Description of Work: Alysia toured our very large yard, then gave an estimate for ongoing service and also for a one-time cleanup of some major problems. Description of Work: Carlitos finished fall work at our house. They were here a couple of times in November, mainly to remove leaves. They took care of our lawn in all of 2014, including a fall aeration and seeding. The lawn looks very good. We will use them for monthly lawn care again in 2015.

They sent someone out to see what I needed done and they came when they said they would for the actual job. I would use them again. What stuck out the most to me about them was their professionalism, the timeliness in which they did the job, and the quality of the job and the price.

 + -1 moreI spoke to Alysia first thing Monday morning to see if they could come out that day to give me an estimate and possibly do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday since I would be home due to other contractors being at the house doing work. Alysia gave me a few options for them to come out and I went with 6pm that day. Alysia and Carlito showed up at exactly 6pm. I showed them the seven bushes and when asked what shape I would like, I told them whatever shape they thought would look best. I was giving them free artistic control. After talking amongst themselves they quoted me $80 for the work and said they could be there Tuesday afternoon sometime. I told them that was fine since I would be home anyway. Tuesday, around mid-afternoon, Carlito shows up with a helper. Before getting started he asks again if I have a preference for a shape and I told him it didn't matter to me as long as they looked better than what they currently looked. After trimming one bush he called me outside to make sure I was OK with what he was doing and I was, so he started in on the other bushes. After he was done, not only did he clean up the clippings from all seven bushes, but he also removed pine cones from the area and then got his leaf blower and cleared off my whole driveway and sidewalk. In addition to that, as soon as I paid him he gave me a printed receipt for the work. In the 16 years we have lived in this house, the bushes have never looked as good as they do now. Because of the size and shape of the bushes before Carlito started, he went with an upside-down rain drop shape which really looks good. The top of the bushes are nice and plump and they gradually taper down to the base. Again, never looked better. I would not hesitate to hire Lawns by Carlito again or refer them to anyone looking for quality work at a great price.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Lawns by Carlito. Alicia is professional and very easy to work with returning our calls promptly. Carlito does fantastic work. Our back yard was covered in ivy that we tried clearing ourselves and it seemed to be taking us all summer. Carlito and crew did an extremely thorough job in a half a day of removing all ivy and tidying up our entire back yard. They also reseeded our grass in the front yard and it looks so much better now. We've called them to clean up all the leaves in our front and back yard on a one off basis and again were not disappointed with his work. We now have hired him to come out on a regular basis to maintain our great looking yard. Their prices have been reasonable; especially for the great work they do and level of service that comes with it.
