They were fine. They showed up on time, charged a reasonable cose in comparrison to others. When I inquired about the other services they had (other than termite inspection) they were very friendly and told me what all they can do an did not try to sell me anything. Their quality of work was awesome. I would use them again in the future.

Reasonably priced. Didn't have a bug problem, had to contact a wild life company to humanely take away the bird since they're endangered. Prompt and on time. professional.

I really like the worker who comes out and does the spraying. I am kind of mixed with the entire service though. I haven't had problems so far. I will continue to use them for the time being.

We had a house inspector when we bought the house many years ago and Kil-Mor was the one who came out to do the termite eradication. We signed the contract with them. They keep coming out every year. The only thing that I dislike about them is that you are kind of at the mercy of their schedule. They send you a card and tell you when they are showing up. If you don't pay attention to your mails, they will show up whether you are at home or not and bill you whether they can get in or not. On the other hand, if you pay attention to your mails then you can call and tell them that won't work. I have a very little interaction with them usually. I just leave the garage unlocked and crawlspace, so they can check. They leave me a report on the door.

It was an okay experience. I asked to have the crawl space sprayed. All they did was toss this sticky packets in there and left them there. They gave me no further instructions with what to do or what it was treating or anything. I will not be using them in the future.

The people are well-trained. They are very prompt with their appointments. They appear to do a good job because we don't see pests. I haven't really compared their price with others, so I don't have an opinion.

They are punctual and efficient. I use them for regular pest control maintenance.

The person that came out to my home was Todd. He was very efficient, helpful, professional, and polite.

They are really flexible with their scheduling. If they notice anything else that needs attention, they inform you of this without pushing the sell.

I first called Kil Mor because of a carpenter bee problem. They came recommended from a friend. The inspector was friendly and courteous. He took time to explain the insects and how they would treat them. He was very up front that they may return and there is nothing that they can really do to prevent them besides changing the paint on my house. After getting another estimate for a similar price, I decided to go with Kil Mor. The technician was also courteous and prompt and did a professional job. I have since hired them for quarterly service and a termite warranty. I've been happy with both.

We really like them and have been very happy with them. They come every year. We are under contract with them. They do a termite inspection and come out if we have any bug issues. It has been a while since we needed them for any bug issues. We have never had any issues where we felt like they tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. They have told us things we can do that wouldn't cost extra money. They seem to be honest. They are very personable. They are not like the national chains. They give better service. They know what they are doing. We are under contract with them on termites and if they ever find termites, our contract covers them to remove the termites and repair any damage. We don't know how to rate them on price because we have never used anybody else. We would give them an and lsquo;A' for price because we have always had them. We would continue to use them in the future.

They seemed to be responsive to the particular type of pest control that you want. If you don't necessarily want all kinds of services or you want them to be careful because you have pets or something like that they will take care of that. We had another provider before and did not like them on those grounds. I think their price is rather reasonable. They do come when we need them.

The man came for an estimate. He was professional and if the cost wasn't high, I might have gone with them. I do think they do quality work but I knew I could spend at least 1/3 of the cost and get what I needed and that is exactly what I did do.

It worked out well and their price was very reasonable. I think they were on time and were very responsive and got the report back to him in a timely manner. There were no problems concerning termites. I also used them for some work in my mother’s house in town.

They killed all of the termites. What's not to like about that? They are pretty responsive and make sure that I'm not having recurring problems. The workers are fine.
