Kenny Tillman arrived in a timely fashion, introduced himself and explained how he was going to apply his services. Kenny is very polite, courteous, and professional. He did the interior process first and then proceeded to do the exterior. The services included spraying for pests, knocking down webs and hives. He did everything in a professional manner and informed us of how the next service would go. He is a very nice young man. We would highly recommend ClearDefense Pest Control.

Both Mike and Luke were very professional and friendly. They did a much more extensive application than I was expecting. They were able to answer all my questions as we walked around performing the service. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no odor with the inside application. I was glad to hear that all the products were eco-friendly and vet tested to be pet friendly. They did a very good job removing the existing spider webs and treating wasp nests. The inside application was supposed to drive the pests outside and the outside application was to kill them. Seems to be working, I've seen several unwanted pests resting in peace outside on the porch and in the garage. I did not do any cost comparisons prior to signing up. The price is more than what I could do it myself but the convenience of having a professional do it right is worth the additional cost.

Provider sprayed the outside of home for bugs. Even put a cardboard box in garage for bugs. Asked if I needed indoor of home treated. Didn't need that at the time but it was included in my price. Received email on the date and time when they will arrive at my home. Always professional appearance and courteous.

ClearDefense Pest Control is okay. They are very responsive as well as fairly upbeat.

It went very well. Their pricing wasn't exorbitant. We were very satisfied with the work that they did.

It was a good experience. Later on, when we had a recurring issue with cob webs they came out a couple of times and took care of it free of charge. I chose them because they use natural or green pesticides and they are willing to come a number of times if the problem returns.

I like the eco friendly products they use. Plus they offer 100% money back guarantee. Technician is professional and friendly (Josh W.) Josh does a thorough inspection, completes treatment then reports on any issues found. Since I started service I have not found any issues.

They seem to be pretty good. We had previous company before and they were a little bit more environmentally friendly. They used non-toxic products. They seem to do though a little bit higher as far as the walls in the perimeter and things like that on the house. They kinda live at the wooded area so that helps us a little bit more. The guy who came out was very personable, nice, and respectful. Not to other company for all those things to consider so we decided to change. That's why we want ClearDefense Pest Control.

They are fine. I spend maybe $80 or $90 for their service. The sales guys and the service that they perform are really good. I do not have any complaints about them and I have a contract with them.

Everything went really well with them. They're great. When we had other companies come in that claimed that they were non-toxic but it was just as good, we had reoccuring bug problems. As soon as we had ClearDefense Pest Control, we never had a problem again. They're always on time and on schedule. They never reschedule. They're reasonably priced. They were personable and they were effective. Their marketing could improve a little bit better because I didn't know about them until they came door-to-door. I've never heard of them before. They can improve on that.

They have been absolutely fantastic and really good. They have a no-spider or spider-fee guarantee so if I see a spider running around my house they will come and spray again. That sold me in a second. I have been happily surprised at how well they have done; they have done a good job.

The products that they use are safe for pets. When they first came to my door last summer to get my business, they reduced my monthly fee and they are easy to work with. The guys that come out are very cordial. They call me before they come just to let me know they are on their way. They are someone that I would definitely use again or recommend.

They were really good and I chose them while they were canvassing the neighborhood. I talked to them for over an hour before I agreed to use them and I thought their price was very reasonable. Their price seemed to have worked and we have had two follow up spraying since. I like them; they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even the tech who comes out knows what he is talking about. I think their price is very reasonable and because we were new customers they were willing to come down in price. Several of our neighbors also used them and they actually get the bugs out, unlike a previous provider. They are very willing to accommodate my request about what they are spraying and what they are not. I was impressed. I have not had a single complaint about them.

I called ClearDefense because I put mulch around trees, and noticed a bunch of carpenter ants. The technician, Jae Wojna, treated the problem, explained what the ants do to the trees, and made suggestions for protection of the property. He did this and did not charge me for the service. I told him I was prepared to pay for the service, since I put the mulch out, but he insisted that no payment was necessary.

Jae Wojna from CLEARDEFENSE PEST CONTROL did an outstanding job in treating our home. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable . The tech (Jake W.) called to let us know when he would be at our home and began work right away. Jake performed outside duties in clearing spider webs and surveying outside perimeter of home before spraying. He spot treated outside of home and garage first for pests. He left treatment for fire ants found in yard. Once the outside was complete, Jake continued treatment indoors, addressing all rooms, and all three floors and attic and crawl space. Jake was professional and friendly. I would also like to mention Chase Harrison who originally set up our treatments, he was informative and knowledgable as well as professional and friendly. Thank you Chase, my husband was impressed with Jake the tech's thoroughness.

We had good service before. Punctual, well priced and I thought thorough. Decided to use ClearDefense, even though they cost more, because it appeared that they would do a much more thorough job. We are so delighted we switched. Chase came out and explained in great detail what their service entailed. He then went to see if he could find black widow spiders. Now remember, this is after the other company came out twice. Chase found a nest and a black widow which he showed me. He then explained that they would spray all of our decks and porches, not just the margins, do our yard, and put down granules to kill the spiders. Then, in 25 to 45 days they would come out and lay a three foot barrier around the house, re-spray, and do the inside again, killing hatched eggs. Jae Wojna, our technician, was punctional, super thorough, wonderful to deal with, incredibly thorough (yes, that good), and just a gem. We can call him if we ever have any problems and he could explain to my scientific partner all products being used. We will never switch again. Wow! These guys love what they do, do it safely (they are used by hospitals and day-care) and are wonderful to deal with. Thank you both for a job well done. Oh yes, and did I mention that they sprayed surfaces the other guys did not touch. Again, thanks.

These guys are really professional and nice! They go above and beyond to help make my home and yard safe for my kids. Really a pleasure to have them! Very highly recommended (and I'm REALLY picky)!
