Description of Work: I purchased a faucet replacement for an exterior faucet. The technician had called me while at another appointment and was talking to both myself and the customer he was with. I had questions and he seemed anoyed with me and I did not have his full attention. If I am a paying customer I deserve atleast that as I am in the customer service business myself.

There are very few companies who do not have a Service Call Fee. We know for a fact ours is much lower than the company you mentioned. We also know our repair and install prices are lower than those of large companies. You were quoted a price before we began, and you agreed on the price. It is self-explanatory on what we post and other companies post on Angie's List. It always is. Please take the time to read all details before purchasing.

Description of Work: We bought the Big Deal for $69 for a service call plus $100 off the labor of any service performed. After less than 3 years, our ProFlow dual flush toilet valve was leaking and no adjustment stopped it. After looking at it, Mr. Jordan told us it could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but his supplier did not have this unit in stock. We ordered it online from the distributor. Mr. Jordan returned and installed it. Because he had to remove the tank, he told us this was a 'major' toilet repair that costs $291, which was reduced to $191 under the terms of the Big Deal. We thought this was a little high, but we're satisfied with the quality of the work and his professionalism. It is now two months later and the toilet is working fine.
