Description of Work: Purchased a 3 room special, and also added a recliner to be cleaned for an additional fee. Arrived on time, and after a quick walkthrough got right to work. All looks fine. Although the carpet has been remained damp a little longer than I would have liked.

Description of Work: Ivan arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job identifying areas that needed extra attention including a few pet soils that were not detectable with th enabled eye. Carpet cleaning was excellent.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets upstairs and down stairs. They had no problem substituting a room for the stairs.

Description of Work: They came and I showed them the area I wanted cleaned, the coupon stated 3rooms and hall. also they stairs could be done in place of on bedroom. I chose to do stairs in the place of one bedroom. Therefore, they were to do 2bedrooms,hall and stairs. First he asked me if I had any pets, he shine a blue light on the stairs and said that the stairs had urine, I knew this wasn't true because she is an indoor/outdoor cat and is trained. He said that would 40.00 dollars extra to use some product to cleaned them.I declined the offer for the extra. I would rather for him to be honest and say to really clean them I need to use a certain product. Then I told them the other room I wanted cleaned was my living room which is not very large and rally wasn't dirty but had a spot, he asked me if I knew what it was ,I told probably soda. They went over the living room in about 10-5 min. and left. I remove the spot later with resolve and a cloth. My grandson told me I should have called standly steamer. I think if he had been more honest and just said mam, I think I have to use some different for these steps. I know coupons helps them to get more business, but be honest and do the best you can. I can't remember the exact date they came out but do know I will not use or refer them to anyone.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $99 for an eco-friendly carpet steam cleaning of 3 areas and a hallway. It was a very good experience.

Description of Work: Just seemed in a little bit of a hurry. I felt like he rushed rather than taking time to soak up the water like my usual cleaner. Carpets satayed wet till next morning which is difficult when you have kids and they need to stay off the wet carpet. My usual provider went a lot slower when sucking up the dirty water which resulted in it drying alot lot faster. But the carpet is clean and they were nice people. They made my couch look new but so did my other guys to. So over all did good job would recommend im just going to ask if they can take a little more time in sucking up the water. But good people to work with. Owner was very nice and I heard from a friend when he come the job is always perfection. But of course he cant always be with his men. I will give them another shot with updated review when its time.
