Thank you for the opportunity to respond to [member name removed] review. Being in the service industry we are aware that there are certain situations that require extra work to get the job done properly. After speaking to [member name removed] he mentioned that he was seeing bug activity at his property. In cases such as this we have a retreatment policy in place that is free of charge for all customers in between quarterly services. At times there are things that may not be in our control such as weather, infestations, and condusive conditions that make pest control more difficult. Our warranty policy protects customers in this instance and we give our word to retreat until the problem is resolved. At times we may have to alter treatment methods, products, and number of trips to do the job properly. We rely on customer feedback to take the proper course of action to resolve each problem. I had the opportunity to speak to [member name removed] on 07/22/13 and was able to offer him a retreatment four to five times during our conversation. He told me each time that he did not want us to come out and preferred to cancel his service agreement. At this time, we have not performed a retreatment on his property and did as he asked by canceling his account. [member name removed], we would once again love to come back and retreat your home for free.
