They used plenty of tarps to collect old shingles and all workers used magnetic nail collectors to be sure all old roofing nails were removed from grounds. The removal and reshingling took about 17 hours over two days.

They did a great job. They did an excellent job. A all around. They are extremely reliable, very professional. They did a great job cleaning up. They are prompt when I called for an estimate, they were prompt in responding. I was just very impressed with their professionalism and the obvious care they took care of our home.

Great, they were fast and the new roof looks great. They quoted a fair price for the work and stayed close to the estimate despite having to replace 10 boards. They left the place clean. I am also going to use them for new gutters and siding repairs.

the guys provided a good quote, and once the day came, they arrived sharp at 8AM and got to work. The stripped and re-roofed the entire house in 1 day and only had to top by the next day to finish cleaning up. The roof looks perfect, and is backed by a good warranty. I wouldn't hesitate hire Cole Roofing again.

Greg Cole was great to work with. They arrived as planned, used quality materials and completed the job quickly. The crew kept the site clean & neat. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had my roof replaced by Cole Roofing. I liked Greg Cole's approach. I never felt he tried to sell me something I didn't need. He also was responsive and helpful with my questions. I asked him if he had references, and he gave me a list of properties they had worked on in the past 2-3 years. It was helpful for me to see some of them, not only to see the quality of the workmanship, but also to see the color choices on real roofs. I am happy I went with Cole. They did a fine job. I like how my new roof looks. Scheduling was handled with enough notice to be prepared. On the scheduled day the material got delivered, and shortly after the workers started to arrive. They tore down the old shingles, replaced some wood, applied new felt and shingles, reinstalled flashing, sealed, cleaned. I enjoyed watching them. They seemed like a well coordinated crew where everyone knew what their task was. They worked efficiently and cleaned up really well. The most I have found since then were maybe 5 nails, some small wood chips, and only the tiniest pieces of old shingle. Note: if you know problem areas in your roof, make sure to point them out to the foreman. He will eagerly listen. They found some spots in the wood that I was not aware of, but I could also point out some spots that were visible from inside the attic but not when standing on the roof. I would go with Cole again and would recommend them to a friend. The owner, Greg Cole, is a pleasure to deal with, and I felt he has a sense of pride in delivering good work.

I was very pleased with the reviews on Angie's List for Cole Roofing. I reached out and spoke with Greg but then contact fell off; I had to follow up to get a quote completed. The quote came in much lower than I had been told by other roofers and he quoted quality products (Landmark shingles). Contract was signed and work was performed roughly 3 weeks later. Construction itself went very smoothly - the workers were all respectful and they cleaned up the site very well.

Everything was done as expected. The price was lower than I had anticipated so I also had gutters and gutter guards installed. There was almost no sign of yard damage or anything. They first came out to do the roof and it was completed in a day as promised. They had to make two additional trips to install gutters and then gutter guards. Communication with Mr Cole was easy and he kept me updated on the work. I was very pleased not only with the price but also with the quality of work and the communications with Mr. Cole. I would definitely have no problem recommending them to a friend.

Cole Brothers got good reviews, so I called them. Since I was thinking we'd be paying perhaps thousands for roof repair, we wanted 3 estimates. It's the wise thing to do. Their website says they offer free estimates, but they don’t. They charge $125 to come out. It's very wrong and unprofessional to offer a lie on their own website. We did not use them, nor will we ever.

Roofing very well done. They cleaned out the gutters in the process as well. Many nails and some of the old shingles left behind. In there defense, they stayed till it was almost dark, and it was very hot so cleanup would have been more of a challenge. They were using my wheel-borough to transport old shingles from the shed. OK with me except they left it in the middle of the back yard with a flat tire and never said a word. There were fascia boards that needed replacing on the shed. They had been badly damaged by carpenter bees over several years. Mr. Cole and I had not discussed their replacement before the job was done and he may have not noticed their condition @ the time but the roof had been nailed to these 2x4s. I contacted Mr.Cole who agreed to come out and look at them and give me a price for replacing them as this was not part of the agreed upon original price. He did come by to look at them,(late July) took some measurements and then never got back to me until late November when he e-mailed an apology for having forgotten about it. A dear friend eventually ended up fixing the problem for me. No harm done. Thank God for good friends. I can't recall the exact price but it was the best of several estimates.

We were very pleased with them. We had zero complaints. They did a great job, they did it in a timely fashion, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very good. They were reasonably priced as well. We priced some other ones and they were 'A' as far as comparison to those others. We would recommend them.

Cole Roofing and Construction just installed a new roof on my home in Raleigh, NC. They did an excellent job, their work looks great, was installed in <1 day (fast), was completely cleaned up, and was at a great price to boot. Very very well done. I highly recommend them and their work, and their ease of doing business is also a great plus.

Over the course of a few weeks we worked through quotes, shingle color preference etc. Greg was very helpful in helping us come to our decision. Cole's team arrived on time on the scheduled morning. Arriving at 7:30AM, they began work on our 1900 sq ft house w/2 car garage. By 8:30, the shingles were removed, a few sheets of plywood replaced, and tar paper down. Roofing was completed with new flashing, ridge vent, boots for pipe fixtures, etc by noon. I was very happy with the speed in which they completed the job and excellent clean-up efforts (no flat tires on my cars or lawn mower and it has been over a month since completion until writing this review. When Hurricane Mathew went through and dropped 8" of rain on Raleigh last Saturday, I knew without a doubt we had a quality job from Cole Roofing... No leaks, where previously we had had some small issues. Hurricane tested, owner approved!! Give them a try.

They never got back to me. Angie's List assumes the service provider must have done work for me since I requested service. Angie's List then badgers me to provide a review. So Cole's sent me an auto-reply saying someone would get back to me as soon as possible. Nobody did. I went with someone not on Angie's List. D for Cole's. D for Angie's List.

The provider called the first day, and confirmed my contact information. He told me to expect and email within 24 hours. Never rec'd the email, nor any other further communication from this contractor. Maybe he was too busy and did not need the job??? I used another contractor for a complete roof replacement job due to hail damage.

They did a very nice job. The price was fine.

Did not have the work done. The "estimate" consisted of only 3 line items/prices. No documentation was ever provided regarding type of product being used. I emailed the estimator back requesting this information, and I never heard back from him. Very disappointing, because the prices were comparable to, if not better than, the company that we did end up going with.

Cole bid the lowest of 3 companies, all of which were A-rated on Angie's List. They came when they said they would, with a large crew, and the tear-off was mostly done by the time I left for work. By the time I got home, I had a new roof! The clean-up was flawless, as I was even able to mow my lawn that day. I haven't been finding junk in the bushes that fell off the roof and never got cleaned up either. The roof looks great. First-rate work!
