Provider did a great job hooking up our system, gave us some great advice for additional things we might consider having done - would definitely use them to do the work. Professional, polite and very customer service oriented.

After I purchased Big Deal, I got a response from Angie's service asking for details about what work I was interested in. I mentioned two items - one related to the wall mounting of my TV set (lower priority) and the second one relative to mounting a roof antenna. I explained the situation in detail in my email, including the face that there was a current mounting on the roof so all cables were there. Only attaching the new antenna and hooking into the cable would be necessary. When representative arrived I repeated what I wanted for the roof antenna. He informed me that normally they don't install roof antennas due to liability issues but that he could help me with the TV mounting and, if the roof slope was not too extreme, he would try to do the mounting as well. Since they normally don't do roof mountings, he did not have a ladder and my ladder was too short to get him up up on a safe part of the roof so we concluded that he would not be able to do the principal work for which I had purchased the coupon. The rep was very personable and professional the whole time. He informed me that I would be able to get a refund by contacting Angie's List directly. He offered to put me in touch with somebody who could do the work and in fact I was able to contact the individual to inquire about installing the antenna (TBD). Despite not being able to get the work done that I had specified, I was very pleased with the way the representative handled the situation and I would certainly be willing to contact them again if my needs were related solely to determination and in the house installation of an A/V system.

This was a great value on the Big Deal. Eric is very professional and prompt and has wonderful communication skills. You can tell he wants to help people have a good experience. We had bought a new TV and sound bar and he set up the whole system for us. Tried to get it hooked up into the internet but our Wifi wasn't strong enough to handle this fancy TV. He regrouped and was able to activate Pandora on the TV that we can now access by using the IPad until we get a Wifi that can power more than one computer. He did a wonderful job of explaining how to operate the remote and set up the TV so it was more user friendly for us. He is very knowledgeable about all things electronic including computers. Nice to have someone that you can rely on for their skills, patience, and ability to be flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had a very good experience! Eric was later than originally estimated, but with good reason and kept us updated on ETA throughout the day. Was friendly and VERY capable. We discovered that a cable we owned was damaged, but he had one with him for us to purchase, so we didn't have to go out to the store. We had purchased a 2 hour service, but as anticipated, we had more than 2 hours of work to finish project. We will be calling him to complete project soon.

Everything went great! I called Eric last minute, and he was able to come right over in between other appointments. TV mounting went very smoothly, he was professional and efficient.

Eric is a highly capable technician who resolved all of the multiple issues we were having. It is hard to imagine how anyone could be more professional than Eric. My family and I just moved here from Philadelphia. In addition to my daughter's wall-mounted bedroom TV, we had with us a very large and heavy wall unit entertainment center in 4 sections that we originally purchased when we lived in Florida. Eric and his helper came out on Christmas Eve and did the job, when other installers had told us either after the 1st of the year or passed on the job altogether. The wall unit was not physically connected in the appropriate alignment the first time, so we called Eric and he came back out and took care of it. A very nice, professional job. I would highly recomend Eric for your home theater installation.

Took advantage of the $79 for two hours deal and glad I did. Eric was very punctual, very personable, and very knowledgeable. We didn?t need installation per se, but needed some expert orientation to the equipment we already have, and Eric definitely helped us to sort it all out (e.g., you can get Pandora via 3 devices, which one do you choose?). Also helped to figure out how to simplify it all, and get it all on a single remote control. This was a two-hour session that was definitely worth the money.

Extremely satisfied with the finished product. He did an excellent job and was both knowledgeable and pleasant. More than anything, he was very honest. We had purchased a mounting bracket that he immediately recognized wouldn't work. He immediately gave us an alternative at a very reasonable cost. Very impressed with sincerity and attention to detail.

My wife and I have wanted to get our home theater connected for the past two months. We contacted Eric through a local home improvement website. He called right away, on a Sunday, to get details about the work we want done. After talking for about 5 minutes, Eric provided an estimated cost and agreed to come to the house the next day. On Monday, the following day, Eric arrived a little later than scheduled, but he had texted me prior, to let me know he was delayed, so there was no issue. Upon arriving, Eric and his two sons went to work. Eric and his team were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. They quickly had the wall speakers mounted and then completed the wiring to connect the receiver to our TV. Feeling comfortable now with the quality of Eric's work and his professionalism, I asked him for an estimate to mount speakers and connect wiring for one of our upstairs rooms. He provided the estimate and is scheduled to come to the house tomorrow to complete the job. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of Eric's work and trust his guarantee of customer satisfaction. I would definately use his company again for similar work. Without reservation, I recommend his company to others seeking installation/mounting/connection of their home theater systems.
