. I was impressed with the unit utilized for cleaning the driveway and walks. It did very good job cleaning the driveway and sidewalks. It did a much better job then cleaning with a wand. Our carpet had numerous stain and the cleaning removed them all. The cleaning on the foyer marble was excellent. I would use and recommend Pro-Green Carpet to others.

+ 1 moreI cannot express how wonderful the ProGreen team was. Ivan and his team were so professional and went above and beyond to clean stains we never thought would come out. They even found some areas that we didn't know about. We got this carpet only three years ago. When you have dogs and kids especially, it can be impossible to keep a clean carpet. I knew it was dirty, but didn't realize how dirty it had gotten until it was clean. They arrived within the scheduled window of time and remembered to send me a text when they were on the way (per my request.) I am very impressed and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys!!

+ 1 moreIt was good. It was just one person that came out; he was knowledgeable, he offered some solutions because I needed some carpet repaired. There were burn marks and he had some least expensive ways to fix it. I liked all of the things he did; he just did a good job.

+ 1 moreThis is a company that takes pride in their work and actually calls you before they come out to your house which is nice. They showed up on time and were very friendly. My house looks great and my gutters look brand new. The carpet repair involved them stretching the carpet and reattaching it. The entire process was pleasant and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone without any reservations.

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. I didn't , everything was great! I would recommend him for any of there services.
