Told Jeff Jordan the hose in my faucet was leaking. He told me to buy a new faucet to save time in case he could not repair hose. Replaced the faucet. TOOK my old faucet without asking me. Charged me $99 trip charge and $400 to replace the faucet - total time onsite 40 minutes.

Jordan's was unable to access our main water valve due to tree roots but came back out in a timing fashion after the roots were taken care of and performed the service

I upgraded to a metal spicket so that cost $50.00 more. Done quickly and efficiently, they also replaced a valve at the water turn-off in the house that I noticed was dripping.

It worked out really well. They did a lot of stuff. It came out to about $700 and something. The price was good, I didn't have a problem. They were very punctual. They came in did what they had to do and it was done correctly and done nicely. They showed me what they did, and that was it. So, it was a good experience. No problems.

Very well. Mr. Jordan gave me some money-saving advice on a project or two I had in mind. He and his assistant were professional and pleasant. The prices for the other plumbing jobs I am anticipating in the future seemed high, but he had a published, well-organized price list to show me exactly where his quotes were coming from and at which level of cost each job was found. It could be that these prices are the same for most plumbing companies, but for the past few years I have been using someone who works out of his home, meaning he has no overhead, no employed dispatcher, no crew, etc.

I purchased the deal on July 5th. Today is July 20th and I have not heard from them. I tried to set up an appointment by setting up several dates though Angie's List. I called them about a week ago, but never heard back. I called them this morning and didn't hear anything back. Incredibly poor service. I have cancelled the deal with Angie's List and requested a refund. They never replied by email or phone

Did not go. They came out said they could not get to cut off valve, so we called the City of Raleigh. City fixed, so they could. Monday 10th. Left a message to let them know. Wednesday 12th. They messaged me back said that she would get with Mr. Jordan to reschedule. And no one said any thing about more money. Did not hear from no one. Left a message on Monday. Nothing. So I called the number. Tuesday 18th, Talked to some one telling me that there was going to be a fee, because he could not get to the cut off valve when he came by the first time. (already paid $129.00) So I'm out of $129.00. Still have a leaky faucet. And a bad taste in my mouth about Jordan Plumbing & Maintenance LLC. And I'll never pay for work before it is done. So no more Angie's coupons.

Very professional! In addition to flushing hot water heater, he checked all the other plumbing pipes through out the house for leaks or potential problems. I would call them again and highly recommend.

After 3 long weeks of trying to contact the company for an appointment they finally came out. The Plumbers quoted me between $900-$1000 for the 3 things I needed. I asked them why the quote was sooo low .. Why don't you guys quote me $100,000 instead (Sarcastic). It's so shocking how much they quoted me. It's unreal how they wasted over 3 weeks of my time and to come quote me unrealistic prices like that. I got several other quotes from other plumbers and I had quotes anywhere between $80-$125 to do all work.

They came and I needed work on my water heater. I needed an expansion tank put in. All you do is basically unscrew it and screwing it back on. He is charging $150 for that. There is also a release water valve and was charging $150 for that. I also need 2 diverters put in for 2 of my bathrooms upstairs and he is charging $150 each for each diverter. Then, he said that doesn't cover the $200 credit. So he was going to charge $800 total. It took forever to contact them. I had to keep calling to ask when they would be coming. The owner was suppose to call back and he never did. I wasted about 7-10 days trying to reach them to schedule.

Technician did an excellent job, arrived when he said he would and was very courteous.

Added on lots of extra which would have cost twice as much.

Jeffery showed up promptly as arranged. I told him both faucets leaked, and he said that he would replace both, each at the deal price. He worked quickly and efficiently. I opted to upgrade to the frost-free model. He was finished in an hour, including taking the time to explain how it worked. Very professional.

It went well until afterwards when I found the junk he left in my garden. It wasn't that hard to get rid of & I feel like someone should tell him how impressive it is for a person to clean up after themselves.

Mr. Jordan has a lot of experience and was very informative on the options to proceed with updating our cast iron piping. Very satisfied. He also made small work of removing the toiled falange. Thank you!

Before installing the Bidet in my bathroom, I noticed little water drop around the pipe. So I thought of calling plumber and get it checked and installed. Since it was only 1 Bidet, I thought the price of $70 should be sufficient. It only takes 5 min to install. And may be another 10 min to check for water leak. First the technician had no knowledge about Bidet. Second then he called his manager and came back with total price of $200. I don't think they know work involved in the work in it.

Mr. Jordan is wonderful to work with. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and why. He shows us the problem so that we can decide if we want it fixed. I absolutely trust him and his work. He also asks about my mom every time we talk on the phone. He is a super nice man.

I had a sudden kitchen sink clog (resulting in sinks full of dirty, greasy water) on Saturday night and, being new to Durham, didn't know who to call. I was in a bit of a hurry to solve the problem because I have a baby at home, and no dishwasher, and the kitchen sink gets a lot of use (I finished washing the night's dishes in the bathtub, which wasn't very sustainable). Plunging and other DIY clog-clearing methods did nothing. I tried several plumbers I found online, but all said they couldn't by by until Monday at the earliest unless I paid a large emergency premium and they were also vague about the quotes, but generally said it would be approximately $300 (possibly more) to fix. Significantly more if anyone was to come before Monday. By contrast, Mr. Jordan got back to me almost immediately and was at my house in only 40 minutes to help. He quoted me an unofficial estimate over the phone, which turned out to be accurate ($69 for the service call, plus about $259 for the clearing work). It took awhile to sort out, because my clog was a bit mysterious, but Mr. Jordan snaked a full 100 feet of our pipes and ultimately solved the problem. He also replaced my P-trap (sometimes called the U-bend), and only charged $5 for the materials necessary to do that. The other plumbers I spoke to estimated similar rates, but frankly, gave me a bit of condescending attitude over the phone. Mr. Jordan was completely lovely and polite, and didn't mind me watching him work while he explained what was being done (I like to understand as much as I can about the workings of my house). And as I say, he arrived very quickly to do the work, foregoing his own dinner, and staying past 9pm to make sure the problem was solved, (again, on a Saturday night), which was pretty amazing. I recently had another plumber in to estimate on some other non-emergency work we wanted done, but wasn't happy with his lack of communication (the other plumber stopped replying to my emails and phone calls for no apparent reason, and never sent the quote he promised). Now, I plan to have Mr. Jordan do that work instead. Our sink problem wasn't cheap to solve, but I think the rates are reasonable for the market, and the service was excellent.
