Kil-Mor Pest Management

I have been using Kil-Mor Pest Control services for 13 years for pest control and termite prevention; however, this year I had a nest of yellow jacket bees…so Kil-Mor sent their specialist, Bruce, to exterminate the aggressors! Bruce went above and beyond in his service, explaining how he would eradicate the bees safely and, as I watched from my window, he treated the nest until he was sure the bees were no longer an issue. I advised Kil-Mor of Bruce’s professionalism and kind mannerisms, as well as expert knowledge and efficiency in his work environment. I would highly recommend Kil-Mor, and Bruce, for any and all of your pest control woes!

They called to verify directions about an hour before the appointment. Technician was on time and professional. He explained his findings and made suggestions. Very pleased with the service.

Great customer service! They knew we had an active ant and cockroach problem and found time to come the next day! The tech was very nice and informative.

Kilmor developed a treatment plan and set up an appointment for the next week to come out and treat it. I didn't even have to be home for the work to be done. They were always on time and very efficient.

Consultant came out and determined live termites were present - suggested full house treatment with pesticide - pesticide was applied the next week.

We saw swarms of flying insects that looked like termites so we contacted Kil-Mor and asked them to inspect our home for termites. They made an appointment for a free inspection and Will arrived right on time and inspected our home and said there was evidence of old termite activity but it wasn't current. He gave us a brochure and told us about his company and their warranty program. We were happy to hear that they have a program where they will come out yearly or any time we see suspicious looking insects to inspect for termites and if they find any the treatment is included in the cost of the yearly warranty fee. We decided to sign up for that since it will give us peace of mind about termites.

They are a really good company because we actually had Terminix come out as well and they told us the opposite of what Kil-Mor did and wanted to charge us a thousand dollars. The staff that came out was good. He seemed to know what he was talking about. We agreed with what he had to say. So, I would say he is professional and very helpful. He did not want to take money out of our pockets so that was a good thing. He offered us something that we never thought was even a possibility. That right there was enough. The price was anywhere from $125 to $800.

The technician that came to my house was exactly on time. He was very friendly and professional. He asked me if I wanted the house sprayed inside or only outside before beginning the service just make sure I didn't have any concerns about spraying inside. He talked to me while he was in the house and was very nice an easy to talk to. I walked through a lot of the rooms with him as he was talking to me and it looked like he did a very thorough job of addressing corners, closets, and other dark areas that pests like to hide. He sprayed inside along baseboards and in the basement, sprayed outside all along the foundation, and he cleaned cobwebs on the outside the house. I was very please with my service and decided to go with a contract with the company based off of my initial positive experience, so I'll definitely use them again. Update: I had my first follow up appointment today and it was great. I got a reminder card in the mail last week and called to reschedule for a time that I would be home so they could treat the inside of the house and not just the outside (it's included in the cost, so why not take advantage of it). The woman on the phone was very friendly and gave me the choice of basically any time I wanted. The second technician (Aaron) that come to my house was even better than the first (I didn't think that was possible). He was exactly on time (down to the minute) as well. He was also extremely thorough inside and outside my house...more so than I would have been myself even. He suggested that he'd spray in my attic and basement if I'd like him to and I gladly agreed. I wasn't having an issue with mice, but since it was getting closer to winter time he said if I started to see evidence of mice, to just call and they'd come bait for them as well (it's included in the standard service plan). He was super friendly. They just seem to have great customer service all around from what I've experienced so far.

We needed some immediate attention to a pest matter at our house. We call them this morning, they were out by noon. The problem was corrected and they were able to also do a preventive spray for other pests around our house and workshop. this is the second time a member of our family has used them. We would recommend them highly to anyone. Everything, from the initial phone call to the visit was handled with courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. They are on my list as future resource.

For years we've put up with this company arbitrarily telling us when they are coming out for an annual termite inspection, usually with just a few days notice, and in the past we left the garage and crawlspace unlocked. Since some items in the garage have not been seen since their last inspection -- which of course could have been due to anyone else noticing it was unlocked -- we decided not to use them again. I called when I got their card announcing their next visit, cancelling it. They came out anyway, couldn't get in, and have billed us $100! I plan to pay it, just to get rid of them but I will NEVER use their services again.

Great service from KilMor, as always! Joe and his guys, Will, Jason, and others have been doing inspections for many of my clients since 2006. The ladies in the office are great too, and I LOVE the fact that I can schedule on-line.

The service person was very detailed in the application, answered all our questions, and when we set the appointment asked if there were any bugs in particular that we'd been having a problem with. He said the application would last about three months. So far we've only seen an occasional cricket. We are beyond satisfied, would call again and highly recommend them. He also put our mind at ease telling us there was no current signs of termites.

We had a mouse in our pantry and have been seeing some silverfish in the bathrooms and kitchen. I noticed the mouse evidence on Sunday, called Monday morning, and had an appointment for noon on Tuesday. The service man arrived at 11:55. They gave me a quote on the phone (which I hadn't had to ask for) before even making the appointment. Years ago we had another mouse, and this past fall we had a pretty severe problem with fire ants (inside as well as outside!) Today, Kil-Mor once again provided prompt and thorough service. 3 different men have come to treat our house in the last 8 years, as well as those who do the annual HOA termite inspection. All have been very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and informative. They are also conservative with their use of pesticides, which I appreciate, using as little as possible yet providing effective service. Another plus is that they are a local, family-run business. I would highly recommend Kil-Mor to anyone.
