great service - quick, professional and easy. Only problem was the provider didn't specify how long it would take to dry and it was longer than I expected - really the rest of the day. Still - a good job for a fair price.

Ivan and David are excellent service providers. They have a great work ethic, are respectful, explained how they were cleaning our carpets and why they use the cleaning technology that they use, and were prompt and efficient. They showed a genuine interest in understanding our needs and were easy to communicate with. They did a great job and we highly recommend them.

The technician (David) arrived early, and performed all of the work. First, he observed some stains and recommended an acid wash for an extra fee. This was mostly effective, but left some problematic stains in place that were made years ago on a 20 year old carpet. The owner (Ivan) and another technician (José) came out the following morning to advise me. Ivan showed his expertise by educating me on the various types of stains, and especially how to treat them immediately after they happen. He then treated several stained spots more aggressively, giving the overall carpet a greatly improved appearance. Ivan also explained options for replacing just the padding, to remove deep stains, or to replace both the padding and carpeting. His company does this kind of work as well. This was welcome information, and was in the form of an easy conversation rather than a sales pitch. Ivan and his team are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. I'm delighted!

Ivan, the owner, came out with an assistant. They were running a few minutes late, but called to advise me of their arrival time and were right on time from that estimate. Ivan is terrific -- and even gave me the option of NOT getting my carpets cleaned, since what they really need is replacing. He did a great job of managing expectations, i.e., letting me know that the old pet stains would be visible, even after cleaning. My goal was to get the carpets cleaner than they were, which he did. Very knowledgeable.I was very happy with the work, and would hire his company again.

When we called for an estimate, Ivan, the owner, called back almost immediately. He was very polite and ready to provide all information that we needed. He also was very accommodating to set the appointment. He and his employee were punctual, had all the equipment ready, helped moving the furniture and plants. He took the estimated time to complete the job and gave some recommendations on how to remove spots. We were very happy with the outcome of the cleaning, and will not only use their services again, but also recommend to our friends and family.

I have had the carpet cleaned before and every time I was told that the "filter stains" could not be removed. This is the dirt that is pulled around the edges of the carpet from the furnace filter. It is present in all rooms, but not along every wall. At any rate, this company did clean these area and managed to get the stains off. They charged extra but I happily paid that.

Ivan was very professional on the phone and the technician was fine. The tech was running a little later than scheduled but kept me up-to-date with a few phone calls to let me know his status and ETA and he did get to us by the time he stated, it was just later than the appointment we had planned on. There was some communication issues during service being provided. I stated to Ivan that we had a pet stain in about a 4x4 foot area. Somehow the tech was relayed that it was a 1x1 foot area. He did not have enough carpet padding on the truck to do the work so I had to go to Lowe's and buy a role of carpet padding for them to use (another $20-30 dollars). Other than that the guy was professional (albeit quiet) and got the job done in a timely fashion. I appreciated the great communication from Ivan and his crew.
