Description of Work: Very prompt with messages and updates. However, I clearly told them that a toilet needed replaced. They waited until someone was onsite to shock me with a $282 service charge instead of giving me the quote before they came onsite. This irritated me, feeling like bait & switch. I told the tech to leave and ate the $69 service charge. I would not recommend this company.

Jeff and his assistant, Chris, were prompt and very courteous. They did a good job, charged a reasonable price, and cleaned up after themselves. Chris even shoveled ice off my porch, just as a kindness. I will certainly turn to them again.

Purchased their deal through Angieslist to help cover some of the cost. Had been wrestling with this drain for months, sometimes would work, most times it was slow or stopped totally up. Explained the issue in my note to them. They were extremely responsive once I purchased the deal, communicated well on when they would arrive, and got right to work. Having the proper tools and knowledge they cleared the clog pretty quickly. I noticed along the way he was extremely careful keeping the area clean, and they definitely cleaned up after the job. Liked them so well I asked for their card in case we needed a plumber again..
