ProGreen Carpet

Called because I saw an advertisement on one of their trucks. Great price, quick response time, and great service. My exterior vinyl siding looks fantastic and I will only use this company in the future for power washing services. Due to the responsiveness of the owner I will consider their other services as well.

Ivan gave me complete information on the phone about the price he would charge, gave me a 2 hour window of when he could be expected to arrive, and told me he would call about 1/2 hour before he arrived onsite. On the appointment day he called me beforehand, as agreed, and I met him at the rental house. He came inside to give me details about the work he would do and the time frame to get it done. He worked hard and got three rooms stretched and looking good in a little over 30 minutes. He also pointed out some carpet stains that I hadn't noticed. After he had finished the job and was about to leave I asked him if he would help me close up an air vent I couldn't reach and he very willingly came back inside to help. Nice guy, nice job!

They exceeded my expectations. Carpet looks brand new. There were 2 spots. Tech was amazing and did the work within 2 hours. He called me 30 minutes before arriving. I needed 45 and he accommodated without issue. Work was top notch, he was quick and efficient.

Ivan was was easy to work with, kept to his estimate even though he invested more time than he had originally planed. Did great work and a through cleanup. Will use Pro Green the next time we need flooring maintained.

The provider met with us the week before completing the work to look at the issues, contacted others for an estimate for additional work we might need following the initial repair, and quickly came out to finish and complete the work. The provider was professional, yet personable and completed the work promptly. We would hire them again.

Ivan cleaned the carpets in a rental townhouse I had decided to sell. The high traffic areas were heavily stained with dirt and I was afraid the carpet would have to be replaced. However, he was able to get them clean enough that I was able to sell the unit without replacing the carpets. He arrived exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend him.

He did do a good job except he didn't do behind the doors. Behind the doors you would see the 4 inch wide strip of different color; the rug just cleaned on the other side of the door but on the other side there wasn't, but other than that he did all right. The price was acceptable. He was there when he was supposed to be there.

Ivan was here on time at 8:00 AM. He did a great job of explaining the stains in our carpet and how he would clean our carpet. He has new equipment which works very well. I'm very pleased with the results. Ivan is very professional and a pleasure to work with on our carpet cleaning request. I highly recommend ProGreen Carpet.

Wonderful company. We called with a bit of an emergency and less than 24 hours later, ProGreen was at our door, on time and ready to go. Salvador (sp?), the technician who cleaned our sofa and chair, did a superb job. He was friendly, professional and thorough in his cleaning procedure--a real pro. We are thrilled with the results and, when the need arises, will definitely call on him and ProGreen in the future. Highest possible recommendation.

hIvan and his business partner were great! They came promptly, used a UV light to locate the stains, checked for moisture levels, and recommended specific treatments. Ivan answered all my questions, and even offered to be a "hotline" for any carpet questions in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Ivan was great. He was very responsive to my first contact, and we scheduled him and his partner for the perfect time. They came out on time, I walked them through the house, they used a blacklight to scan for particularly tough stains, and got to work for several hours. Ivan spoke with me several times about how it was going, including discovering a few problems with the house in general that we hadn't noticed (we just bought the house). When he came into my house, he had a blacklight with him. Since I have two giant dogs (110 pounds and 150 pounds), he was looking for pet stains. He marked everything that lit up (embarrassing!), then told me how he should proceed. He worked steadily until he was finished and the house smelled clean again. He told me what temperature to keep the house and to turn on the fans for faster drying.

They did a fantastic job. My bedroom carpet was a mess from cat stains. It is a light beige and shows stains easily. The technician showed me stains using a blacklight that I did not even realize were there. All the visible and invisible stains are gone. Also they were able to clean under my beds, i just had to remove the mattresses ahead of time. I am so happy !! I used Progreen before on a rental property I own so this is the second time I have used them and both times they did an outstanding job. Above expectations!

He did great job. He more the light chairs. Did not leave water in my rug.

Great work - prompt, thorough, and professional

ProGreen Carpet was incredibly responsive! I had used their website to contact them on a Sunday 11/8. Since it was the weekend, the earliest I thought we'd hear from anyone was on Monday but my expectations were exceeded. We heard from Ivan via email that day (a Sunday!). We exchanged emails and scheduled service for the following Saturday 11/14. We discussed the work via email and got a quote prior to any work being done. They were running on special on some of the furniture so we saved some money and I had the 5% off for Angie's List customers too. We got a called from Salvador on Saturday prior to his arrival. We discussed the work. My dog had a strange fixation with licking the couch. Since there was more stain damage due to the licking on the couch, there was an extra $25 fee but it was worth it. All of the furniture looked new after the cleaning. No more smells and the dog licking stains are gone! Salvador even cleaned the back of the furniture. All of the furniture got a complete 360 degree cleaning. I had my doubts about whether the stains and dog odor would come out but I'm very pleased with the result. It did take some time to dry the furniture but completely worth it. Thank you ProGreen, Ivan and Salvador - for the excellent communication and the excellent work.

ProGreen came and cleaned carpets in two rooms, a hallway and a stairway, some of which are 13-years-old and have endured both young children and pets. They worked quickly and completed the service in about an hour-and-a-half. We were pleased with the result, and the carpets look much better than before. We plan to regularly use their service in the future to maintain our carpets.

Ivan, the owner, and his co-worker were fantastic. The carpet cleaning was fine but the main issue we had was a stain that couldn't be cleaned and so needed to be replaced. Ivan performed the carpet patch himself and when I called him the day after the patch job to report my concerns with the look of the patch, he went out of his way to come by and take a second look. More impressively and importantly, when I showed him why I believed the first patch was not satisfactory, he did not argue and justify his original position but heard me out and then worked with me to come up with a solution that we both felt good about. He performed a second patch job, on his own time, and refused to take further payment. When you patch a piece of carpet in a visible location, it has to be as good as possible and I really appreciated that he not only tried his best to make it perfect the first time but then went out of his way to come back to take a second look and come up with an even better solution. The fact he wouldn't accept more money speaks volumes about his professionalism. I don't expect perfection from service providers but I do expect an honest and fair resolution when there's an issue and Ivan proved not only honest and fair but a man of his word. Anyone can clean a carpet but if you have a real carpet problem, I'd call Ivan.

The carpets look amazing! We had lots of deep stains from pets and the technician did an incredible job getting them out. He was on time, friendly, professional and completed the job in less than two hours. I am thrilled with the service we got and I can't wait to have the rest of the house done. ProGreen is awesome!

They did an excellent job, cleaned everything as requested and explained the cleaning / drying process. They arrived on time and were very efficient.

Cleaned 8 year old carpets in the upstairs of a used home I purchased. Nearly all of the visible stains were removed, none of which I knew the source or age of since they were there when I purchased the home. Results and experience were much better than Stanley Steamer which I used at my old property, and they used a lot of great wall and stair corner protectors to keep the hose from the van from rubbing wear spots from being dragged upstairs. Great price, good service, you get to deal directly with the proprietor.

I was not there. They called me and originally wanted to charge me more since I have more areas. The did extra cleaning without charging me more.

Ivan and his crew were very professional and prompt. They removed a terrible odor in our carpet and did an excellent job cleaning the our loft and living room.
