Very thorough, professional and personable that charged fair prices

Once the flow stopped I searched Angie's List for a plumber and decided to go with Jordan Plumbing. I called and a courteous person answered, telling me someone would call within the hour. Jeffrey called within an hour and within another hour he was at my house. It took him a while but he was patient, professional, courteous. He explained to me what he did and how my water heater works. I would do business with Jordan Plumbing again, especially with Jeffrey.

Jeffrey and Jordan Plumbing are awesome! Prompt, easy to communicate with and hard working. The installation of the Grohe faucet was not simple, but Jeffrey was pleasant, determined and skilled. He ultimately had to make a custom modification to one of the parts to have it fit my sink configuration (so he was creative too). While the installation was a little more then I was hoping to spend, you pay for what you get... and we got quality. We will certainly call upon them again.

The provider was unable to do the work due to lack of access from inside the house. I was impressed with their prompt and efficient response to my issue.

Maxine and Jeffery where a pleasure to work with. Maxine took my information and Jeffery called to confirm the address and give an estimate for arrival. Jeffery was courteous, professional, and completed everything quickly. I'll keep them on my short list for any future needs.

The installer was professional and friendly. I had a difficult time initially getting everything scheduled though as apparently the company was not notified of my Angie's List purchase (please resolve these issues) but still, I had difficulty getting them to respond to my queries regarding status. Once it was all straight they everything went smoothly

The provider, Jordan Plumbing, has not contacted me for the service for three days. It could be that they do not want to service customers outside the Durham area (where the provider company is located.) If that's the case, they should have made it clear that their offer is only good for Durham residents.

They did a good job but the price was very unreasonable. I paid $69 for the big deal on Angie's List, which comes with $100 credit toward a service job. I was charged an additional $290 for a job which didn't seem too complicated. I feel like the price was unfair, and that they took advantage of me. With all of these numbers added up, they are claiming that the work they did was worth $459.

The coupon was for about $100 for a plumbing call. Toilet was "running" so I knew it was most likely the flapper valve. He fixed it and then "gave me credit" for the coupon and charged me an additional $191. This was a real rip off. Two other plumbers who I called said their usual charge for this job was "around $125". Cost me $391. Beware of this company. He was punctual and polite, but shouldn't be trusted.

It went well. A leaky faucet was replaced with a new brace one and an extra brace was added to the back side.

In spite of their ad they do NOT serve Apex or southern Wake county. At least not for deals. Angies had to issue a refund.

I think I'm going to call and try to get a refund on that. The office manager called and said the technician was going to call me but he never called me. She called me back and asked me whether he had done it and I said no. Then he did come but then he couldn't fix the faucet. He said he had never seen that kind of faucet before and he didn't know how to take it apart. He said he was going to look it up online and he called back later that same day that they couldn't find it but they'd keep trying to find it. I haven't heard from them since. The other 2 things I asked them about, they gave me extraordinarily expensive estimates. It ended up being like $500 and I thought he could do all of that in the 3 hours I'd bought. It was totally out of my range and I refused to have the rest of that done.

I thought the work was done really well. The guy that did it was nice. It was a little bit expensive than I anticipated, but other than that, I have no objections. There was a fair amount of additional cost on top of the $69. I did not get any sort of a quote beforehand. He just fixed it. He had this iPad and showed me an app that showed the prices of the things that he fixed and then, he somehow bundled the rate and it was less than he stated. It was like he was giving me a deal, but the charges for the things that he did seemed fairly expensive on the high end. I paid an additional $265 on top of the $69 I paid. I would have liked him to consult me on the prices of work he was going to do before he actually did it even though it was expensive when they do that. They responded really well. They were definitely right on-time.

Mr. Jordan and his helper Chris did an EXCELLENT job because this involved more than just replacing a faucet -- the line had to be relocated a short distance away as well. They were both polite and hard-working and got the job done in no time. They were both very professional and fun to talk with. We were so pleased with their work that we had them come back the next day to service our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater (for an additional cost)! We would definitely hire Jordan Plumbing and Piping again.

The work was never performed

They arrived early which was quite impressive, and immediately got to work on the outdoor faucet. They completed the work quickly, and asked if there was something else they could do for me. I had a list, and they went right to work on it. They fixed the leaky kitchen faucet, and looked at the master bath, and explained that it was just fine. I thought there was something wrong with it because it was loose. They were very nice, and respectful.

They called to set up appointment, called when on the way and arrived on time. Work done quickly and no issues when I upgraded one of the faucets. Very happy.

Great job. Timely, kept me well informed, polite.. Overall, I was very pleased!

Although we were very pleased with the providers and their punctuality and professionalism, we felt it was a very expensive.
