James is a nice man every time he comes in. He really tries to get to know his customers and you can tell he takes his job to heart. I've enjoyed getting to know him when we cross paths.

It always goes very good. I try to remember to leave my empty bottles outside but if I forget and the garage is open I can count on the driver, James to go ahead and swap out my empties and place the full bottles on my shelf. Even if I forget to leave the garage door open James will knock on my front door to see if I am home and can let him in rather than just leave the default number of full bottles at the door.. Very nice and professional representative of the company.

We have a water cooler that we rent from them and have a water delivery. Wonderful company to do business with. Their technician James is very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.

The technician Josh called and gave me a two-hour window of time when he would be over to replace our filters. He called again to say he was running a little late and would be there in 15 minutes. I thanked him for his phone call. He was there in 15 minutes. He did a terrific job. He explained what he was doing and was courteous and professional.

My family and I recently moved to the area. It was not long before we realized we did not like our water. It had a strong chlorine smell and taste. We looked for a company that could help us make our water better. After having three or four companies come to our home, we decided to have Culligan treat our water. If you are looking for better water and great service save yourself a lot of time and headaches. Have Culligan treat your water. Their employees are very professional, courteous and they truly care about their customers.

The system is not operating again as of 11/22/2014 which is ~2.5 months after the last service. Although the repairman is nice and always shows up as expected, I should not have to see him on a regular basis! So, for the 6 years I've had the unit I've paid > $650 dollars for those 5 repairs and now have to make another repair call. I'll be sure to update this review after my next visit which I will schedule today. This is pretty bad as this is my 5th home and 3rd Culligan unit and I never experienced not one service call on the other two units over the combined ~8yrs I owned them. I would suggest not purchasing a culligan unit. I have multiple neighbors with Kinetico units on the same water supply who have not had any service calls over the same time period.

We were very pleased with the service and installation. We met the representatives at a Home Show. They came out to check our water and gave us various options. When we choose what we wanted, the installer came out, and did a wonderful job. The price is a little more than other companies, but this is Culligan and it is a reputable name... When it comes to the water you use and drink at your home, you have to go with the best. We are very pleased with the work done by the installer, Eddie, and we highly recommend them if you are in the market for god water!!!!! P.S. We have said good bye to bottled water!!!!!

The process was very smooth. The Culligan representative came out and tested my water. He educated me about what was causing my issues and presented me with several options that would address my water problems and explained each one of them in detail. Once I decided what system I wanted to install Culligan came out and got it installed promptly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the whole process and my water is clean and clear as it should be.

Below is the timeline that I sent to Culligan of the Triangle and again got no response to the email: - On August 10, 2012 I had a whole house system installed in my newly built home. - Approximately 3 weeks later the salesman called to see how things were going. I told him I had doubts as to how it was working as after two weeks we already had pink rings in the toilets which was one of the things he told us the system would eliminate. Apparently that wasn't the answer he expected or wanted to hear because he just sort of stumbled and said "that shouldn't be we'll call you back and have someone come and take a look at it" I never heard from anyone after that. - About two weeks later one of your fittings busted and flooded my basement. A technician came out and fixed the fitting but made no offer to help clean up the mess. - When I purchased the system my salesman told me I could just buy bags of salt for the system as needed from Home Depot. Next thing I know three bags of salt show up in my driveway along with a bill a few days later. I didn't authorize this but I paid it anyways. A couple months later two more bags and a bill show up. - At this point I don't even think the system works. The saleman told me that we would have to add a bag of salt about evey 1-1/2 to 2 months. We have had the system for five months now and I haven't even been able to add one bag. I added a partial bag about two months ago for the first time. In two months the salt level hasn't moved. - On December 24th I left feedback on your website with all of the information above. I got no response. On December 28th I called the office and spoke with the receptionist regarding my concerns. She told me the sales manager would call me on Monday. Again, I got no response. I have an Angies List subscription on which I will be leaving negative feedback today about Culligan of the Triangle as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

I contacted the State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors. They sent an inspector to the house. After inspection it was determined that there had never been a permit for the installation (required by law when tapping into a domestic water source) and work was not completed to basic code standards. It was also determined that Culligan is not licensed as a plumbing contractor nor did they sub-contract the work to a licensed plumber. This information was presented to the Wake County Superior Court by the State Board of Examiners. The judge determined that Culligan had substantial evidence to support violation of the General Statute for Plumbing Contractors. The court then filed a Permanent Injunction Judgment against Culligan for operating as a Plumbing Contractor. I am currently in the process of a settlement with Culligan to refund the cost of equipment and damages caused by their work.

I have been using them for 10 years and I have no complaints. They are always prompt and courteous. The water seems to be in good condition. They seem to do a good job. The workers are good and are professional. I am very pleased with them. They do what they say would do and are reasonably priced.

ALTHOUGH WE BOTH THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE, WE ARE PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING ELSE. I LOVE HAVING SOFT WATER, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO BATHING. THEY SUPPLY US WITH SALT TOO.
