Description of Work: Carlito started caring for our lawn in the spring of this year (2014). Our lawn was in bad shape. Carlito and his wife, Alysia, looked over the lawn suggested we wait until the Fall to do any reseeding and related work, when we could expect much better results. Since this spring, Carlito and his crew have mowed, edged and blown every other Tuesday. They charged the agreed price of $45 per call. Late this September, they aerated, fertilized and seeded the entire lawn for $210. I watered the lawn per their instructions. We have a full, lush lawn at this time. Lawn's by Carlito is owned and operated by Alysia and Carlito Suarez. Carlito and his crew do the actual lawn work. His wife Alysia does the office-type work. My dealings with both of them have been excellent. If I have questions, I email Alysia and always receive a prompt answer. Carlito and his crew are always here on the dates set for service. In summary, we are extremely satisfied. We have received very good quality work promptly for the agreed prices (which are very reasonable for the work performed), plus Alysia, Carlito and the crew are really nice people. We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this Company to others.

Description of Work: They replaced failing shrubs with nice healthy ones, created defined beds all around the house, did weed control,trimmed existing shrubs,and much more work was done. I was so pleased that I signed an annual contract for maintainance. They are very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about their work. I would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: They 1) mowed, 2) aerated, 2) overseeded, and 4) fertilized my fescue lawn. Very responsive when I inquired though their website. Within less than a day they sent me a rough estimate for the services I had asked about. Also, very communicative through e-mail to schedule the service. From my request to the service being performed was about a week, which was fantastic considering that this is the busy time of the year for these services. Its been two weeks since the overseeding and the new grass is coming in great. I will use them next year for sure.

Description of Work: We use them to just do a simple mowing, which includes edging and weed whacking. The lawn looks very professional; quality is good. They are very accommodating to scheduling needs (we ask them to cut bi-weekly) and they've always come when we expected, aside from when it's been raining hard. We also asked them about the cost of removing a small dead tree in our backyard; they said they would do it for free the next time they were here. It's a small job, and I'm sure will take them a matter of minutes, but they could just as easily have charged for it.
