ProGreen Carpet

I bought a big deal for this service. Ivan, the owner, is great. I have used them even off Angie's List. They are really, really good.

They were on time, the tile floor grout is white again and they are now cleaning front & back of one of our larger area rugs. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

Ivan's team steam cleaned the entire upstairs and stairway at our new home. They scheduled promptly, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned everything in a little over an hour. Everyone was courteous and pleasant, and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Progress did all which we had discussed and we would definitely recommend them to others.

All of the work was done very carefully and the carpets came out looking great. We appreciated that the process left only a minimal odor that dissipated with a day. Even dark spots came out fine. Ivan and Salvatdor were a pleasure to work with.

Ivan is great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although we had more work to be done than was covered by the deal, I felt that Ivan was very fair in his pricing for the add-ons. He called ahead to see if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled, which worked great for me. The work was completed in a good time frame, and all areas cleaned look great (not always an easy feat, given two large dogs in the house). We will definitely use ProGreen again.

Excellent job! The technician was friendly, helpful and did excellent work. They were originally a bit delayed from appointment time we had set, but called to let me know and accommodated me from there. Would absolutely hire them again - the carpet looks FANTASTIC now!

The service was great and they arrived on time. They were also very informative about the cleaning process.

Ivan and his employee arrived as scheduled and introduced themselves in a professional manner. I proceeded to discuss with Ivan what areas I would like to have cleaned. After showing Ivan the areas he realized I had pets and went through each room with ultraviolet flashlight and glasses to show me areas of pet mess in the carpet. He indicated for better results that I have them pre-treat everything with an acid rinse. It was only an additional $25 so I agreed. Ivan and his employee moved forward and started cleaning. Everything went well and Ivan spent a good amount of time with me answering virtually any question I had regarding carpet and rug cleaning. I had an area rug that was about 5 feet in diameter that my dog did his business on that Ivan cleaned for free. As he was departing, he even shoot me a future offer to clean my couch, chair, and large 8x12 area rug for $100. I was really happy with their service. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat. Also, Ivan indicated they can do carpet work as well. I had an area that was pretty bad off do to pet urine getting into the backing and he offered to take care of it or re-stretch and re-attach the carpet if I wanted to pull up myself and replace backing.

Professional, on time, clear communication and great job!

Ivan and Salvador did a great job repairing the carpet and the floor. The patch on the carpet looks great and the floor in the master no longer squeaks, which used to drive me crazy. Ivan is true professional. He can assess a problem in a few seconds and know what the best options are to make the repair. I have already hired ProGreen to clean my upstairs carpeting in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend ProGreen!

I have never written a review before, but what a positive experience I had with Ivan and ProGreen Carpet. Very affordable. They came right on time (in a 1hour hour window!) and called ahead. Ivan walks around with you discussing the nature and likelihood of removing every stain or discoloration. He is extremely knowledgable and gives you a lot of confidence that he will do his best for you. The place looks great. I am very happy with ProGreen Carpet from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a job done right. Thanks guys!

Ivan was very responsive. He arrived just when he said he would. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The carpets look great. He even came back the next day to treat a stain that had surfaced after the caret was deep cleaned. Ivan also told my how to treat future stains. I would thoroughly recommend Ivan and his associate for any carpet work.

The service technician arrived promptly on time, got right to work and was done in just over an hour's time. Very thorough and professional throughout. There were three stains they could not remove, but the remainder of the carpet in our home looked excellent.
