Description of Work: They applied a vapor barrier to my crawl space. They used 6 mil poly and secured it with stakes. Prior to applying the poly they cleaned up the space by removing some old pipes, bricks and rocks. They applied R14 insulation between the joists. They sprayed the crawl space with borate. They replaced all my crawl space vents. I had a couple of issues that were quickly taken care of. I did not have to pay until the work was completed and I was satisfied. I worked with AJ Grant from the Durham, NC office. I was very pleased with the work and service. I recommended them to my brother who ended up using this same Orkin branch (Meridian PKWY off HWY 55) as well to have similar work done.

 + -1 moreTHEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL AND SEEM TO DO A REALLY GOOD JOB KEEPING OUR HOUSE BUG-FREE. I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL AFTER THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT, BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

 + -1 moreWE HAVEN'T SEEN ANY PESTS RUNNING AROUND. THEY DO THEIR JOB VERY EFFECTIVELY. THE WORKERS ARE ALSO VERY POLITE AND NICE. THEY ALWAYS COME ON THE DAY OF THEIR APPOINTMENT OTHERWISE THEY CALL IF THEY CAN'T MAKE IT.

 + -1 moreWE'VE USED ORKIN FOR A YEAR OR TWO NOW, AND WE'RE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THEY COME EVERY MONTH, AND THEY ALWAYS CALL BEFORE THEY COME TO SEE IF WE ARE HAVING ANY PARTICULAR PROBLEM, OR IF WE NEED ANY SPRAYING DONE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ON THEIR SPRAYING ITSELF. THEY DOUBLE BILLED US AND THAT CAUSED SOME PROBLEMS, BUT THEY DID EVENTUALLY MAKE THAT RIGHT. THE WOMEN THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELL QUALIFIED.
